Saint Valentine was a Roman priest who became bishop of Terni, and also a martyr. He was beheaded on 14th February 240 AD because he married in secret hundreds of couples without the permission of Emperor Claudius.
Perhaps you think this is an invention of "El Corte Ingles", but I really think that anyday is a good day to show your love. What about you?

Saint Valentine´s day is a good way to show your feelings, but a lot of people believe that today they have to buy an incredible (and expensive) gift, while others think that it doesn't matter the prize of the gift, it's more important the intencion.

In my opinion,only a few couples of the world are really in love.It shows that love exist,but in little dosis.Maybe,the other couples could feel fondness,but not true love.

although his history is a lot of time ago as the majority of the holidays it is turning into something only commercial

I think that Saint Valentine´s day is an invention of the shopping centers because if you have a boyfriend or a girlfriend you can show your love to him or her when you want and don't have to wait to a special day and show your love in the way you want an not buying present, so paula if you want to show your love to your husband don't wait to saint valentine's day!!

I think that Saint Valantine's Day is an invention of El Corte Ingles because in my opinion you don't need to wait to any special day for show your love to your boyfriend or girlfriend, if you really love that person you show your love to him o her without hesitation, no matter the day what it is...
