It is a must. Every year I ask my students to post photos taken in la feria, but you can´t show a glass, or a cigarette and you must wear the tradititional outfit for la feria, that is, flamenca gown for girls, and suit for boys, unless you ride a horse, you know: politically correct....

April Fair in Seville is one of the most famous shows of Spain and the most important of Andalucia.
ResponderEliminarThe Fair April of Seville 2015 takes place this year between Tuesday 21 and Sunday 26. The first showmen beginning this festival with traditional dinner "pescaíto" where the partners of more than one enclosure houses enjoy a dinner composed mainly of varied fish fry. At the fair rides horses and carriages can be seen daily as well as dozens of classic attractions like the whip, the crazy cars, the wheel or the roller coaster to the most innovative attractions. The cuisine of the April Fair maintains a classic dishes such as potato omelette, ham, prawns, croquettes and scrambledwithout forgetting the famous "montaditos" or even snails. All the fair shines, to the rhythm of the music, not forgetting the beauty of the Sevillian women carrying their flamenco dresses, which like our drink crash known as "rebujito" is a fundamental part of the Fair in Seville.
In my view, April Fair in Seville is the most famous festivities of Andalucía, which is recognized worldwide. It is a week in which thousands of people go to the fairgrounds where there are the booths and many attractions to dance “Sevillanas”, drink the famous “Rebujito”, meet friends and so. The Fair start the nigh of “pescaito” when the people go to their booths to eat many tops of fish. Moreover, the typical drink “Rebujito” is a mixed of white wine and lemon soda. The women wear the typical flamenco dress and in menswear, the riders are dressed in traditional costume short and wide-brimmed hat. Sevillanas are singing and dancing typical of the Fair of Seville which dance couple boy and girl but sometimes can be more than two groups of dancers. The carriage is the vehicle of transportation allowed on the Real Fair, except official vehicles, vehicles of health, relief and public safety if they are motorized, but when the night arrived the carriage don´t circulating and the streets are lit Real Venetian lanterns and ornaments bulbs.

ResponderEliminarThe April Fair is one of the most famous festivals in Spain, but even more in Andalucia. Formerly the Seville Fair was a concentration of farm animals, but over time the show has become what it is today. It is a great and fun party, a field full of huts or small houses made of plastic curtains. Among people eat and drink "rebujito" which is a typical alcoholic beverage. People dress elegant men suit and women are dressed in "Flamenca".There are also events like horses, carriages ... A part of the show is the street of hell. This street is a place where there are many fun technological devices, is the favorite place of children in the show, because they have so much fun. When you get older and you do not go there much. Also at the show there are many dangers, drunk people can cause fights, horses can run over people, it can give you a heat stroke, the gadgets can be dangerous, and in and out of the fair there may be many robberies, organized gangs steal the wallet, and even assaulting others.

April Fair is one of the most important event in Spain, especially in Seville, where it is held. In Spain during the year many cities celebrate fairs but without any doubt The Fair of April of Seville is the best on the country. In this place you can do many things, normally people go some days to have lunch and others to have dinner and then they go from booth in booth with their friends. Oficially the fair stars on the mondays´ night when it is celebrated the traditional with your friends called "pescaito". In The Fair of April you can do many things, specially with your friends, it is a perfect to meet new people and to have a fantastic time with them.
ResponderEliminarFrom my point of view, if you don´t have enough time to go to the Fair I recommend going at night, because during the day normally it is too hot. If you have the opportunity of going to the Fair of April you can´t waste it as it is a experience that you won´t forget,
