In my opinion, sleep is a fundamental part of my life, some people say: "sleep is a waste of time" well, they are wrong, for me it's quite the opposite, if one day I do not sleep enough rest or not my body notices and often happens to me when I go out on the weekends. Almost every Friday night I go out partying with my friends, and is the day in which less sleep all week because I spend to get up at 7:00 am to go to bed at least 3:00. Sometimes I sleep siesta in the afternoon after eating because it is the best time to do it and you wake up full of energy to continue the rest of the evening lively. On weekdays I usually sleep less because I wake up tired and I have not even nap time for homework and study prevent me, which I'm always more tired than the day I sleep nap. In conclusion, in my life, sleep is very important because it is the best time of day that I forget all my problems and start to dream and dream, that's great and I would not be without this person.

  2. I'm going to talk about the time that I spend sleeping on different occasions. Depending on the day and time is sleep different times sometimes are sufficient or insufficient for a healthy habit.
    On weekdays: I sleep 8 hours however the days in television programming put some series or movie very interesting or fun, I'm watching TV very late. I sleep between 6-7 hours. The next day I go to bed late, the next day I'm tired. After school, I sleep the siesta.
    Weekends: Friday I'm going to bed very late because I like to go out with my friends at a party and have fun until late and on Saturday if I do homework I wake up earlier. I sleep between 9-10 hours. On Saturday I don't sleep much to study and to go out with my friends and my boyfriend. I often go to barbecues or birthday but me I usually sleep early. On Sunday I wake up very early to study and do homework, so I can go to have a lunch with my family and later to go home of my grandparents or to see the Sevilla FC. I go to sleep early to rest.

  3. As normal, every person of my age needs to sleep. Perhaps not everybody wakes up at 6:45 AM like me, sure there are too much people waking up earlier or later. Nevertheless, I am not used to wake up at this time! I was used to awake at 8:15 AM , therefore this year I sleep an hour and a half less. This is probably the reason why I am so tired recently, but there is any problem, I am getting used to it!
    My old timetable's school was from 9:00 AM to 13:45 PM, passed this period of time, we enter again from 15.00 PM to 16:30 PM, probably you are thinking this is a waste of time, do not worry, I am allrigth with you. Because of this timetable, I could not take a nap so last year I went to bed at 11:00 PM moreless.
    This year, as you can see. is completely different. I entered at 8:00 AM and go out at 14:30 PM, that is why I necessarily need to sleep after lunch, but no more than a hour or I could not sleep at night.
    At weekends it is totally different. I usually go out both days, Friday and Saturday, but only when we are not having exams. At nights I tend to sleep until 10:00 AM so I have to recover sleeping's hours.
    In conclusion, I hace bad sleeping's habits I have to modify before it returns into a big problem such as going out with bags, I completely hate it! But this is a secundary reason, the main is I have to yield on my studies.

I From Monday to Friday I get up at seven in the morning to go to school, when I get home at noon and if I have not much to study I go to bed at three until five to give me time to do more things but if I have a lot of homework and a lot of studying not because I lose all afternoon. If there is one day that I have nothing to do I sleep at three in the afternoon and I wake up at seven or eight p.m. And I usually sleep at midnight so every day except on Fridays I go to bed later.
    On the weekends I do not get time to wake up but I usually wake up at twelve or one o'clock because I'm tired of days midweek and not never usually sleep in the afternoon and go to bed usually at two or three in the morning and Sunday at midnight.
    The holidays I wake up at eleven or twelve if I have nothing to do and do not sleep never in the afternoon and I usually sleep at twelve or one o'clock except the days to come out at night I go to bed much later.

  5. At first, at weekdays I sleep 7 or 8 hours aproximately at night, I don´t sleep after lunch because I eat always near the school and them come again to study so I can´t sleep. Moreover at the weekends I sleep more on the other weekends I sleep more than a week, on Fridays usually go out at night so I sleep later but recovered a few hours and I get up at about 11 o'clock in the morning, breakfast and start to study up to mealtimes. Saturdays usually after eating a little break to unwind and recharge but not always I sleep, at night I go out with my friends to get away from the studios, but I get up earlier than Friday but on Sundays I get up at 11 too and after lunch break in the same way that Saturday night but do not go out and lie about 11 pm until 7 am on Monday that the week starts again.
    Finally, on holidays I usually sleep all day like Saturday and Sunday of the rest of the year, but sometimes I wake up later than 11 and some days I sleep siesta and not others, depends of the plans I have. For example, this summer in July I had to get up early because I had to go to the driving school but then slept siesta every day and in August I got up later and only had to go to classes and practices so I could sleep in the mornings.

  6. The time that I spend sleeping can be summarized in
    Weekdays: I hate the way that I have to sleep. I hate it because I have little time for sleep. The reason is that my schhol is in Seville and live far away. When I hear the alarm so early I get so angry that I have much Sleep!
    Siestas: I have a big problem with siestas. I used to spend a lot of time on this but now I have to study every day, and I can not spend time sleepig at that hour of the afternoon. In fact, most days I don´t comply this, and I sleep a hour of siesta because I need energy for study.
    Weekends and holidays : Oh, I love these days, because all I do is sleep eat and hang out with friends. Many days when I wake up my whole family has eaten except me.
    In general, I like to get enough sleep to be with energy, I like to sleep no more, no less. But the reality is that I always used to sleep a lot or a little. I have great jealousy of those people who sleep all the time they want.

On weekdays I sleep little because I go to school and I have a times: I have to go at eight o'clock in the morning and leave at two in the afternoon, so to be on time I have to get up an hour and a half before because I live far from my school and I have to drive because besides take long to get dressed because I'm a bit of a flirt. Stopping to think, more or less sleep six or seven hours a week. The siesta is not something you normally carry out not by lack of sleep, if not for my studies, I spent the evening studying and sleeping siesta means losing valuable time in second degree is very necessary. On weekends, if I sleep more because I do not usually get up early though as the previous days I'm used to a times it's hard to sleep more than nine hours or so, and unless you've gone out on Friday this tired holiday and not sleep siesta. On vacation if I sleep a lot but not too much because I like to take advantage of the daylight hours and go to the beach in the morning.

  8. I could spend hours and hours sleeping. What I like about the holidays is to get up when you want and I can sleep carefree 10/11 carefree hours. During the course I sleep less and I go everywhere asleep because I only sleep 7 or 8 hours a day because I always go to bed about 23:30 pm and 6:30 am the alarm clock to get ready for school. When I come home and I sleep a little “siesta” for about half hour to be rested before I started studying. At the weekends I get up at 9:30am if I have to study for exams and if I haven’t I get up when I want.

  9. The time I spend sleeping depends on the day of the week or the year that we're. During the weekdays I usually sleep around seven hours but I don't think it's enough. Then at the weekends I sleep much more because I can. I go to bed later, however, I wake up late so it compensates. I try to sleep about ten or eleven hours in those days and I can ensure that these hours are the best ones of the days. When school finishes I'm able to sleep all the time I want to and it is wonderful. I usually sleep twelve hours per day. If I am abroad, I sleep les, because I go sightseeing in the city or if I am in an exchange, I have classes so I can't wake up late. I never have naps. I might be a strange person but it is true. When I have classes I don't have them because I don't want to lose my time basically because I don't have much time to waste. Then during the holidays I don't really have naps because I don't need them. I sleep all I want during the night and morning so I can spend my free time doing more useful things.

  10. Sleeping is something that I really like to do. It´s the time when I relax and regain energy. In order for us to feel energetic, in a good mood and mentally well we need a healthy sleep schedule. Normally 8 hours is sufficient but depending on your age and physical and mental activity this may vary. For example babies need to sleep much more than the elderly.During weekdays I always try to sleep for 8 hours. If I don,t do this I feel very tired the following day and can not concentrate so much in school. I am also in a very bad mood and feel stressed all day. So I make sure to get my hours of sleep during the weekdays. On weekends I am able to sleep for 12 or even 14 hours if no one wakes me up. I normally go to sleep late on Fridays and Saturdays because I go out with friends and I stay home playing games on the computer with them. But Friday and Saturday mornings no one can wake me up. I will stay in bed till lunch time. I normally don´t have siestas because if I sleep well and enough during the night I don´t feel tired in the afternoon. During holidays I also like to sleep for many hours. It feels very good waking up after a good nights sleep. I feel like going out and doing sports like swimming, windsurfing, running or playing football. If I wouldn´t have slept well then I would feel tired all day and would be lying on the sofa watching television all day. So I very much recommend everyone to have a healthy sleep schedule and they will definitely feel the difference.

  11. sleep is something that almost everyone does not forgive, is something that has little by little become fundamental in our day to day.

    I don't sleep much because during the week usually come to studies of the afternoons of the school so that in my house I can not distract nor mobile with all the things that we have in our House and make us us distracted.
    The study is a good place of study so that all can work in silence and with the help of teachers to make us not distracted.




    Weekends usually wake me soon the Saturday have reinforcement in the morning from physics and technical drawing because it's the worst I'm and I need more help.

    It can last for a good afternoon studying and so not be asleep while we study, we see studying is one thing that none like us and is bored and sleeping people.
    Although it is wrong to abuse, because if we sleep too much siesta, we go to sleep later and sleep later in the morning we got up more evening and overnight wasted it.

  12. I always want to sleep because is one of my favourite activities,but not always i can sleep the same time.
    At least I need 8 hours of dream to be active in the day, for this reason I have to go bed in different hours depends the day.A weekday I go to bed at ten o´clock and I get up at half past six(I sleep 8 hours) actually there are many times that I go to sleep later or earlier because I am very tired or I hjave to do homework or another thing.At the weekends is different, I have got a lot of time for sleep and I do it.In a normal weekend I can go to sleep at half past twelve or maybe one p.m (it´s very different between those days and weekdays) and I get up at eleven o´clock.But if I will study next day I would go to bed earlier to study.At holidays I haven´t got times to sleep, I sleep in the hours that I want, for example, in summer I can go to sleep at four p.m and I get up at one a.m.an other interesting thing is that I´ve never slept ´´siesta´´, I don´t like to sleep after eat.

  14. Sleep is something that most people love. To me the truth is that it relaxes me and gives me energy for the day
    Normally I can not sleep much during the week because I have to get up very early to go to school and in the evenings I have to be there studying so I can not sleep much. But I try to go to bed early to get enough sleep to not fall asleep in class and attend.
    On weekends I can sleep more day so that I have to study I like to sleep a lot and also take a siesta. The siesta is the best time in the afternoon and sleep on the sofa watching TV is one of the things that I like. But many Saturdays in which also I have to get up early for school reinforcement classes.
    In general I try to sleep all I can and it's something I love. Personally I think sleep should not be considered as a necessity, although it is, but I do as a pleasure.

  15. Nowadays, teenagers need to sleep; personally, I think sleeping is very important for us because we have to rest a lot after all the activities we do.
    At weekdays I get up at 7:00am to go to school, which starts at 8:00am, I live far from school so I have to go there by my mum’s car. From Monday to Thursday I usually go to bed at 00:00, but I can’t fall asleep until 00:30, that’s why I’m always so tired… Sometimes, if I don’t have to study a lot, I sleep for a while (from 16:00pm to 17:30pm), but I try to get used to studying instead of sleeping.
    At weekends I usually get up at 11:00am, but it depends, because if I have a party (which ends at 5:00am) I always get up later (at lunch’s time!), if I get up very late my parents get angry with me, so I try not to sleep a lot… At weekends I go to bed when I’m tired, normally when I get home after going out.
    When I’m on holidays, it’s the paradise, because I can do whatever I want, my parents don’t care the time that I get up or go to sleep, I usually go to bed very late (because I go out) and wake up very late too.
    In conclusion, it’s very difficult to get used to having a sleeping habit.

  16. To be honest I love sleep and as my mother says is the hobby I best do. Sleep is the best time of the day, I would define it as : take rest, take a break, or even die your brains for a while. Its wonderful how you feel when you are so tired and you really wish to go to sleep and you are in your bed thinking, its the time.When Im on holidays i love sleep untill i can, but my little brother and sister always wake me up, i hate that.On weeks I dont usually take siestas because I have no time but I´d love it.When I most like to sleep its when Its raining so hard and its sounds in my window.

    I'm going to talk about the time that I spend sleeping in my every day, sleep probably is one of my favourite moment on my day, I always want continue sleeping when the alarm clock its sounds but normally I lay a lively music and I get up…

    In my weekdays I wake up at 6:35 AM but normally I don’t get up until 6:45AM. My timetable's school its 8:00 AM to 14:30 PM, when I leave school I go to home and after lunch became my best moment, when I’m relaxing for as usual one hour or 40 minutes, the siesta time… later i beging again sleep after dinner at 23:30 PM around.
    On Fridays my siesta go on more time because I don’t studies on the Fridays afternoons
    On Saturdays and Sundays I usually get up at 10:00 AM because I take advantage of the morning for study and normally I go to bed on satudays at 1:30 and on Sundays at 23:00 PM

    On holidays all is difference, I always pass the course in june, and I not often study in summer, and for this I haven’t got timetable for get up or go to bed, I normally sleep all the time that I like… in conclusion I have a difference rutting depend of the day.

  18. I love sleeping. Sleep is very important in my life because if I don´t sleep a lot, I won´t bear in all day long. I sleep very much.
    On weekday I sleep little because I wake up quickly, at seven o´clock, and I go to bed at twelve o´clock. But I sleep a little siesta. I start the siesta at half past three and I wake up at quarter to five for study.
    On weekends I sleep a lot because I don´t go to school and I wake up at the hour I want. I get up at two o´clock but if I go to bed very late I wake up at four or five o´clock in the evening.
    The other day, I´m sleepy and I sleep six hours in the siesta. My friends say me that I´m a sleepyhead because I sleep like a log.
    On holidays I take advantage of I haven´t school and I sleep all the day. In summer I sleep in the night, the siesta and in the morning in the beach when I sunbathing.
    The conclusion is I love sleep but I only sleep more when I have time: on holidays and on the weekends.

In my opinion I think that you must sleep as minium eight hours because the scientists and doctors show what is the time necesary to sleep because is the time required to wich the body is rested and can live day to day without effort, but at the week I usually sleep about six or seven hours, and I know that is wrong but don’t have more time to sleep, at the weekend I really spend more hours sleeping because I need to recover the lost hours in the week. Normarly I sleep the tipical siesta, because when I get home from school I am so tired, I sleep an hour or an hour and a half, then I get to study. At holidays I sleep what I want because I don’t have to do anything, only specials days that I have any important plan

  20. I like very much to sleep. I think that it is one of the pleasures better in my life. During the week, I can’t sleep a lot of time because I have to study and doing many things before going to the bed. So I only can sleep seven hours at night. I think that school begins very soon and we can’t study better because we are tired. If I would have a little time more to repose, I would have more energy during the rest of the day.
    In Spain we have a special thing: “ la siesta ”, and I like it a lot. But If I sleep “la siesta”, I would go to the bed later at night because I wouldn’t have time to study.
    At weekends, I sleep more time. I can get up later. If I don’t have to study hard, I can’t sleep a lot of time, but when I have a difficult exam, I get up early to study, normally at nine o’clock.
    So I love holidays because I sleep all the time that I want, I can go to the parties, back home late, get up late and I don’t stay tired any day.

  21. For me, sleep is the best thing ever. Unfortunately I can´t sleep as much as I'd like. From Monday to Friday I go to bed at 12 pm and get up at 07:45 in the morning to go to school. I should go to bed earlier but with all the homework and things to study is impossible. School starts at 8 but I live far away and I have to get up much earlier.
    It ends at 14:30 and after eating always sleep nap (from 16:00 to 17:00) before I started studying. If not sleep before studying is impossible for me to concentrate fully because I sleep in the books.
    I spend all week thinking about the weekend because if I do not I have a lot of studying all morning I'm sleeping and recovering the lost sleep during the week.
    In the summer holidays or Christmas, go to bed late and get up about 13:00 or 14:00 pm, depending on the day.
    People often say that you lose a lot of time sleeping and can do other things like sports, visiting sites ... but I love to sleep without getting the alarm to get up at a certain time.
    Everyone needs sleep in order to perform at their best every day.

  22. Sleeping is something necessary for everyone. Some people can sleep more than others but all of us need to sleep all days. During the week i can not sleep to much because if i want to have a shower and take a good breakfast i have to get up at half past six , then i spend almost thirteen hours in the school , because in the afternoon i have to been studing in La Preu , later when i finish the study i go to Pineda to make something of sport , like play tennis or padel , or to swimming awhile , finaly when i get home is half past ten and i still have to dinner. During the weekend i can sleep something more , because normally on Saturday and Sunday if I have not exams i can been sleping all the morning . At the weekend i can do “siesta” too, after i having luch. It is true that when i was more young i could sleep more , it was because i had more free time and i had less things to do, and i spent less time studing. So i am goint to sleep whenever i can .

    Normally I am not used to sleep too much, because in my family they aren’t very sleepy, so since I was a child I always get up very early in the morning. My mum is the earliest to get up; she always gets up at nine o´clock in the morning and awakens everyone.
    That is the reason why I don´t sleep so much, but now that I´m getting older, I sleep a little more. Normally in the weekends I get up at half past ten to study but if I don´t need to study in the morning I get up at eleven o´clock, more or less. If I have a party I normally get up very late more or less at half past two or three o´clock in the afternoon.
    During the week, I usually get up at a quarter to seven, because I have to be at school at eight o´clock in the morning. I never sleep “siesta” during the course but if one day I feel very tired I try to have a rest after lunch so I see the TV for a while other way I feel asleep while I am studying. Finally I go to bed at half past eleven in the night.

  24. The Siesta has existed for thousands of years and was previously regarded as a physical necessity rather than a luxury. I love sleep but I can not do as much as I'm in the studio and live away from my school, so I have to get there early at 7:25 out of my house, so I wake up at 7 quarter. If I havent school afternoon Siesta I would sleep. I ground bed at half past eleven, or twelve and I get up at quarter to seven, ie sleep six hours and forty-five min. but should get more sleep on weekends I sleep later and wake up later and sleep also Siesta because I can not weekdays. I think it is very important to sleep well to seize the day to the fullest and be attentive in class. They are many famous people who napped like a - Bill Clinton napped while President of the United States to help him cope with the pressures of office. Napoleon napped between battles while sitting on his horse. Geniuses such as Edison and da Vinci napped .. In recent years, studies have suggested that we have a biological need for afternoon naps. Contrary to popular belief, eating lunch does not bring on drowsiness, although a heavy lunch, carbohydrates and alcohol can make us more tired.

In my opinion, sleep is for some a lifestyle but for some is something necessary and sleep because for need for life, though everybody enjoy sleep while this very tired of doing some intensive and exhausting task. I'm sleeping to keep running but sometimes that enjoy go to bed and finished a large day. At weekdays I sleep 8 or 9 hours approximately, a weekday I go to bed at eleven o´clock and I get up at half past seven, but I never sleep nap, though be a typical in Spain, I never been able to do, and I find it very boring. On vacation if I sleep a lot but not too much because I like to take advantage of go to hunt because for afternoon too hot to walk on the country. What I like to sleep is to dream, it`s fantastic. Dreaming allows you to travel to places unknown, you can fly, you can be a great football player is something fantastic. I want to finish with some verses of Calderon de la Barca, “¿Qué es la vida? Un frenesí.

    I 'm used to not sleeping much , I think sleep is a waste
    of time and if we used half time we spend sleeping to
    to change the things we would go much better. I sleep on weekdays
    of 6-7 hours on weekends week sleep less because Saturday I
    I have to get up early to go to work then at 7 I have to be
    awake and if I go out on Friday night I sleep less. ( 4 or 3
    hours).
    after work I go home and take a shower , lunch and me
    I take a 1 hour nap after work because I'm very tired and could not study in the evening . when I get up I get to study and the
    night I go out with my friends to clear .
    the only day that I can actually sleep on Sunday because it is work and I dedicate my time to relax and review what you have given during the week and what I have studied the weekend .
    in summer is different, there are no timetables summer unless you have things to do, but usually you go to sleep when you wake up you want and when you want , get up you wear your swimsuit and go to the beach to take the sol .
    afternoon when eaten as and you catch the bike and go two hours to the countryside to enjoy some fresh air and play sports and then at night go out and spend time with your friends .
    my advice is to not lose time on the day sleeping because there is time for everything .

  27. I love sleeping. During the week I can not sleep much because I have to go to school and I have to get up every day at half past six but when I leave school and I come home I lay down to sleep at least an hour, as if I am unable to sleep a while studying.
    When sleep is more in the summer and I have not to go to school and study and I can not sleep I want. Some people do not need as much sleep and they say that sleep is a waste of time but at least I see it as a pleasure and if up to me sleep more.

  28. The time that I spend in sleeping from Monday to Friday is seven or eight hours to go to classes. On having come from the college I am in the habit of sleeping half an hour to give good results well in the evening of study.
    The weekends, I am in the habit of sleeping nine hours or ten, depending of the hour to which I have gone to bed of the night, if I have gone out or not..
    On vacation if I sleep a lot but not too much because I like to take advantage of the daylight hours and go to the beach in the morning.
    The bank holidays also I am in the habit of sleeping more if I do not have anything that to do but I am not in the habit of passing because I like to be useful the hours of the day to do other activities.
    I think that you must sleep as minium eight hours because it is good for the health as the scientists and the specialized doctors say.
    In conclusion: i think that to sleep is the only moment in which you manage to forget all the problems but also I think that it takes you a lot of time of other activities

  29. It is said that sleep is something so important for humans over years.
    Studies say that humans must sleep as minimum over eight hours.

    Of my point of view I think that sleeping is necessary for all of us because we don’t stop on doing things during the day,that because we live in a society whose citizens have to do lots of things for maintain a comfortable world.
    But, ¿ all people sleep the same hours?
    Of course, no. it depend of the person.
    For example: there are so many people who love sleep but they cant for the work they do , that the case of doctors as my father, who cannot sleep so much time when he is at the hospital., however others spend part of his lifes sleeping at weekends.
    In my case, I used to sleep few years ago about seven hours but nowadays less than a six hours because in one hand I don’t need to sleep so much time, but later I will do a brilliant breakfast for myself . In addiction I try to study at night because it’s the time of the day when I was more relax and concentrate and that the reason for I use to sleep very few.

    In the other hand at weekends I usually try to sleep eight hours if I feel so exhausted.

  30. Well, about the time I spend sleeping, it has changed a lot. During the year I liked to sleep a few time after having lunch to relax myself before I start to study. But now, that I’m in the high school; I don’t have time to sleep. At the weekend, I try to sleep siesta, because I have more time to study and I can do more things. However, at the week I used to spend time studying, doing homework or going to English academy. I hope it changes when I finish this grade!
    On holidays, I sleep a lot, because it relaxes me, and I don’t like wake up early. Sometimes I get up to have lunch and I go to sleep after do it, because I finish too tired when I go out with my friends at night, hahahaha. I think that there isn’t anything better to do, because I have been studying and working all year, and I need to relax myself and resting during the three months of holidays.
    In conclusion, I think sleeping its necessary, but not excessively. We should spend time in other activities doing interesting things that you can’t do while you are studying.

Currently for young people sleeping is something really importante because we need to be wide awake.Older people,especially parents, think that sleeping too much is a waste of time because while we're sleeping we are not doing anything productive. But for us, sleeping is essential. I usually sleep eight hours a day, and I usually go to bed at 11 pm to do my best the next day at school. On weekends I sleep 10 hours depending on the events I have that weekend. In summer, you sleep more during the day because you go out every night and it makes you tired. I once saw a documentary where they said that minimum you had to sleep 8 hours a day, if you did not you were not going to be attentive in class or at work. Most people take naps, I however do not ever sleep naps because if I sleep, when I wake up, I have more desire to sleep and don't do enought work.
    It is impossible to hold more than two days without sleeping because it is vital and necessary for your body.

  32. That is a really difficult and changing question to me, I mean a changing question because I have not ever the same timetable. Depends on too many different factors.

    I usually try to have a really organised time table, but my life is changing and I need to face up with different matter everyday. If I want to concentrate in my timetable during the time I will explain to you, at least I will try.

    Weekdays I have a hard timetable and I can not sleep too much, I go to bed at 23.00 pm and the alarm clock is ringing around 6.00 o’clock, so some days I am really tired at night before go to bed.

    My winter weekends begin on Friday around 20-00 pm., at this time I used to have dinner with my parents and I go to bed. Maybe we see a movie or I read a little bit before I fell asleep. On Saturdays and Sundays I wake up around 9.00 o’clock, because I believe that I have a biological watch in my stomach, and I am starving early in the morning, so I wake up.

    I don’t use to have siestas, only sporadically, I do when I am really tired and my eyes are felling down sometimes without even thinking about it I fell asleep.

    During my holidays, for example summer holiday I have a different timetable, and I am a different one, it is not easy to explain, but I suffer a hard transformation. I really fell better, and even sleeping the same hours with this summer or holidays timetable I feel stronger, healthy and more rested.

  33. Well, for me sleeping is so important, such important that I believe the behavior and mood of a person depends directly of the amount of hours you sleep. I don´t sleep all I should so I try to fix it because when you sleep the full time you are able to do all you want with the highest production level, and this is a way to organize your days. At weekdays I normally sleep about 6 hours, that´s why most weekends I am used to sleep more than weekdays. Friday is the day when I sleep less and that´s because I get up at 6:30 and after finishing classes I hang out with my friends and don´t arrive home earlier than 3, so I wake up a bit late on Saturday morning but not too much because I have to study a little too.
    Siesta is like a double edge weapon, It makes be ready for all again but if you abuse a lot of you will waste all your study afternoon. That´s why I normally don´t have siesta, only when I am so exhausted and need it to continue.

  34. In the first place I have to say that I don´t like sleep because I wake up cranky and spend the time doing nothing. I prefer to play sports instead of sleeping because it is more beneficial to health
    At weekdays I go to the bed at twelve o ´clock and I wake up at quarter past seven. After the school I arrive to my house at quarter to three and later I usually watch the TV but never sleep.
    At weekends I sleep more time that a weekdays because I haven´t wake up at quarter past seven.
    In winter I sleep more time because the weather is cooler and I am more time at home and I prefer be comfortable in my house than on the street going cold.
    Some days I lie in bed while I'm with the phone but I do not sleep. On special occasions to endure more time at night I sleep nap such as in Christmas party.
    Before the school I am sleeping because of the weather that is very cold recently.
    In conclusion I do not usually sleep nap and in the night I sleep the recommended hours for have energy the next day.

    TIME TO SLEEP
    I sleep 6 or 7 hours every day during the week and the weekend I sleep 9 or 10 hours, more or less. In my summer holidays I go to sleep later and I get up later too.
    I know that I would go to sleep earlier, but I cannot because I have a lot of things that do, like… I go to karate, I go to the academy, I go to skate park, I do homework and I have to eat, this is very important because if I don’t eat I will die. When I go to sleep I usually take the mobile phone and I start to listen to music and write for whatsApp with my friends.
    In my summer holidays I go to sleep later than in the school time. I see the film while I have dinner. In the morning I get up at 10 o´clock and I go to the beach. I get up earlier than a lot of my friends because I like make a lot of things in the morning because it isn’t hot.
    In conclusion, my timetable of sleep is totally normal because I rest and sleep all my body needs.

  36. Well, this year I really don’t sleep too much. During other courses, I used to rest more, at week and at the weekends, but now I am in the last year of high school and I don’t have enough time. Occasionally I sleep a short nap to disconnect a bit from school before I start studying, because it is better to study to relax a bit. At the weekends I usually get up later than at week and I sleep a little rest after lunch, because on Friday I go out with my friends and I used to come back later. The worst is the time of exams, because a lot of days I have to stay up late studying and over I have to get up early the next day. However, in summer I try to sleep a lot, because I can’t do it during the course. If I had more time, I would sleep more, but I think I'll have to finish high school and I have to do Selectivity to sleep again as before! To sum up, sleep is very important in my life because it is the best time of day that I forget all my problems and that's great.

The time that I spend sleeping depends of the day and the season, but at weekends is whe I have a more normal routine: actually I go to the library to study and when I arrive at home, I relax watching TV, playing, etc. and at 12 o´clock, when I´ve dinned, I go to sleep, but I spend some time listening music and talking with the phone. I wake up at 7:30 to enter at school. At weekend is different because I like after and I wake up after, it depends of what I do the night before. At holidays is so different, above all, in summer, I sleep so much in summer, and there are days when I wake up and it´s hour to lunch, although in some summers I had to study and I was in academics at mornings. In fair, is when my schedule changes more because it´s a allnight party and in that week I sleep starting at nine. And although it´s a Spanish invent I don´t sleep siesta, only when I´m very tired and I don´t have something to do because someday when I sleep at siesta I wake up so tired and so late that I can´t do nothing more.   38. Sleep is essential for be rested, for having a better comprehension, for assimilate better things , to improve memory and also helps students to be more relax at exams dates.
    Personally, I don´t need the same number of hours to sleep in all the occasions. For example, during holidays I don’t have school, I don’t have exams so I am not under stress. I usually go out with my friends , I go to the beach and I make plans all the time so I am very very relaxed. For this reason ,I don’t need to sleep so much time, but mysteriously, I sleep between eleven and twelve hours, which is fantastic.
    Another occasion is the siesta. During winter, I usually sleep siesta one hour because I have to get up very early in the mornings to go to school. However, during the summer, I usually sleep two hours.
    Finally, during the week days and weekends, I don’t sleep as much as I would like. I should sleep eight hours but I usually sleep six. When I have exams, I try to go bed early and get up at four.

    I normally sleep too. All days, I sleep the nap, because I wake up, I am better.
    At night I sleep seven or eight hours.
    If I had time for sleep more, I would be better in the school, but no is possible... Because I haven´t time.
    On the weekends, I sleep how a dog. I wake up at eleven o´clock, is fantastic!
    When I have to study I wake up at nine o´clock...but sometimes I sleep too.
    I like to sleep the nap, when is weekends I sleep for two hours, but sometimes for 1 hours.
    Occasionally my father says me that I can´t sleep the nap, because I have to be doing something more important, but the nap is very important for me.
    I think that sleep too is good for our body, because we rest, are happier and have more energy. I recommend to sleep nap.
    There are days that I can´t sleep nap, and that day I am tired and is more difficult to study than other day.
    When I was in a party, the next day I need sleep more than other day to recover energy. In fact, I sleep too.
    In conclusion, I like sleep, is one of my hobbies and always will be.

    I always have slept very much, always I charmed sleep but never in the evening ,because after I woke up in a bad mood ,not wanting to do anything more tired than before and I felt as if I had lost all afternoon .But I this year I am sleeping in the evening probably for the hour to which I wake up .When I was in the college was waking up at half past eight and me I slept more soon .Now I get up at 8 a.m. and i fall asleep very much afterwards.
    But this is not sure, the hours that I sleep depend on many factors ,For example if I have examinations or if it is weekend .If it is a weekend I can allow fall asleep many mas or go out with my friends or remain in house seeing a movie and to rest of the whole week,I prefer resting seeing a movie or going out awhile with friends because coul to get up more tired and to leave the task for another day .Every Friday I am not in the habit of studying anything because I am tired of the whole week and i study very bad and i prefer rest this day .Most saturdays if I have much that to study I wake up early and i study a bit in the morning,Since in the morning I have the mind more opened and clear,And on Sunday I am all day studying and doing the exercises of class.In conclusion for my better thing it is to study on Saturday morning and all Sunday and Fridays to do the exercises

  41. I the weekdays usually sleep six or seven weekends ations depends nine or ten , there are days that I sleep very little, other than sleep a lot and others do not even sleep . I always sleep during the course less , mainly because you have to get up very early in the afternoon I have to study and go to tutorials and when I get home at night I like to watch TV for a while . The weekend is different because although some have to study , get up when you want and take advantage of a lot as the day , the weekend is no time all, studying, sleeping , partying ... and last summer I 'm not sleeping much because I get home late every day , trying to enjoy summer to the fullest and when I go on vacation with my friends slept only two or three hours per day, and when you start Directions routine is when you start to sleep more and gives the body the rest it needs , I think that routine makes you lead a more organized life and although there early much your body and mind are more rested on vacation

    The time that I spent sleeping at weekdays is nothing because I stay I the A level and I finish on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at six o’clock. On Monday and Tuesday, because I have to basketball coaching and I finish at half past eight and the Wednesday I leave at six o’clock too because I go to English class because I'm going to get the First Certificate and I leave to that class at nine o’clock. And on Thursday I leave to A level al half past eight and I arrive to my house one hour more, at half past nine.

    For one hand if it´s weekends I only sleep at night, because I don't like so much sleep in the afternoon, like siesta, I prefer to sleep at night and get up more later like at eleven on o’clock only if I don't have any exam the next week or if I have a basketball match.

    And for other hand if it's summer holidays I like to sleep siesta, because I don't have to study nothing and I have all the days for me I don't have to be worried if I have to go to school the next day, if I have to study, etc.

    In conclusion I only sleep if I don't have to do nothing the next days.

  43. I personally do not I am known for being a child that much sleep I like to enjoy the whole day. I think that already there will be time to rest when either more more. On weekdays I sleep less because I enter the school at 8:00 and that is why I have to get up an hour earlier every day, although if that is true that ' midweek siesta´ always respect it, because but I would be impossible to concentrate to study in the afternoon. I think that ' the siesta´ is something very healthy and good health that I think that every time he sleeps it more people.
    On weekends if it is true that I lie much more afternoon so I wake up also very late. But I like to take advantage of weekends to do the things that I can not, throughout the week. In the time of summer vacation if I sleep more, but only because I am not going to school and rest more on holiday do not stop doing things and just tired and wanting to sleep days.   44. Tell me what would you do if one day you can not sleep , and you'd be at school , work. Only you'd be thinking about sleep , in attempting to open eyes to do anything . for my sleep is something that is needed , is the minimum to get up and perform satisfactorily . If for someone to sleep is secondary to me is so important , that if you do not, you're nothing that day. Some animals like horses that have to sleep standing up because I know of them so hard that it's not worth lying to sleep. Many times , people , especially your family , it makes you question the typical .. But do not you be tired all day lounging and sleeping ? .. To which clearly answer no , because sleep is something extremely incredible . I still remember those Saturdays in your house where you do not get up all day and going from the couch to the bed and the sofa bed , and all you do is eat and sleep . Those days are the best , because nothing like doing nothing all day .

In my opinion sleep is one of the most fundamental things to life , many people want to take the time each time they do, but I think you have to rest to exercise , but not go our way , and that consciousness is tired and our performance going slower which hurts desconcentracion.Dormir is very healthy and even those people say otherwise , I consider sleeping while also using the time . My body needs a lot of rest above , and so much more I do the weekend of weeks and that I have free time. Midweek twice because I get tired of sitting apart from 8 am to 20:30 pm I go out, my mind is the source where we absorbed all my energia.Aunque youth who supposedly need less naps or fewer hours sleep , for the simple fact that most endure the tiredness, acostumbranos we should have a consistent schedule , however as we grow older the body craves more sleep but we hold our more obligation therefore do not rest enough to root that insomnia , routine illnesses occur defenses down ... and turn to drugs or pills that make our fictional sueño.En final hours of sleep is one of the best pleasures in life we should value it more and use it

  46. I think sleeping is one of the most important day in a person's things , because it is the time when we rest our body. It is such an important thing to eat every day because if our body is not 100 % and we give good in our day to day. I personally sleep little more sleep in winter and in summer. In winter hours sleep little schoolboys . During the week I get up every day at 07.00 and I soil bed at 2330 or so. Because of this daily nap soil , to perform better in the studio in the afternoon. Instead on the weekend I usually lift later and I usually go to bed later. At the weekend I do not usually nap , as they almost always have things to do . In contrast, in summer I usually sleep pretty much like the weekend of winter, that is, I usually go to bed late and getting up late . According to studies people grow during the summer.   47. Normally I don’t sleep a lot when I haven’t got class. I prefer get up early to spread the day. Also I Know that sleeps is very important for our brains. At the week, I get up at 7:00 am to go at school and I don’t sleep again until 11:00 pm because I’ve study lessons all evenings. At the weekends the time frame change. Depends of the days, I sleep more or less, however to 3:00am until 10:00am. When I sleep the necessary for me, I’m feeling better but, when I sleep a lot, I’m feeling more tired than before. My dog, Junior, is all day sleeping. I don’t know the reason because he doesn’t run a lot so he doesn’t burn energy. I love sleeping but I feel that I’m wasting time. In conclusions, I need change my sleeps habits to be healthy myself.

  48. Having a good sleep is essential for a good life. Everybody needs to rest and the time recommended is 8 hours. But not everybody sleeps the same amount of time. Some people sleep less, like old people, and some more like babies. Personally, during the weekdays I try to sleep 8 hours at least but its difficult because I’m very active at night and I am unable to go to bed before 12 am. So, if I get up at 7… I never sleep more than 7 hours. However, on the weekends, I sleep as much as I can. I stay in bed until 11 pm. I would love to sleep more, but there’s always something to do, like helping my parents do the shopping or walking the dog. I only have siesta in the summer holidays, when it is too hot to do anything else but staying home and sleeping until it gets a bit less hot and I can go out with friends late at night.
    My experience when I don’t sleep enough is really bad. I’m usually in a bad mood or feel depressed. Sleeping is great. You sleep, you get rest and feel fresh in the morning, full of energy to do a lot of things.

    I don’t really spend so much time sleeping in my life. For example, at weekdays I sleep eight hours at night and I don’t usually sleep siesta. At weekends, I spend more hours sleeping because I don’t have to get up early so I can go out with my friends until late, and I sleep siesta because I don’t need to study all the afternoon.
    However, in holidays, I spend my time in the bed, because I have a relaxing routine, I get up late, sleep siesta and go to bed late.

    In conclusion, if we think about the time we spend sleeping we notice, that more than the half of our life is lost without any activity, only sleeping.

    Humans need to sleep a minimum of 12 hours a day to keep the rest of the day is with a good level of activity, ie the minimum to be aware of everything happening in your environment. Although people usually do not, at least I don't.

    When we were small it was easier to meet this schedule, because we were in constantly moving, and when it's dark we were so tired we went running to sleep after our favorite series on TV; but when we got to school, with all those exams, homework, papers, etc.. we we tend to be more awake time for studying or finishing overdue tasks from two weeks ago or we just playing with the phone, computer or other devices until very late. This causes the next day we we sleep in the class and this implies that we go to bed later that we don't learn what is given in class, then we need extra time to finish the studies. Thus comes the weekend and we go to bed for catch up on sleep we've lost along the work week, later we woke to go out and have fun at the end a little.

    In short, we slept for necessity, lack of sleep, for having exceeded the previous night, for fun, boredom, etc.

  51. On weekdays I always try to sleep eight hours so that I can be awake next day, although sometimes when I have exams during the week, I usually study a lot until it’s very late, so I sleep only six or seven hours.
    On weekends I try to sleep a little more, but on Fridays I always go out at night and come back late (2 am approximately), so I tend to sleep less. However Saturdays and Sundays I always try to sleep more, around 9 hours. I actually am a really sleepy person.
    I don’t sleep siesta very often, mainly because I have class again at five o'clock, but always I feel tired because of the school I try to sleep a few minutes after lunch. However, it is true that I always try to find time on weekends to take a small nap.
    Holidays, especially summer holidays, are like a long weekend for me. My rhythms are very similar weekend’s but with a greater extent. There are days that I sleep less because I’ve gone out till late, but there are also days when I sleep a lot, up to ten hours. I really love these kind of days, because they make feel very relaxed next morning.

  52. In my opinion it is recommended to sleep eight hours a day, but on the other hand I consider that we have to sleep more, because we are young and we need to rest especially more than adults
    I usually sleep around eight hours during the week and, in the weekend I sleep around ten hours or less because I am tired and I'm used to getting up at lunchtime. I hardly ever take a nap after eating lunch except for the days that I am exhausted.
    Another thing is that my dog is all day sleeping because she is all the time running and playing and she gets tired very quickly. That is why I think maybe animals (mammals) need to rest more than us - or they have time to spare.
    Finally, sleeping to me is very important, I love it. If it was up to me i will be sleeping all day.

    I think that sleep is important to some people that sleep is to waste time, but if you don't sleep your body does not rest and if you do not rest you don't as well, a study says that if not sleep for 30 days you die, why sleep is something necessary to live. I think that sleep between 6 and 8 hours is necessary to be rested, but that depends on what each person needs to because not all people sleep the same, there are people who need to sleep more than 10 hours. In my case depending on how tired that is there are days that I've slept 12 hours and also days that I have 4 or 5 hours NAP, asleep to my I like sleeping, but lately not so much need it and when I get up already no I can't fall asleep again. The worst thing is wanting to fall asleep and not being able, this tends to happen when I am somewhat concerned and therefore so much that I can't sleep I think. In conclusion I think that throughout the different stages of life is more or less sleep.

  54. As my father says, the day is divided into three parts, eight hours for work, eight hours to eat and play and eight hours to sleep. Clearly refers to weekdays, and often may be fulfilled part of sleep, since I have to get up at seven in the morning to go to school, and had dinner at half past nine at night, so that about eleven at night, I ought to be in bed, but I always play around with the phone before going to sleep.
    At weekends everything changes, because if I go out with my friends back late and get up late. It seems incredible, but I sleep the same hours but I'm more tired in the morning so I can lay back on my bed after eating, but I don`t sleep. I don`t have a habit of napping.
    In summer holidays, I sleep the same time although the schedule is completely altered by the activities I do at this time: beach, pool, soccer, surfing, paddle, etc ... this causes fatigue and can sleep an extra hour at night . If you go out at night is like winter weekends.

    Do all animals sleep?

    I like many people one of the things that I like is sleeping, but unfortunately is less do things because when sleep time just goes by so fast , and if I'm much time sleeping, after not I have time to do other important things I have to do like studying and playing sports as they are two of the most important things in my life , but unfortunately have to study a lot more sports that I can do ...
    but when I 'm on vacation, a lot of my time is spent in bed and playing sports, because when I play sports and then you rest is a very nice feeling that I would like everyone had often as much disconnected .
    but of course, in addition to this , when I'm on vacation I really like being with my friends on the street holding my friend one beer in any bar, because when I'm with my friends all sites are good for a good time .less than besides all this I also like spending time with my family because I think it is very important to have a good relationship with them , like the one I have , because if I have many uncles and cousins , I have a fantastic relationship with them as we see much .

  56. Sleep is one of the things that I love to do. During the days of the week I always go to sleep pretty early, like around ten or eleven but I also wake up early to get dress and ready for school. Since I love to sleep, everyday after class, when i get home, I eat lunch and then I always take a one and half hour nap or siesta. If I don't take a siesta I won't be able to do anything the rest of the day. The siesta gives me the energy that I need from the time that I wake up until the time that I go to sleep to do whatever I have to do.
    During the weekends my sleeping schedule changes depending on a few things. If I have a free weekend, which means that I don't have to study at all, I normally go out and go to sleep really late, but I also wake up late. During the weekends I skip my siesta because I normally have better things to do. If I have to study a lot on the weekend I will do the same thing that I do during weekdays. I keep the exact same sleeping schedule.

  58. Normally the time that I am in the habit of sleeping they are 7 or 8 hours on weekdays because I go to bed on 12 p.m. and get up to go every day to class at 7 a.m.. Throughout the week I am accumulating dream because I need to sleep mas and cannot sleep siesta since I train every day at 5 a.m. and have particular classes at 4 a.m.
    When Friday comes I am very tired and am useful to sleep on approximately 15 minutes before training. I come to my house after playing to the football and go out awhile with my friends. I cannot go out a lot of time because the following day I have to get up early mas to travel since every Saturday I play a party already be in house or for the rest of andalucia (huelva, cordoba, cadiz, ceuta ...) when the vacations come it is when I am useful to sleep and get up afterwards, but only in June since in July I begin to train at 9 a.m. and have to get up before to have breakfast and to do the digestion

  59. I love to sleep and whenever I have time I spend on it, the school is torture for me because you have to get up very early to attend classes ... and it really is exhausting. After college I always sleep and nap 5pm I keep studying. I try to go to bed early to get more sleep when I have school the next day not to be tired. On weekends I usually stay up late because I go out at night and want to sleep, but when I'm on exams do not go out and go to bed early to get up early to study. On vacation ... is my paradise, I sleep as late as you want, go out at night until the time you want and sleep when you want, but beware, as long as it has not suspended any subject. My boyfriend jose has the ability to sleep anywhere, either on a bench or table class, which I am my job easy for me.

    On the one hand, normally during the week I get up at a quarters of seven to go to the college and when I return I never sleep siesta because but I fail to take advantage the whole evening of study because I get up, though it sounds rare, more tired and without desire of studying, on the other hand if I do not sleep siesta and put just after eating am useful more the time of study and this way I end before and do what I like, to go to bed soon! It might be said that I like to sleep because I me like to put to bed soon but on the other hand he would say that I do not like to sleep because when I have time in the mornings I me do not like to raise late.
    On the other hand, the weekends I sleep less time even because I am charmed with going out with my friends and he supposes it going out of holiday and going to bed late and though I go to bed late, since I have said before, I do not get up the following day very late because I have things that doing and almost always is to study. This year unlike others I am going out less with my friends because I have much of that to study but I do not also take advantage to sleep because the weekends also I get up early.
    In conclusion I am not a girl who sleeps very much, though I like much but I think that there are things better that to do before that to sleep.

  61. For me, sleep is the best thing ever. Unfortunately I can´t sleep as much as I'd like. From Monday to Friday I go to bed at 12 pm and get up at 07:45 in the morning to go to school. I should go to bed earlier but with all the homework and things to study is impossible. School starts at 8 but I live far away and I have to get up much earlier.
    It ends at 14:30 and after eating always sleep nap (from 16:00 to 17:00) before I started studying. If not sleep before studying is impossible for me to concentrate fully because I sleep in the books.
    I spend all week thinking about the weekend because if I do not I have a lot of studying all morning I'm sleeping and recovering the lost sleep during the week.
    In the summer holidays or Christmas, go to bed late and get up about 13:00 or 14:00 pm, depending on the day.
    People often say that you lose a lot of time sleeping and can do other things like sports, visiting sites ... but I love to sleep without getting the alarm to get up at a certain time.
    Everyone needs sleep in order to perform at their best every day.

  62. From boy always slept in the afternoon , resting a lot, but that was when I was in kindergarten , because entoces was a lot smaller and not as many activities into the evening. Also weekends bastabte slept , because travel always slept most of the way , even when going to do long trips . Currently sleep much less because not every evening I can paracticar the " nap " because I have to study a lot, but whenever I can sleep a while in the afternoon. Also at night I sleep less because before I went to bed very early , but now having to study and review rather crawl into bed much later and therefore I rest less. This negatively affects the mornings because I 'm very tired. On weekends I love because I can go to bed late and then sleep all you want without concern. When I sleep I feel bad the next day and more bad thick I usually leave things worse, even when I sleep well when to get up, I wake up with a lot of energy and a lot happier . So if it is true that sleep facilitates and helps a lot at all and more like what a person of my country is our great tradition that is the "siesta"

  63. In my view, i consider that i am a person who sleeps the just and necessary. Sleeping is a vital action that we need to do everyday of our lifes so it would be treated as a prioritary topic to talk about . On weekdays I try to sleep from seven to eight hours per day, so I go bed at half past eleven and I get up at seven o´clock, too early! But since I started to go to the gym I am able to sleep less without feeling tired.
    On weekends all changes, it depends on if these night I go out or not: if i go out i dont usually arrives too late, so i spend sleeping the same time as on weekdays but if i dont go out ( i do not why) but i sleep much more, perhaps because I go bed later but i wake up at… ten o´clock half past ten, not later, I do not like waste my weekend time sleeping while i could be doing something productive.
    And by the end, although you are not going to belive me, I never sleep siesta for the simple reason: in weekdays i dont have time to study and going to the gym so I dont sleep siesta and at the weekends I DONT WASTE MY TIME hahahaha

  64. I consider myself to be a person who sleeps little time, I like to put to bed soon but at the moment of never getting up do it later of the ten of the morning because I feel that I am wasting a new day.

  65. I ussually sleep all the time that i can but it´s not possible always for me because i have obligations. For example during weekdays i can´t sleep all i would like
    because i have to go to the school from Monday to Friday, these days i usually go to bed at eleven o´clock and i wake up at seven o´clock, except Thuesdays because
    there is a tv show that i love that end at twelve so Thuesdays i dont go to bed before twelve. Fridays is a special day because is the last day of the week that i have
    to go to school and i can sleep more the next day, so i go to bed about two o´clock. Time to wake up on Saturday depends on what im gonna do, if i have plans
    at morning i usually wake up about ten o´clock but if i don´t have anything to do i can sleep until noon.At Saturday nights i always go out with my friends so i arrivea
    at home later. Sunday normally i wake up like Saturday, time to sleep depends on what i have to do but i go to bed earlier becouse the next day i have to go to school
    early again.
    the siesta is very important for me , because i need to sleep half an hour to keep my energy for the rest of the day. I usually sleep siesta on the sofa because if i
    would sleep the siesta on the bed it would last all the day.

  66. I always want to sleep because is one of my favourite activities,but not always i can sleep the same time.
    At least I need 8 hours of dream to be active in the day, for this reason I have to go bed in different hours depends the day.A weekday I go to bed at ten o´clock and I get up at half past six(I sleep 8 hours) actually there are many times that I go to sleep later or earlier because I am very tired or I hjave to do homework or another thing.At the weekends is different, I have got a lot of time for sleep and I do it.In a normal weekend I can go to sleep at half past twelve or maybe one p.m (it´s very different between those days and weekdays) and I get up at eleven o´clock.But if I will study next day I would go to bed earlier to study.At holidays I haven´t got times to sleep, I sleep in the hours that I want, for example, in summer I can go to sleep at four p.m and I get up at one a.m.an other interesting thing is that I´ve never slept ´´siesta´´, I don´t like to sleep after eat.

  67. I love sleeping because it is the only moment I feel in peace. In addition to doctors say to sleep is very good for our health because if you do not sleep enough hours you might come down with some illness in the future .In my weekdays I am very tired because I get up very early, about at half past six and I take the bus, this is for me a strenuous routine because this provoke on me fatigue . I have dinner at ten o,clock and I should go to sleep at eleven o,clock but I always play around with the phone before going to sleep and I used to go to sleep at twelve o,clock . Nevertheles , when is Friday this change because I go out with my friends and I usually come back very late but I get up also very early because I have to study for my close exams . Many people say to me that I should have nap but I can not because I have to go one to one maths tuition.
    In the summer I sleep a lot because I am all the time free, I go out with friends, we meet on the beach or some swimming pools .In that season I feel asleep because I am no worried.

  68. in my opinion sleep is very important in my life, if I don't sleep I am not person. There are people who say that sleep is a waste of time, that is not true. to do something well you have to be rested and if you sleep little very sleepy and not to do your work well. They also say that sleep slim and make you grow up, therefore sleep is almost the same that make sport, I my I love to sleep, when you're not sleeping you have bad face. Sunday normally i wake up like Saturday, time to sleep depends on what i have to do but i go to bed earlier becouse the next day i have to go to school

  69. Nobody needs to sleep more or less; “to sleep” is a biological need, so we have to rest everyday. When you are young, yourself is able to put up with, but since we overtake fifty years old, we start being “young elderly” who hang out is started to be a difficult action and we can´t stop sleeping. Scientists say that we have to sleep, like minimum, eight hours each day, for rest of the day.
    I need sleep about ten hours, for not have sleep the next day, but I usually go to bed so late, at half past twelve, after I dinner. This make that I wake up in the morning so tired and looking forward to leave of school to dinner and sleep “siesta”, because if I do not sleep it, I can´t do well, I can´t think. If we don´t sleep correctly, we will sweep along during the next day, and this only make us do not make good what we have to do.
    Usually, when we don´t rest correctly, when we finish lunch, we need sleep urgently. Sometimes, when I decide sleep “siesta”, I forget put the alarm, and I wake up at seven, more or less, so my evening is waste of time, and I always think that when I have to sleep is for the night, and not during the day. This is about weekdays. The weekends I usually go to bed late, because I hang out with my friends and I arrive to my house about at two o´clock, so I wake up just before lunch of the next day... haha…

  70. I love sleeping. During the week I can not sleep much because I have to go to school and I have to get up every day at half past seven but when I leave school and I come home I lay down to sleep at least an hour, as if I am unable to sleep a while studying.
    When sleep is more in the summer and I have not to go to school and study and I can not sleep I want. Some people do not need as much sleep and they say that sleep is a waste of time but at least I see it as a pleasure.

One of the things I like when I'm at home or on a holiday, weekend or summer is sleep a good nap after I stuck a good meal especially when there is no school and I can have a beer with food at that point is where I sleep better too good of a nap on vacation you do not have concerns about exams and time you have to finish the nap to study and in summer I love to give me the sun in my sleep , but that does not mean I fall asleep my nap when I have school and feel very well turn your home from school tired and sleep a nap to regain strength and get up get to school.
    I usually naps I sleep on the sofa with two cushions under his head as I lay in low voice a documentary about animals.
    As for the night I usually sleep eight hours when school and if not, do not have a limit, one of the best things to do is get up a weekend at twelve or so and stick a nice breakfast that if when you surf the really loses its charm

  72. I love sleeping, especially in the holidays. During the week I have to get up early to go to school so I don´t enjoy sleeping so much even if I go to bed early which is not often if I have to study. At the weekend I can sleep later but after getting up early all week to go to school I nearly always wake up early and find it hard to carry on sleeping. This happens most Saturdays but Sundays are better. Now in Sometimes in the summer when it’s very hot and I am very tired from a late night or something like that then I sleep a little in the afternoon, but not very often prefer to be doing things during the day. The nice thing is to know you don´t have to get up early and that you can sleep as long as you like.the holidays I can get into a routine of getting up more or less when I like and so gradually I start waking up later and enjoy the time in bed much more. I don’t really sleep a siesta.

  73. MY SLEEPING HABITS
    I love sleeping, but I am not lazy. I am very tired on Fridays and I always sleep as much as I can on weekends.
    During the weekdays, I only can sleep about 7 hours maximum a day. I try to go to bed early, but I don’t know why, I always go to bed later than I expected. I don’t like TV, so I don’t stap up until late. But I have a lot of homewok to do. I have to study, do my homework, have dinner with my family, and when I go to bed I am very tired.
    So, on Fridays, I am very very tired. When I arrive home after school, I usually have a little siesta in my bedroom. I lie on the bed and I have a siesta, only one hour or perhaps a bit more. On Fridays I like going out with my friends, if I am not punished at home, and I go out until late. Another day without sleeping well!
    On Saturdays and Sundays I sleep very much, because I want to have a lot of sleep. I would like to “save” it until next weekend, if I could.
    But during my holidays, everything changes!!! I can sleep as much as I want and I usually sleep about 9 or 10 hours.

    I usually sleep a lot , but only when I have no school because when I have school I usually stay up late ( something I should not but I do) and so little sleep since the days of school get up early . But this lack of sleep the attempt to alleviate nap which attempt to be as long as may be. But this is to take a nap if there is a difficult exam week and more if we are in the last assessment. And the last assessment involves one last big effort. So weekends if I try to sleep a lot, but we are in the usual exams if I get up early to study. But yes the holidays are sacred and sleep as much as you can, but holidays like Easter or Feria sleep little at first to see all the steps and because I go three days of Nazareth and the last that came every day too late home and I cannot sleep much because if not , not . So, summer is the only time of year where I sleep all I want.
