Australian pizza is now officially the best in the world.

Judges at last weekend's Campionato Mondiale Della Pizza
(Pizza World Championship) held in Parma, Italy, awarded the world's
top margherita pizza title to Australian chef Johnny Di Francesco, owner
of the 400 Gradi restaurant in Brunswick, a Melbourne suburb.
Di Francesco, 36, beat
more than 600 competitors from 35 countries to take home the Specialita
Traditionale Garantita pizza prize in the annual competition.
The win and subsequent publicity has made the small restaurant he owns in his hometown an overnight sensation.
"It's been an amazing
reaction," Di Francesco tells CNN. "Honestly, I just went to Naples to

If you want to prepare it, you will need some ingredients. They are: the dough (you can buy it or you can make it with flour, leavening, water and salt.) tomatoes, cheese, jam and spice (my favourite is oregano)
When you have all the ingredients, you are prepared for start with the pizza. To beginning, we will knead the dough until the ingredients are well combined, them we have to spread out and give shape to it. After that, you have to cover the dough with the tomatoes, and then you have to add the rest of the ingredients like you wont and with the amount that you prefer. To finish, you have to put the pizza into the oven, and it have to be baking for thirty minutes.
After that, you can serve it in a beautiful tray, and then you can enjoy eating a really good, cheap and easy dish for example with your friends or family.
to make the pizza dough, you the next need the following spices: 130 grams of flour, 25 grams butter, olive oil and a pinch of salt. Mix everything then adding water until a stiff dough, which let stand about 30 minutes.

It's simple but very good, ingredients are: pizza dough; mushrooms, but the mushrooms are optional, depends on where you buy the pizza you get or not; ham in Spain in places you usually put Serrano ham, as; cheese, I think it does not matter the type but is usually mozzarella; fried tomato and oregano.
My favorite pizza is the German because it is only ham and cheese which is Spain has the name of margarita. The most accepted origin is located in the ancient Italy, where it was customary to make bread in a circular manner, after cooking, cut it into portions as in current pizzas. Then it is possible to deduce that the origin of pizza is due to ingredient extras on this type of bread. The pizza is a flat bread baking, whose base is usually made with wheat flour, salt, water and yeast. It is usually covered by sauce tomato or other ingredients. 2 2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, chopped
1 cup prepared Thai peanut sauce
1 bunch green onions, chopped
4 small (4 inch) pita breads
4 slices provolone cheese
Directions:
Heat oil in a skillet over high heat. Saute chicken pieces in hot oil for 6 to 7 minutes. Do not overcook!
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
To Assemble Pizza: Spoon 1/4 of peanut sauce onto each pita. Sprinkle 1/4 of the browned chicken and 1/4 of the scallions on top of each. Top each 'pizza' with 1 slice cheese. Place on a lightly greased cookie sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Let stand for 1 to 2 minutes outside of oven before you cut with a pizza cutter.
The best pizzas are of "telepizza" in my opinion, but sometimes i buy the mmas of pizza and Ido the pizza to my taste. In first place will be thrown tomato, after I short pieces sausages, and throw in the pizza, then I throw mushrooms, cheese, bacon and ham york, finally above grated cheese and oregano, then I put the pizza in the oven for 20 min and after I eat the pizza.

ResponderEliminarMy uncle Juan makes fantastic pizzas in summer and he always invites all his nieces and nephews to his house to eat the pizzas. They are fantastic. First at all, he uses his mass, he doesn’t buy the mass. He puts together a little bit of water, a spoon of oil, salt and flour. He mix all of them and he keeps the mass in the fridge. I don’t know how long he keeps the mass in the fridge, but I think it’s about two hours.
Then, he cuts a lot of onion and he puts the onion in a pan with oil. He fries the onion, but not very much. When it is finish, he cuts sausages, “chorizo”, jam and sometimes bacon.
He makes a thin base with the mass. He covers it with a lot of cheese. On top he puts tomato sauce. On top of the tomato sauce he covers with the rest of the ingredients. At the end, he puts a lot more cheese on it. When he finish he puts the pizza in the oven, very hot.
I love pizzas with a lot of cheese on the top. When the pizza is ready you can smell it!!!

My recipe to make pizza is not very complicated, I always use it to flirt with the girls. I never ask for pizza by phone, but sometimes my mother recipe used to make pizza. The first thing to do is to buy the ingredients and then you have to knead the dough with yeast, flour, salt and water intensity.
