Why should students exercise?

 Not only is exercise good for your overall health and fitness, but it also boosts your mental wellbeing.

Exercise will help keep you calm during exams. You’ll feel more energised and refreshed, and that will help you perform better in your studies.
Also, regular physical activity will help to keep you at a healthy weight and lower your risk of major illnesses such as heart disease and some cancers.
Keeping active doesn’t require a lot of time and effort. Doing 150 minutes (two and a half hours) of moderate intensity physical activity, such as fast walking or cycling, every week will give you many health benefits.
If you’re not interested in sport, or school PE lessons have put you off exercise, now’s your chance to try a new activity, such as dance or martial arts. You could be pleasantly surprised and make new friends at the same time.

Exercise the easy way

You don’t need to make a special trip to a sports centre to reach your weekly quota of exercise. There are easy ways to get some exercise into your daily routine.
  • Walk to your lectures instead of getting the bus.
  • Take the stairs rather than the lift.
  • If you have a bike, ride it to classes or go for a bike ride with friends.
  • Rent or buy an exercise DVD. Share the cost (and the fun) with your housemates.
  • If you’re going out in the evening, dance. It’s a great way to meet new friends as well as to keep in shape. (Watch the video on street dancing at the end of this article for more details.)
  • Go for a jog with friends before going to college, or between classes.
  • At lunchtime or weekends, kick a football around with your friends in the park, or have a game of volleyball.  .

  1. I like sports very much, it makes me feel good. Since childhood I have been dedicated to dance, rhythmic gymnastics or figure skating. At 4 years I started practicing dance and since the age of 8 I started studying at the Conservatory of Seville Flamenco and ballet dance for 7 years, Monday to Friday 3 or 4 hours daily. Also some years I do figure skating lessons on Saturday and loved it. When I started high school I had to leave this because I hadn’t time to study but I have never left the sport and I think it is very important for health and I like a lot. Now I go to the gym two or three times a week and when I can I run on the weekends.

  2. This year I would like to do some kind of sport or exercise, since last year I did nothing. Since I was little , I've played Volley-Ball with my friends and I went really well, because I argue that sport is not just for improving your physical health or losing weight , which is what people are wont to do , but also serves largely to have fun and enjoy those you make sport. As I said before, this year I would go to the gym with my mother to dance "zumba" that is quite fun and get fit get laughing with your mates. On the other hand I would also like to take the bike more often and enjoy running and listening to music at the same time, I love it because you forget about all the problems that surround you daily and get , sometimes not thinking about anything, that's great. Finally I think that everyone should exercise to feel good about yourself , and then be happy in what they do and of course recommend to dance “zumba” and practice volleyball for fun with your friends even if two afternoons a week , you will not regret !

  3. I am a person who is considered sport. and been influenced from boy much to the sport from my parents at all mean that surrounded me (cousins​​, friends, etc..) My favorite sport is football because it is the most popular sport today and among my friends. My football team is safe as Real Betis. another sport that I like and also a few years and been practicing it is rugby.I started to practice this sport because of the influence of my cousins ​​from guys practiced. is a sport from my point of view much fun making this clear for several days. Favorite sports will like to practice are climbing mountains and throw me to feel very top of the world. others of the deprtes for which I am very interested in water sports are not ablo waterpolo or swimming, for those I have already practiced, but of the sports practiced in fast water, in true sports cataracts danger to truly feel what it is fear and live asin new experiences to tell.

  4. When I was little I always played basketball, football because I had a lot of time in the evenings and I liked much made sport.
    But now I don’t like because I think I have better things to do in my free time and I get tired very fast.
    I'm registered to the gym but I never have time to go because I have to study, but when I can go I´m 1h or 2h.
    I also like to go ride with my mother in my neighborhood because with her I entertain.
    And on Sundays I usually go with my father and my brother ignacio the park to run in the mornings during 1h.
    Last year was registered to paddle but I hate apart this year I can´t go because it's weekdays.
    And this year I want to registered in the park ``Alamillo´´ to skating with my mother and my little brother that I love skating and are on Saturday and / or Sunday mornings

    Sport is an activity that everyone can complement our life, however many think that it is a loss of time or unnecessary.
    I since have been in ballet and flamenco dance because, for example, the ballet is something that since childhood I liked and the flamenco dance I began to like because my mother and my grandmother always put me Seville and I sang and I danced, so I point me at an Academy of flamenco dance.
    Some people say that they have no time to go to a gym, but don't realize that exercises can be done at home with DVD´s or with machines to make sport.
    in my house, we have for example weights and machines to make sport if we can not leave the House because you don't give us time because we do exercises here.
    I pointed to a gym to strengthen legs because I have them so Dim.
    I encourage everyone to do exercise run to play with their friends or whatever because it is important for your body and to be happy with ourselves.
    I already took 2 years going to the gym and am very happy with my progress and me because it is a satisfaction to see how you take care of yourself and stay healthy. Initially cost but once is you take the point is bearable.
    I notice it a lot in my physical performance.

  6. I am a sportsperson and I like get fit. The sport what I practice is volleyball because I have been played voley since twelve years old. I began because my neighboring, that now is my bestfriend, was in the volleyball team in my town and I went one day to try playing and I like it. The coach said that I was a good player and I should sign up and receive lessons to train me. Over all these years I have perfected technique and now I cannot be without playing volleyball a lot of time. I play three time a week, two hours day with my team that they are my friends now. We we take the sport seriously but we do it to entertainment and we forgot the studies and homework while we are playing volleyball. Only I leave to play in summer because I go to holydays but I play other sport as voleybeach that similar, is very entertainment because you stay in the beach with yours friends and is a way to get fit and spend a good time and so I do not lose practice for when the Autumn arrives return to play with my team always.

  7. I like to play sports it is a very entertaining and is a good activity for the health. The sport that I do is basketball. I started playing to basketball with six years in my college "Maristas San Fernando" with my friends. To us we like to be going to train very much and the competitiveness for winning the matches. This year we train 3 times a week, for two hours every training. In this two hours we do different activities begin with an entertaining warming and end with a party between us. My position in the matches is of base.

    When it was small realize other sports as the ballet, golf and equine though the basketball is my favorite. But I like other sports as the volleyball it is an entertaining and very active sport. And also I like to see the football matches of the Sevilla FC and the tennis matches.
    The sport is a fundamental activity is my life since often I realize some sport. But my I do not like to go to the gymnasium because it is very boring

Sports has to be an important part of our lifes,it´s very positive for us.I practice sports every day.My favourite sport is football, I like play football with my friends,even I like to play more football that I do now.Every day I arrive home at three o´clock, I eat and I do my homeworks and study, finally I can go to play football or do other sports.Now I play basketball too, is an amazing sport that I recommending.I´m doing sports during two hours and then I come home.I do this at weeks days but not every days, it´s depends on things like the exams,normally I play football or do other sports three or four times a week and I always do with friends because is funnier than alone.Actually I would like to do more sports because I don´t do every days, the reason of this is that the sports are an exit to all of my worries,I forget it.Another good thing of do sports is meeting with new people and make new friends.Finally I think that if you do sports your marks going to improve because sports give you more motivate to study and you are going to be better.Ignacio Aguilar-Amat Nº1 1ºD

  9. Sport is not one of the most important activity in mi life. Reading, listening or going out with fiends I think are before. Is true that we have to keep fit or we will get fat. It is not my problem. Years ago I used to play paddel, tennis and badmintong. Do not ask me why I gave it up beause I could not answer.
    I think the best reason is lack of time. We grow up and the responsibilities increase too. However, there is time for everything.
    Since I was young, I would like to play lots sports, such as synchronized swimming, rythmic gymnastics etc. Eventhough they are not common sports, most of the girls want to play them. I am not interested sports like Water polo, basketball or rugby. I know the differences between them are significatives. First. I really hate basketball beacuse I do not have aim!! Second. I hate Water polo beause of my fear to the balls and there is an additive, the water. Finally, I know you would suppose why I hate rugby: it is a sport only made for guys.

  10. Since I was a child I always liked sports. I started with the rhythmic gymnastics and later started to make swimming for 6 years. When I was 10 years old also play basketball but not for long. When I pass to the Institute I do Kayak and I was competing two years. Two years ago I was at a volleyball team but I had an injury in the knee and had to stop playing. Now I go out walking and running with a friend every day for an hour after studying to disconnect from the studies and maintain the way physics.
    I like sports very much, but if I had to choose one I think its volleyball, is a sport in which you work everything and at the same time these with your colleagues, what makes that you can always have someone who support you and they can told you what you make wrong or that you should improve. Also I like to do Kayak again because when you train you forget all the things, you concentrate to do the things good; usually you take a kayak of one person, but sometimes you have to take a kayak of two or four persons so everybody have to adapt the other and work like a team.

Well I used to go every single day to the gym on my own, the gym is near my house and everyday when I finished my studies and clases I was used to go there, at half past nine more and less, and I used to come back home at half past eleven.I arrived so tired and them I made my dinner and I had a shower and directly to bed until next day.
    Nowdays I have a new rutine of sports, this year I have left the gym and I do running everynigth I run around one and and a half hour more and less, and I love it!because it makes me feel better and confortable with myself, Its not a heavy rutine to run if you do it daily,and the best its to do it at night time when there is not any sun ,because the temperature its nice at that time in Seville, lets see in winter...
    I would like to start a new sport like tennis at the evenings but I have released that I have no time because I must study every day, and also help at home. I recommend you to do some exsercise you will feel so good!

    SPORT FOR EXERCISE
    Sport is very healthy, it is possible that sports can be boring and you can be tired while you practise. I think that sport is very good for your body, your brain and possibly you will find a job related to your favourite sport if you practise it a lot.
    For examples I practise a lot of sports.
    Karate: I have practised karate since I was 7 years old. I practise in this sport have control on my body and my mind. In karate we do a lot of physical exercise too. This sport is divided in levels. I have black belt, the max level of karate is the 10th Dan but nobody in Spain has arrived to the max level.

    Skateboard: I practise this sport too. This sport is also difficult for balance but is an exciting sport because you can feel free. I practise this sport in “Plaza Armas” (pla) and in “Plaza Nueva”. If you think start to practise skateboard you will fall a lot but is normal.

    Skimboard: this sport is similar than surf but in this sport you practise in the shore of the beach, the board is smaller than the surfboard. This sport is fun for the summer in the beach that hasn´t big waves.

    In conclusion soprts in general are very important for your life.

  13. I’m not a sportive person; I’m very bad at sports, but I try to improve myself. I used to play volleyball at my old school, I wasn’t a bad player but I had to give it up because I started to fail my exams, so my parents didn’t let me go anymore.
    Now, I usually go to the gym from Monday to Thursday with some friends, there I run, I do spinning…
    The main reason why I don’t practise any sport is because I have no time and I have to study a lot. When I was a child I used to practise many sports, like gymnastics, riding horses, paddel… But I finally gave them up. If I had more time I would like to continue riding horses, because I used to love it.
    I think sport is very important for us, because if we don’t do it we will get fat, which is very unhealthy. I try to do a lot of exercises when I go to the gym, because I eat a lot, so I’m worry because I don’t want to get fat.
    I love volleyball and I’m quite good at it but I hate basketball and football because I’m really bad.

  14. The truth is I don´t do sport, because I haven´t got time. In the past I went to the gym, but now I didn´t go because I have to study a lot.
    From time to time I practice skate. I skate with my friends for La Palmera, and we skate all the afternoon. But I skate a little.
    In my house I dance all time because I love dancing. I turn on the loud-speaker and I start to dance. This is a good form of dancing exercise. I can do other things while I dancing and singing.
    When I was young I did very sports: basketball, volleyball, swimming, ride a hore, but I let the sports because I haven´t got time for these. After I went to gym but I let this because I was boring and I start to dance in my house and I skate with my friends.
    My conclusion is if you don´t do sport you would exercise, and so I do exercise the funny form.
    For lost a weight you have a good diet and do to exercise at least three time a week.
    Well, this is my sport life, I have a calm life.

  15. Since I was little, always I made a lot sport. Firstly I stared with rhythmic gymnastics, I was 3 years when I started to take my firsts steps as a gymnast at school, I trained in the school but the instructor saw potential in me , and told my parents that I could compete if I left the training at the school and going to a club. My parents thought it was a good idea, so they did that. I go to training for three month and I started to compete. One day a rhythmic gymnastics scout saw me and the other girls who competed in my team, she said if we wanted to compete at a higher level, but we have this sport like a hobby and compete in a other nevel meant aside a part of your life, after four years I had to leave because because he had a bad back and enter a school that his timetable don’t allowed me to continue training. But in my life I did more sports, I competed in athletics, swimming and horse riding too. The althletics and the swimming I left because I didn’t like so much, the horse riding I left three years ago when my grandmum died, but now I started again, I did horse riding on Fridays and this help me to disconnect from the week, but certainly the sport of my life is rhythmic gymnastics.

  16. Daily, I do a lot of exercise. Every week , first I study and when I have finished, my friend Laura and I go to the gym. There I can do static biclycle, pilates or zumba. So it is very funny. If I don’t have to study a lot, I can stay there for two hours or more. But if I have to study for a very difficult exam I only train for 1 hour. I also go walking to the gym, which is 3 kilometres far from my house. I think that doing sport is necessary and healthy, and when I need rest from my studies, the best way is to practice sport. At the weekends, my sister and I play tennis together. When we finish, we go with my father to play golf and finally, we have lunch in a restaurant afterwards.
    Last year, I rode twice a week. I would like to be able to do it this year too, but I have a problem in my right leg which doesn’t let me keep on ridding . Besides, I would like to play paddle or volleyball, but I think that I am already doing too much exercise.

Since I was little I always liked sports, such as tennis , horseback riding , playing basketball , going to the mountains to ski, and much more , but for two years I had to leave all sports because Preu entering the I point to studies by the late and had no time to go , I could only go on the weekends the pool from time to time . Playing sports is very important in my point of view , not only to keep fit , be beautiful and feel Agustos with ourselves , but also to be more healthy and relaxed and that we can be very useful to study and devote time to their homework .
    Occasionally I tell my friends to go to the gym and come with me because you will feel more agusto from a bush and come with me to the gym or running in the evenings when I get the Preu not be studying for stay back on my classmates , they feel much better and have improved both sporting their grades in school.
    In conclusion , we should all find a moment in our day to day to devote some time to our body to make us happier and not be so stressed as this people today.

  18. Why should students exercise?

    Since I was a child I have practised different sport. When I was six years old I practiced basketball, but two years later I decided that I didn´t like that sport so I started practicing rhythmic gymnastics for four years. After finishing that sport I started playing volleyball and I give it up three years later. But now I don´t like the sport because I’m very lazy, so I don´t do any sport. This year I have begun to go to the gym where I usually do bicycle, running, abdominal and quadriceps. I go to the gym every day when I finish my homework, more or less at eight o´clock in the afternoon and arrive home at ten o´clock.
    I have always wanted to do ballet but I have never done it because I was doing other sports. I like ballet because I think that is a very elegant sport and so difficult that just a small group of people can practice it, because you need to have a lot of time for training. I like horse raiding too but I can´t practice that sport, because I am afraid of horses and is very difficult to practice this sport without being very close to this animal.

  21. When I was little I loved all sports. With seven years I joined horse classes, I went very well, I was riding nine years. I still occasionally riding but not pointed classes. I was also pointed at dance classes in my other school.
    Now I'm not pointed to anything but I really like skating and out many times, and also sometimes to zumba gone. If someone does not like the sport but if you go to dance zumba recommend you spend it very well and you're doing something you love while sport.
    Something must be done sport as it is very important for health, you can not spend all day sitting around doing nothing.

  22. When I was little I used to go to tennis lessons, but in 2 ESO I quitted because of my school marks. It's a sport that I have always liked and it entertained me a lot. Now I do nothing, if it is true that last year I went to the gym to stay in shape and sometimes went out for a run with my friends,and I also had PE at school. But this year it's the only year I don't do any sports at school so I do not do any type of sport at all, but I should start!
    Apart from tennis, other sport that I have always liked is ice skating.I practice it when they put the ice rink at the Prado de San Sebastian. I also used to practice volleyball at school.
    The sport is something very important that we always have to keep in mind.It's important for health,doctors always recommend it.
    Furthermore, in this era of school is very important to sometimes clear our minds from studies and relax a while.

  23. Practicing sports is very healthy both for the body and for the brain. It helps you keep your body in shape and athletic. It helps you keep your mind clear and more productive when you are ready to study.
    I have been practicing sports since I was very young. My parents would take me to swimming clases four days a week. Now since I no longer need swimming clases I go to the pool and swim for an hour approximately three days a week. I really enjoy this sport because it exercises my whole body. Another sport which I also practice and enjoy is windsurfing. Although I only do it in the Spring and in the Summer. On weekends I usually go to Isla Cristina and there I go to the beach with a couple of friends who also enjoy windsurfing. We spend the whole day at the beach. We take our lunch and some snacks for the afternoon and just windsurf when we like.
    A sport which I would like to start doing is kitesurf. I saw lots of people practicing it this past summer in Isla Canela. I have a friend who lives in Ayamonte who also does kitesurf and he will teach me next summer.
    I think everyone should practice some sport. You just have to choose one that is right for you. It has to be something you really like doing or else you just won¨t do it. Make a list of all the possible sports and choose the right one for you. You will feel stronger and healthier and more active. Your mind and body will appreciate it.

  24. The sort of exercise that I do are:

    Riding horses, I have taken lessons once every week. I have usually had my riding horses lesson on Thursday. I go to Los Palacios where I have my horse’s school, I really too much because I am in touch with the nature –the place is in the middle of the countryside-, I am in contact with animals too - obviously – I ride horses-  , I am taking my lesson since five years and I am really glad of it.

    Gym, I try to go daily during the week, but I do not get. At the beginning, two years ago, I could go often, but now it is really difficult for me to get it because I have too many exams and I need to study really hard.
    There when I go, I have different classes, most of the time I have a big range of lessons to choose between, and I used to choose gap, spinning or pilates, depend on the time that I have to stay and the strong that I feel that day, in case that I do not want to have lessons, I can enjoy the machines and play then.

    The sports that I like to do are:

    Always I would like to have yoga’s lesson but at the moment I was not able to do I have not the chance because my timetable is not compatible with the yoga’s lesson.

  25. I like sports too much because you feel great yourself, you meet new people, you put your body to the limit learning new skills and the most important one, you have a good time.
    Since I was a child I was practicing sports either at school´s breaks time (playing football with my class mates) or at the afternoon. I started swimming because I think that is one of the most important skills you should have, and then doing karate, which I let it bored after 3 years. Then I entered in tennis's world, but finally the same. Actually I am not practicing any sport in an academy or team, but I ride a bike some weekends with my friends to go route or meet some friends to have a match. In summer, when I am at the country with my band we spend all time on the bike, playing football or swimming in the lake, and I enjoy that too much.
    I think that the man hasn´t been "designed" to be all day sit down on a desk studying or looking at the computer so we have to move and practice all activities we can. When you go to the mountain with your friends and you do sport but at the same time you are enjoying the moment you feel energetic and vital; this is an evidence of that.

  26. Well really I don't usually do much exercise. When I was younger, I used to go swimming and I used a lot the bike. However, over the years I have left to play sports, and I know it's really important for me to practice some kind of sport. Many friends play football or basketball, or riding on a bike and they do many kilometers each week.
    For this reason, I've been thinking it would be good idea to sign up for a volleyball team or go for a walk with a friend an hour before having dinner, more or less. I think the idea of dancing is also very good and fun, because you can go on a Friday party with your friends and doing exercise at the same time! I like the idea of practising "zumba". It's something that it's very popular now and you can practice in your home alone or with your family and friends when you want.
    In conclusion, I think that if someone doesn’t do any sports it’s because they don’t want; if you get bored playing sports, there are a lot of funny ways to do it! It’s very important to do some form of exercise because you need to take care and having a healthy life.

  27. Sport is very healthy and can be the difference between you and obesity or illness. Practice some sport doesn´t have to be boring and can help you a lot with a good feeding to have a healthy life. The principal problem to do sport is the time, but one form to do sport without spend time can be go to work at bicycle or a bit of gym three times at week. Now I don´t do any sport specially but I like tennis or paddle. When I was more young I played football and basketball but now I don´t like so much these sports. The school, family and friends deplete my time and I can´t do sport but in summer, when I have very much freetime I end up doing nothing...   28. Nowadays, I don’t practice any kind of sport. The reason of this is that last summer; I had an accident in my knee. The doctor told me that I should practice soft exercises with a kneepad an also not to force de knee.
    If I could do sport, I would like join to join to a volleyball team. The idea would be practise it twice a week in the multisport near to my house. I think it is a good kind of exercise because you move all your body, it is a team exercise and also you develop your attention because you have to be alert to others movements.
    When I was a child, I did synchronized swimming and I was in a rhythmic gymnastics team in Italy and then, in Seville. I really enjoyed with my friends. It was a funny sport in which you developed a lot your elasticity and flexibility.
    I´ve always been a sportive person but now, with my knee problem and studies, I can’t practice so much sport.

    TEXTO 5 OCTUBRE 2013: “WHY SHOULD STUDENTS EXERCISE?”

    I play football, is my favorite sport. Monday and Wednesday I have football with my team.
    I play in the bans, because I am fast.
    Also, I ride to my horse. Her name is Isleña.
    Isleña is in Cádiz, in my field. The weekends I go there and I enjoy with my horse. My father love her, but don´t like to ride.
    She is big, beautiful, incredible and her hair is white.
    Normally I practice this, but sometimes I play golf with my father and grandfather. I like it!.
    I would like to take up, either tennis or paddle, but I haven´t more time for this.
    When I was younger, I practiced snowboard in December but now don´t practice this, because I am not going to Sierra Nevada.
    I would like to practice this again, was a sport very funny.
    With this, I like to say that there are many things I like to do, but I haven´t enough time or haven´t got money for this.
    If was for me, I would practice every sports, but It is impossible.
    After having been practiced many sports, my sport favorite is football.

I normally am not in the habit of doing very much exercise before i played tennis, i to swimming and I was 2 years in the conservatoire of dance and many days go out to skating with my friends or with my parents while they were running now I am in the habit of going to the gym some days and doing batuka or zumba .other days I remain in my house doing static bicycle or some days i running in the park that is next to my house.
    Last year i went to the gymnasium but this year I am in the second year and it is very difficult, I do not have time, i have many examinations .This alone year I have time to do a bit of batuka or zumba ,it is very entertained this way you play sports while you are dancing.The better thing is to have little time always to do any sport like that you clear up yourself and return to study mas fast and better The sport is very important to be kept in form and to have a good health,There are many types of sport and you can choose the one that more you like and to manage to have a good looking

    since childhood I always liked sports. At four years old I knew cycling and in -line skates , then went with my father to ride a bike down the field all weekend. Today I am still a fan of sport, usually go every day to the gym I'm targeted , Galisport two short hours a day. Go to the gym relaxes me , it is also a place where I usually have so much fun and I do what I like and also go down with my middle sister , is a large, spacious , full of active people for sport. At exam time is when you may feel like going , and when I have less time to go , so strong in all exams week I usually go twice a week for one hour . Once I finish the exams, I usually go to the plant and machinery when I finish training I go to the sauna and jacuzzi to relax a little.
    Not only go to the gym , but I also go out every weekend with my dad for a bike ride through the mountains , we usually do well, all summer days around 40 km daily .
    As you can see, I love the sport and take care of daily soil

  32. To be sincere, I don't practice any sports nowadays. I only play sports at PE classes at school. However, when I was a child I went to ballet classes. I loved going there because I had lots of fun and I also made lots of new friends. We had to do special shows at the end of every year and our teacher also did a performance each year and we were amazed of how well she danced. But when I grew up a bit I didn't have much time to go to ballet so I left it. I also tried going to swimming classes but I did it during a year and left it, I didn't like it at all.
    Now, if I had to choose any sport to practice, I would choose volleyball, it has always caught my attention. I find it pretty interesting because you must be very careful and react quickly because if you don't, you lose points. Moreover, I know many friends that are in a team together so I would be with them and I'd have good times. But, even thought I want to get into a team, I don't have much time to do it so I try to walk a lot and move all I can when I go out with my friends.

  33. I like sports very much, it makes me feel good, but I am a person very tired thus I just do sports with my friends and family. This years I want to registered in the gym for go to 3 hours for week. I like play football with my friends, even I like to play more football that I do now but my favorite sport is hunting, I usually go hunting every weekend with my dad and brother and sometimes with my friends. When I'm hunting I'm really happy, but it is a sport that requires a lot of time if would be up to me all day and night hunting day is fantastic. I also played small paddle me I passed very well was fun was the best, I played every Friday from 4-5 paddle with my friends and then I was gonna ride a horse riding "Espigares" where I learned to ride a horse for 4 years. I would like to continue riding for the better, but it takes a long time and with school and the gym I have no time can only riding on the weekends when I'm in the field. Now I'm also interested by fishing is fun when the fish bite !!

  34. I’m considering a sportsperson because I realised sport every day all my life…
    Since I was bore I ride horses because my father was my teacher equitation.
    When I was started the primary school I was taken up rhythmic gymnastic for five years, then When I was ten years I started to play basketball in my school team, I was the team captain because although I was a small girl, I was the point of the team. I adore play basket but when I was twelve years I was change to the volleyball team because I was wanted check a new sport, in this team I was passed three years because when I was fifteen I was taken up to went to the gym, because I was had more studied and I could go when I wanted. I was go until the summer of this year… there I was used to the machines or I was participated in the class for example in zumba , spinning or cardio boxing… the gym are near mi house and I was go to walk. The past summer I went to the beach and today I don’t realise sport but I think this month I’m going to begin again my routine of the gym.

I small practice many years rhythmic gymnastics but when I started to become more greater by tube studies to take off because it took up too much time , then also practice swimming is one of the sport 's most passionate me but when I started to go out , party with my friends .. I was neglecting him until I remove it, there are times that I regret because that is one of the sports that I liked more but as of today more than a sport I like more specific gym, zumba, step aerobics ... are sports activities do not take lots of time, you can do it anytime and keep you fit. Sometimes I really miss the swimming as it was a competition sport and was very valid for this activity , but I think when you get to a certain age and you take your life in a sport of cmpeticion as swimming, continuous in this sport if you dedicate yourself thinking in the future to a professional about it . ami I would like in the future when I finished my studies and started to swim back to work but otherwise , dedicating myself to swimming only as a hobby , without competing or throwing the hours missed in a pool like when I was smaller

  36. I love sports , I feel good when practical. since childhood I have liked . I started with the bike, i was after 5 years in a basketball team in a school team , we won many cups. then I started to play football and I liked . I have been to 3 football teams , and the truth is that I liked a lot but too many fights . but without hesitation the sport that I liked was to rugby, in 3 years I have been on 2 teams and camaraderie , rivalry and everything that makes the sport is what most fascinated me . many strong men running behind to catch you and yours down to the floor , what are the worst rugby injuries, in the 3 years I've played I broke my knee , arm seven strains, the clavicle is left .. but what is rugby is a contact sport , even so is my favorite sport .
    Now I go to a crossfit gym is a new specialty gyms . It is a gym without machines and is a mixture of several sports, bodybuilding , weightlifting , rowing ... and many more . is not a normal gym, there you have a coach ready behind yours all the time so you do not do the exercises wrong and get hurt . I really like, good atmosphere .
    so I encourage you to do sport is healthy and longer life .

    My favourite sport is play basketball. I play in a team, that is very good and we win a lot of match. I training three times a week and on Saturdays or Sundays I play a match. The name of my team is “Baloncesto Aljarafe”. In the team there are sixteen players. We training on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays at half past eight. Our basketball clothes is orange and blue. I have the number twenty four, because is my favourite number.

    Too I like to go swimming a lot, because I stay when I was child at the Swim Team Mairena but I had to go out because when I arrived to my house I couldn't do my homework of the school.

    Finally I like to go cycling, because when child I took my first bike at two years more or less. How I like to go cycling, I take my bicycle to all places where I go.

  38. What sort of exercise do you do? What would you like to do?
    Actually, I don´t practise any kind of sport, because I don´t have enough time.
    Usually, I leave my house at 8.00 a.m. and I come back at 21.00 p.m. and I´m too tired to do anything.
    When I was younger I liked to skate. I used to skate near my house in the evening. There were two friends who I skate with.
    In the summer, I do a lot of aquatics sports like wakeboard, windsurfing, surfing, paddle surf etc.
    I love all of them, but the funniest is paddle surf, because you can practise it with or without waves. It´s easy and I enjoy a lot.
    Now, I would like to talk about the sport I would like to practise. Always, I have dreamed about the idea to do puenting. I like to see videos in youtube about this. The puenting may seem dangerous, but this sport is very safe. I have never practised because it is very expensive and I am not eighteen years old. When I grow, my brother has said to do it with me. I´m very excited about it.

Many sports I like to also think that make sport has many advantages, for example is good for health and to maintain a good form and physical condition. To my I love sports such as soccer, play tennis or paddle tennis or even go out to run with a couple of friends to the Park.
    Football I like to throw a game between friends without anger and resentments as seen on TV today in day. Paddle normally practice it in the club with friends from there, that might please we are not good but we like to play and practice it poque is a dynamic sport and fun, and also it could say that almost new. And I like to go running because it is a hobby that I've taken my father since the sale to run every day. It is always much more than me and another rhythm but I like to chop me with him.
    In conclusion do sport because I like and I have fun and also because it is good for health and can prevent problems in the future.

But it is also the truth that nowadays, with cars , motorcycles and other vehicles there , people exercise less and less now, even knowing that it is very healthy. When I talk to people who tell me that depart daily jogging or cycling, or just to the gym, you have that they are happier and have other routine life, so I think that has to be good . Many days to finish studying I wont to go out and do some exercise to try to feel better about myself . But no, the vagueza be me , except when it is a fun sport to do , or as I like my paddle , football or sports so that they can entertain . Thank God i love sports and when I proposed some I like I do without thinking twice . My only daily sport is to take the bike, go to school, and again after school , which some do not because they have motorcycle, car or takes a parent .

    Playing a sport or exercise at least once in a week is very important for health, and if every day is much better. I play soccer on a team every week , I train 3 times a week and sometimes 4 and Sunday we play the game hard training league .Each the mathc two hours and 90 minutes. I am very happy to do sport because you feel better about yourself and it is very rewarding. Exercise what my parents have taught me since I was a kid , practicing and competing in very many sports, skiing, surfing, bodysurfing , paddle tennis , rugby . Besides this I always try to exercise, always stay with my girlfriend that we like to give great walks , avoiding often take the subway or bus . Also whenever I go to my house or any other house always climbing the stairs. The days that I have no training and I finished studying I run 20 minutes, and Sundays I have no party and no rain always stay with my friends to play a game . I recommend making sport every week so that you find yourself better about yourself and also ABLE expel all the tension of the week, definitely sport the only thing that gives you is welfare, health , fun and friendships.

  42. I am a sporty person . I love sports and my favourite sport is football. I practice this sport many days. In my week I usually do a lot of sport and I think that is a very healthy thing . I run Mondays , Tuesdays I play football , I run on Wednesdays , Thursdays go to the gym , Fridays and Sundays do not usually play sports and Saturday morning I play football. Another sport that I practice is tennis , because I like it. It's a hobby that I have a child and I usually practice from time to time with a friend. Sport is a very healthy thing because it helps us stay in shape. Sport is one of the things that people use to go on a diet because it helps you lose weight . It is very important to keep our sport healthy body and a healthy life . It is something that I have instilled since childhood and have been practicing lifetime. Many times usually do marathons with my uncle , is another sporting hobbies that I have .   43. Every student must do exercise as much as possible. I love keep fit but I haven’t got time. For equilibrate, I try eating vegetables and Mediterranean foods. I don’t like very much and this is a problem. Last year I was a rugby player and I was keeping healthy although my meals were poor. This year I'm going to gym and I'm doing exercises of machine, exercises in static bike, swim, run… Up to now, I love doing sport and my opinion is that all students must be spend more time doing sport and less watching TV. Is not necessary go gym, only you need the steps of your house and yours legs. It is good too, go out with your girlfriend, boyfriend or best friend with yours bicycles and stroll in the park. You can do it a timetable with all exercises what you would do it. I recommend you to search at web the possibility places and the best exercise for yourself as well as how do it.

  44. For me, doing sports is very important. However, I don’t always do it. When I was a child I practiced volleyball in a team with my friends. I went to the sports centre twice a week during the weekdays and on the weekends we had a league we usually played matches. Later, when I grew up I lost the habit of exercising, although I know it is essential for health and feeling better physically and emotionally. I have tried going to the gym twice but I son get bored because I am alone there riding a bike indoors and I feel sad. Besides, I don’t like the competitive atmosphere of those places. I wish I had time to go out and run on the streets or going to parks and play some sports outside, in contact with nature. That would be great. I confess I don’t do any sports now but I’m conscious of its importance and I think in the future soon I will find a volleyball team and start playing again, as I did as a child. Students should exercise because we need to keep a balance, physically and psychologically.

  45. Regular exercise is important for our life because it makes us healthy, energetic and happy with ourself and with the rest of the people, so we must introduce in our diary routines a time to realise physical activities like walk, run, or different sports.

    When I was young, I played basketball for five years, and it was a good experience because we had a good time and once we won the competition, so my team went to the beach to celebrate the victory.
    But now a day, unfortunately I don’t practice any sport. The main problem is that I have to study a lot, because this course is very important for my future, so I don’t have any time to participate in a competition with a team.
    I want to practise jogging, because a friend of mine practice it all the afternoon, so I think is a good opportunity to begin with a new sport, and spend time with friends.
    In conclusion, we must do sportive exercise, because we can feel better with ourself, be healthy, and it is a good way to meet new people, and live new and beautiful experience with them. I recommend people to do some sort of exercise to fit well and take care their health for the future.

  46. I play football and I love it because I'm good at and what I've been doing since early childhood . I usually play about 2 games a week is about 110 min , but played much before , and coaching 4h a week but the game.
    I would like to try all kinds of sports and see which I like more .
    Mostly I like to practice extreme sports , I think it has to be amazing and incredible power pobarlos such as parachute jumping , motorbike or car racing , bungee jumping and many more . I think all these guys give a lot of adrenaline sports and I like that feeling .
    but I also know that this sport is very peligrosoy with many risks but still I would like to try all , especially I would like to jump in parachute to have that feeling of flying and see everything so small .

    On the other hand less ariesgados sports like football cycling, they also are fun and running are easier to do and of course no risks over many people of different ages lospractican anywhere.I would like to finish to say that I totally agree with the text as the sport can help you a lot, both asto download or energy to have a much healthier life without hazards.

Before I played basketball in college but for lack of time I took when I started high school, always I liked team sports because it helps you relate and many other things, but there are individual sports such as kayak or golf that also because they give me peace of mind and while I do sport I like think of my stuffalso I like sports such as tennis, table tennis or paddle tennis racket but sports practice them in summer. There are sports that I practice mostly when I'm stressed as it is boxing. Chess nose very well if it is a sport but I always liked and I been given well. During the summer months I'm going to the mountain where I ride a bike and and play football 11 also go to the beach where I play volleyball, beach soccer and many other sports. There are many sports that I would like to practice, the only ones that do not like are those of extreme sports such as skydiving, because I am a little fearful. Practical with my family sports are the paddle tennis, golf and cycling.

  48. The kind of exercise that I do depends on the time of year and weather conditions, since I like outdoor sports, except when I go to the gym. Normally during the school year, practice futsal, both within the school and outside of school. It is the sport that I like best because it is practiced in teams and among friends.
    At weekends I practice paddle, but lately I practice little. Sometimes I run with a friend, but it bores me and I think that's why I so tired, but my father tells me not to breathe well during the race.
    In the summer holidays is different because ride a bicycle to go anywhere at the beach when the waves permit practice surf, swim, play the rackets, play football games on the beach, I run along the beach ; all day I'm doing some kind of sport.
    I like to practice many other sports but I think it's just because I see others practicing as family and friends such as golf, tennis, rugby. Other sports I see daily practice near my home and I like to try, such as rowing, but I find time. In summer I like to practice some water sports, apart from the surf, as Catamaran sailing in a career or in watercraft.

  49. When I was a kid I liked playing football and I was in the team of my school, and I spent many years there, we even manage to win two consecutive years the champion’s cup. We had a good really team, but as the time passed by people moved out from school and at the end the team dissolved, and I had to leave the football.
    I dedicated the two following years to running; I liked to do the popular races of Seville. I did not manage to win anything; I simply did it for fun and for doing exercise, because running is one of the best options to get shaped.
    Then I tried basketball, where I spent three years, until last year. I have made big friends there and last year we even manage to win the champion’s cup and to get federated, but because of my studies I had to retire.
    Recently I joined a gym, and though I haven’t got much time I always try to go the maximum number of possible days not to lose pace and to be able this way to do exercise.
    In the future, I would like to do many sports, for example surf or kite surf, since my cousin does it and I would like that he taught me, or even finding a new basketball team I can join, since that is what I like the most.

    I am a person who really likes sports, my biggest hobby is riding a bike, I have dos.Una is route and all weekends I'll do many miles through the countryside. The other bike is another type of trial mode in which it is more important force balance and resistance and the need to give a lot of jumping. I use this bike every day when I finish studying. Also now I'm starting to run well but certainly the bike is much more fun.

    But among other things I'm starting to run because I want to do something in the future is an ironman, consisting of an ultra-endurance triathlon on the same day that three kilometers must swim, 180 bike and 45.2 eb and running for it must be very well prepared because it is an expensive test and not want to go to waste time and money but to end it.

    It is very important to do exercise. It is good for your health and for your emotional situation. I do sports since I am a little boy. I started playing football when I was 6 years old. I liked also swimming but it was too much, because I had swimming and football training sometimes the same day. Sport is very important in my life. I play football in a team and I have every day around 2 hours of training except Tuesday. I love training and playing football because it makes me feel good. When I am stressed or sad this gives me strength and relaxes me. The training is hard and when I come home I have to study. Sometimes it is hard because I am exhausted and it is difficult to concentrate but football is very important for me. When my friends go out I cannot go to parties like them because I have to study and rest for the football match because I have to get up early in the morning. On weekend I have to play a match and we have to travel to Córdoba, Cádiz, Huelva or Ceuta. On holidays I also sports, swimming, running and go to the gym.

    All lame week late and do my bike routes throughout Seville especially the Sierra Norte since I'm from a town there.

  53. Doing exercise is something really important and necessary for everyone of us. Sports help your days to be better. Sports clear your mind and help you study. But sports are not my thing. I do not like any specific team or outside sport.
    Going to the gym and doing some exercise helps you a lot too. I like to go to the gym and ride the bike for like thirty minutes and then do some work on the machines to keep myself in a good shape. I don't go to the gym because I love it, but I know it is important for me to clear my head for a little bit everyday to do whatever I have to do after with a better attitude. And also, going to the gym is helping me to be in a good shape. That is the main reason why I try to go everyday.

    I usually go to the gym two or three times a week and on Sundays I usually go to the river to walk with my father and brother, he is a very pleasant walk. I usually walk home from school about 20 minutes late.
    I like to play paddle tennis, in summer I play to paddle all day with my cousins and friends and in winter only Saturdays game with my friends.
    Sport helps you keep in shape and do not have depression is a good, natural and free medicine.

  55. Right now I do not perform any type of exercise because I'm concentrating on studying. But two years ago when the study was more limited devoting my time to tennis paddle and two sports that have been highly appreciated by me during my life. I am very sorry if any section but when I get my routine will take time to retake. When I played tennis or paddle I attended for 3 days a week, at 8 or 9 pm, and always good to temperature and had a good time. Many people do sports for weight loss and health, I performed for pleasure and fun that is actually the most important, because that do not make a sport you do not like and do not pass well.

  57. Practicing sports is very healthy both for the body and for the brain. It helps you keep your body in shape and athletic. It helps you keep your mind clear and more productive when you are ready to study.
    I have been practicing sports since I was very young. My parents would take me to swimming clases four days a week. Now since I no longer need swimming clases I go to the pool and swim for an hour approximately three days a week. I really enjoy this sport because it exercises my whole body. Another sport which I also practice and enjoy is windsurfing. Although I only do it in the Spring and in the Summer. On weekends I usually go to Isla Cristina and there I go to the beach with a couple of friends who also enjoy windsurfing. We spend the whole day at the beach. We take our lunch and some snacks for the afternoon and just windsurf when we like.
    A sport which I would like to start doing is kitesurf. I saw lots of people practicing it this past summer in Isla Canela. I have a friend who lives in Ayamonte who also does kitesurf and he will teach me next summer.
    I think everyone should practice some sport. You just have to choose one that is right for you. It has to be something you really like doing or else you just won¨t do it. Make a list of all the possible sports and choose the right one for you. You will feel stronger and healthier and more active. Your mind and body will appreciate it.

  58. personally, I think the sport is a must in our lives for all the above (health, fun, relaxation, etc. Since I was little I have always practiced some sports such as tennis and swimming, which are more common sports, until sports like fencing or archery.
    But today, with the little time I have, I'll settle for the class of weekly sport is in school, or go jogging occasionally a little while, so I release tensions and lose extra calories that occasional consumption. I really like running, you feel free, able to get anywhere, especially when you run fast, feeling the air on your face. Not.... is something I like
    Time ago, in some tests that I did, I was chosen to come into athletics, but because of my heart problem, I had to refuse to participate, a pity.... it is something that I would have liked

  59. The sport is something vital at my life. Since i was born to two years ago, I hated exercise. Nowadays, sport have become vital on my life and that is why i love going to the gym. The first time i went into the gym i was fiveteen years old and i was so proud of being there. After a few months later, i felt myself much better and healthier.
    My favourites activites are running and spinning. I have lose much weight and i feel so happy, i am sure that sports improve your studies!!
    By the other hand, out of the gym i practice other sports like “pádel” and golf, but my favourite sport is ski. I ski since i was five years old and last year I won a slalom competicion!! My actual dream, is be able to ski the mayor of the year skiing to improve myself and know other places to ski

Sports has to be an important part of our lifes,it´s very positive for us.I practice sports every day.My favourite sport is football, I like play football with my friends,even I like to play more football that I do now.Every day I arrive home at three o´clock, I eat and I do my homeworks and study, finally I can go to play football or do other sports.Now I play basketball too, is an amazing sport that I recommending.I´m doing sports during two hours and then I come home.I do this at weeks days but not every days, it´s depends on things like the exams,normally I play football or do other sports three or four times a week and I always do with friends because is funnier than alone.Actually I would like to do more sports because I don´t do every days, the reason of this is that the sports are an exit to all of my worries,I forget it.Another good thing of do sports is meeting with new people and make new friends.Finally I think that if you do sports your marks going to improve because sports give you more motivate to study and you are going to be better.

  62. From my point of view to do an activity or train regularly is the best ,because you fell more healthy and relax ,your mind calms down when you have been training and you can come back at home prepared to study.
    I would like to study P.E., this is my fulfilling ambitious in my life . Nowadays I can not practise any sport because I am preparing for my A level but I love to do sport, play basketball, football….I had been swimming for ten years and I adore going swimming in the sea. I have play basketball for two years and this is the best sport from my point of view, but I had to leave it because I did not have enough time to study . When I was practising this sport my father drove me three times a week to the sport center which was very far . I believe that in Spain everybody is very fond of football and they are not very interesting in other sports .
    And finally we must not forget that when we are practising sport we are improving our health and we will be able to get fit in the future . For this reason I am going to try to do more exercise in the future

In my opinion the sport is something secondary, when I little, I liked doing sports, for all kinds of sports and I was very good but now everything changed, I hate sport , I'm a wreck in sports. I prefer to be on the bed watching movies and eating or living on the street with my friends, sometimes I go to the gym, but not by choice if not by doing something of life healthy, but I is not much, I've always wanted a marked belly, with abdominal, but I don't have as much strength of will as for dieting and do a lot of sport, but now I will get it. I want to do some studies that needed me some physical tests, therefore I will begin has exercise little by little. Sometimes I go out running but I am very tired after 10 minutes.

  64. Exercise in very important to our lifes, in many aspects. I am going to speak about the repercussion what have in the health. We do not stop eat at all moment of the day, and if we do not control the kind of food and the quantity that we consume, because this fact could derive in a problem that affects us so much to the mobility and, in consequence, to the heart and to all our joints of the body. These problems are very dangerous, because we would turn into obese persons with multitude of problems, physical and psychic, that only gives place to diseases of arteries, like blockages, and difficulties in the life, since almost we might not move and would not have a normal life: we might not be going to buy things of our house for the maintenance, might not see our friends and do normal life going to the park, to the cinema, of trip ... not to our relatives, who would be very worried of us.
    To prevent this, is so important to have a sporty life, and a healthy life. Is important to eat everything that we will go to burn off, and with this we will get a good body, a good physic. For this we have to practicing some times at the week, without lose our muscle tone in order to look healthy with yourself and that people look you with good sensations.

  65. Sincerly, i don't do any sports but really I like sports very much, it makes me feel good. Since childhood I have been dedicated to, rhythmic gymnastics or also I have practiced basketball and tennis. At 4 years I started practicing rhythmic gymnastics. When I started high school I had to leave this because I hadn’t time to study but I have never left the sport and I think it is very important for health and I like a lot. Now, I don't do any sports but really i would like but i don't have time

Currently I do not do any sports because I do not have much time since I'm in the last stage of the course and spend most of the time to study but the truth that it shows it is true that when you play sports feel better about yourself and your body Thank you to if with improved physical , until recently was at a gymnasium where to start running on the machine solvent minutes or more each day and then coaching a different part of the body , can not wait to finish the course to return to the gym and to be back in shape, to counter the current lack of exercise , try a healthy diet. Last year practicing football and really is a sport that I love and I had a good time with my friends. When more sports ground will do is in summer as it is when you have more free time and there are swimming pools and beaches in the summer where more practical sport is on the beach and I love to swim and snorkel the truth that one is very entertaining but certainly what amuses me is paddle surfing and surf the wave where the catch is fantastic , off the beach in summer paddle game a lot with my friends and that sport is one that I like.

  67. Unfortunately I don´t do a lot of exercise. First of all there is not much time to do sports as I need to study a lot if I want to pass my exams but I think exercise is also important as it helps you to relax and it is good to do other things apart from studying as long as you keep up with your work at school. I used to walk more but now my school is very close to my house so it isn´t necessary and it makes it more difficult. I would love to play tennis as I think it is a great sport and as you play with another person you also have the incentive to improve and win the games. I don´t like going to the gym as for me it is very boring even if there are other people there and you have music to move to. I prefer sports with other people and this way you can do exercise and also meet new people or enjoy time with friends. Sometimes I go swimming but only in the summer, although this is a good exercise for the whole body and is not a dangerous sport.

  68. I love sports, but I don’t have time to do much exercise because I have to go to school and I have to do a lot of homework.
    When I was a boy I used to play basketball, but I didn’t like it. I find it very boring. After two years, I didn’t want to continue.
    During my summer holidays I always go to a club in Valencia where I can play tennis. I love playing tennis. So, when my parents told me that I had to practice a sport, I chose tennis. I played tennis two or three times a week and I used to enjoy it very much. I used to play against other clubs. Nowadays I don’t have time to play often, but I usually play tennis with a friend, when we can.
    I love boardskating and snowboard. I practise skating when I have time. I take my skate and I practice and practice. It’s great fun. I am good, but I want to become better.
    I went snowboarding this winter and it’s my favourite sport. Unfortunately, I can’t go snowboarding everyweekend because Granada is far away from Sevilla and my parents can’t go there often. But I would like to practise it every Saturday and Sunday in winter.

    I do not do any sports. But if you usually play games with my friends, parties usually last more than an hour. They are football games, mostly soccer football but sometime Seven. Once I played a football game with my friends seven 3 hours, was really fun, really. In these games we play well, i.e., we give everything to be a good game and enjoy everyone. But yes, when we started to tire down the pace. Daily floor doing crunches and push-ups to keep something as it does not play any sports. But still not practicing any sport I stay in good physical shape and this is a good sign, although this does not completely leave me to do physical activities. I would still play football and keep it, even if I do not suppose that would run to at least raise the physical level.
