You’re late for your meeting… and your phone is at home, your wallet’s missing and only your small children/dog/grandma have a clue where your work badge might be at the moment.
If you’re time-poor, you should really make time to read this article. To find out how to stay focused and get organised, we went to question and answer site Quora for some tips on the best day-to-day time-saving lifehacks.

Designer and entrepreneur Marius Ursache wears headphones to stay on task and believes sleep, food and exercise can triple output. “The biggest cure for procrastination is to set your goal not to finish a scary, big, hairy task, but to just work 5 minutes on it. You'll find out that most (of the) time it continues well beyond the 5 minutes,” he said.
Oh, and write everything down.  “Your memory sucks. Get everything out of your head even if you're a genius. Write it down in a notebook, put it in your to do-list app on your phone, talk to Siri.”
Contrary to many Quora users’ advice Ursache ditched the online tools. “Routine beats tools. You need discipline, and this means for me two things: I plan my day first thing in the morning, and I write a short daily log every day. This helps me stay sane, prioritise well, scrap useless tasks, and do what matters. This saves me hours.”

While computer science PhD student, Jun He, disagreed. Online tools define his approach. Rather than a timer He uses Chinese software, ‘Eyefoo’ which locks his PC screen after a given time interval plus Evernote for note taking. He added ‘StayFocused’, an add-on tool for web browser, Google Chrome because it blocks user-defined websites over a certain time period. “I used to randomly click bookmarks and get lost. With it, now I don't. I also use it to block Gmail in the morning.”
Jan Lustro advised clearing your inbox by focusing on the most important material. “Set up rules to automatically send less important content such as newsletters, blog updates etcetera to read later folders, so you aren't tempted to read them when you are busy,” she wrote.  “You can also use rules to automatically delete, forward or send an automated response. Use the 'Mark as Spam' option for any junk that gets through your automatic spam filter. And unsubscribe from mail outs you find yourself regularly deleting without reading, she said.

While Bernhard Grabowski a self-employed German, applies his working process for everything from chores to admin. He suggested structuring tasks that can “complete themselves after you've started them.”
He gives household chores as an example. “Load up laundry before you go shower. Move laundry to the dryer after shower, wash next batch. Remove laundry after breakfast from the dryer and load the next batch,” Grabowski wrote. “You'll already have a nice head start for this task on this day. You can basically save most time by doing things in the right order.”
Another of his tricks: “Never walk empty (handed). There's always something that needs to be somewhere (like in the car or taken out of the car, trash), therefore always ‘enrich’ your tiny commuting tasks at home by moving (one) thing to its destination on the way.”

  2. Every day, I have to do many things, for example, walk with my dog, sort my room, clean the kitchen, and put the washing machine, dry the clothes and mainly I must study. There are a lot of activities and maybe that I will forget anything during the evening. So this does not happen, I have a cork in which I hang a page with the days of the month and every day, I organize the activities and notes of things I have to do; and if something is not of the routine, I put a few stickers of bright colors and pointed all with date and time. It is a good way that you will not miss any work to do. But when I stay in the street and I must do many activities I use the mobile phone that have an application called “Things that you must do” and this program make a calendar with the activities that you can make.

The most important thing is the organization because to be organized well is to plan the way to do everything what you have to do and if you do not make it at the time well you will not be able to do everything what you want. For example I become very nervous when the examinations approach and not how to organize, then I put to think in the time that it will take me to study every thing and organize so that it has time me everything. The result is always or almost always positive. The following thing after the organization is to work hard and to obtain the aims, for it I center in what I am doing and do the possible better thing.   4. This article really affect me directly because whenever I have trouble getting organized and never have free time. When I meet with somebody, I always arrive lately so I have to correct this.
    For example, during the week I am organized very well because I dedicate all the time to study. So I have a diary where I write my homeworks, exams and subjects which I have to study. I believe that I am using a good method because my marks are good.
    However, when the weekend arrive my life change. I dont have a diary where write my plans because I think that it isn't necesarry. However I am thinking that I need it to organizate my time. Doing a timetable it is a good idea.
    The simple addition of a daily calendar or planner to my set of organizational tools will helm me to organize time efficiently. I write down every new deadline or meeting that gets added to me schedule. I take time each morning to review my calendar for the day soI know what's ahead of me.
    Furthermore, I keep the television and video game system out of the area where I study or I do the bills so I will focus on the tasks that need to be done first and save the fun stuff for later.

I first think about all I have to do, in my mind I organized by the importance of one thing and then I make a list and small next to square one thing and every time I finish a job I do a twitch in the square and when I have all compliment i can it little by little, I am being able to fulfill all targets and this helps motivate me to move forward as every time I see I have less work it is mark unis times to finish this every task will give you scabar rush in and do not waste your time so efficient for will do you have to be careful not to do. just finish her if you do not finish it properly, in my opinion i marked with times is your best chance to get the can before your homework and diddle any time since we can not waste time and for this year, i just is not too good with the chores done we have to end them correctly and with patience.

    -Before sleeping, think what we have to do the next day and prepare what we need to save time in the morning.
    -Decided the night before what we´re going to put of clothes the next day.
    -Write what we have to do during the day in a list and cross them off when we do.

    -Turn off the TV when we are studying
    -Turn off the computer and the mobile phone.
    - Have ordered the study table

  8. To organize and to comply with the tasks I have to do every day use:
    First I have a schedule of school and before going to bed me the backpack, and then I use many alarms. Depends on the day I have more or less alarms but usually always have the alarm to lift me and not be late to school, in the evening I get alarms of the academies. The other things are often I forget as well that I have no more alarms. Another thing that I do is if I have to do several things in one day because if I go out I do everything before returning to not waste time in come and go. I go to bed early to be rested the next day.

I'm actually a very messy person and not use any tactic to remind the things I have to do, is that one day of my life I will have to think about doing so because memory worsens with age or when I forget something important, my mother always this telling me that I would take an "agenda" at school to point things and she is always reminding me that I have to take pills for my disease getting worse. I think there are many tactics to remember things to do, such as using an "agenda" which I think is the most typical and that is what could be used to target the activities that have to do school exams and to target and medical appointments. To remember the pills could put an alarm on the phone, this idea is very good and very useful and finally sometimes when I go to the supermarket with my mother we do not remember the things we have to buy, then we could put a role in the fridge and every time we need something or something is up there and us note what we get on that role when we go grocery shopping.

  10. When I have lots of things to do I become very nervous. At first I don’t know what thing I have todo the first, so I think that the better thing I can do, and the thing thatIi use to do, it’s to make and schedule, some kind of planning where I can put a list of all my homeworks in order of importance. The problema it’s that usually at the end I don’t follow the planning and I go out with my friends or I give a walk alone. I think that it’s because I’m so overwhelmed that I can’t do anything. I know that it’s sound as an excuse, but the truth is that I only can do the things if I think about them one by one. I use to use some gadgets from the stationery shop like post-it, and little paper for take notes, because when I’m working in several things at the same time I can have an idea about a different thing while i’m working with another, and I could forget it if I didn’t write it. In spite of this, I don’t like when I have to do lots of thing, overall because I have to learn still a lot about organization.

  11. Logically depends on what you have to do but overall soil concienciarme psychologically. Especially if it is difficult to do, something that requires great concentration as in the case study. Although I think that you have what you have to do you have to psychologically aware as it is the best way to be always alert and ready for any activity however difficult it may be. For me this is the key always good concentration that always allows a perfect attention to the activity envisaged. So I think it can be any process of life, whenever some attention or prevention needed. With an attentive mind can accomplish anything, do not need anything more. All this at least in my opinion, but I think it's the right dynamic and therefore the use whenever you need it.

  12. I to do whatever I have to do the night before prepare all the most important things I'll need to start the next day. For example I prepared evening clothes, books, etc., for classes that I have the next day, also I take the bread from the freezer to thaw this morning for snack 11:00 am. When I get up in the morning the first thing I do is; if it is winter I go to the bathroom with clothes and put the stove when I go to shower, while the bath is heated I go to the kitchen to make coffee, if summer will prepare itself the coffee first, the coffee is made I prepare my sandwich , I put it in my backpack and I take coffee to the bathroom, when I finish in the bathroom is the time to go. During the exchanges between classes I write in a diary homework and I'm organizing the evening of study. when I get home I eat and then rest half an hour, I check the afternoon is well organized and make some changes and when I finish studying, and after a shower to clear my head, again set things the next day.

In the morning you have to stop one minute and you have to thinking about what you have to do and then you should make a liste as it will help you to be more relaxed. We live in a society, which all people is stressed out, people running from one place to another.
    During the day I have to do many things so I have to plan and make my list. In the mornings I have to go to the school and in the afternoons, ones days I have to train and others I have to go to the english academy and above all I have to study a lot because it is a very important year for my future. In conclusion, I think that the key for doing many things during the day is to be organized and responsable.

    A good tip is pointing tasks in a notebook and not spend more than 5 minutes, as almost all tasks are completed at that time. Another tip is to use different applications, both the pc and in the smarphone, to take notes and avoid being distracted from their tasks, such as locking their favorites web pages or pc screen if not in use. It is also important to properly configure the mail to avoid spam and arriving first most important emails as Mailings job before notifications from social networks. Another more drastic solution is to block mail during your tasks to avoid any distraction.   15. My memory is very bad, so I have to organize my work appropriately so I do not forget anything. During the week I follow a routine that consists of getting up at seven o'clock to go to school, eat and leave at half past three in the public library, alli study until nine, except Mondays and Wednesdays I have to take the bus seven to reach half past seven to Preu and to teach math.   16. I don’t do anything special to organize all I have to do because I haven’t much to do .. Students don’t have to work and therefore don’t have to do all the tasks that make people who work, study and unless the duties.
    For example my father and my mother tell me they organize their work giving priority to certain tasks over others, depending on the urgency that is in them. My mother also has to organize household chores so you have to do lists for grocery shopping, household chores, etc.
    I really just organized the homework that teachers sent me and exams to go studying subjects with sufficient time. Every day afternoon study a little and do homework, but don’t carry any list or anything, I just use my memory. When I started the course itself I used a quadrant with the days when you had the subjects and tasks that would have to do for the next day, but now I don’t use that quadrant because I know it by memory.
    For the last tests we have this course I'm down there hung the calendar on the website of the Academy and I have it on my desk. This helps me to organize when I have to start studying the exams I have to do.

  17. A very good thing that surprises me is that I'm pretty organized and I organize time everyday all I have to do.
    I usually lie down and make a list of everything I have to do the next day so I do not forget anything.
    I usually have a schedule like this: I wake up at 6:30 am, at 7:15 leave home, I'll classes 8-14: 30, I get home at 15:00, lunch, and then I am to 16:00 doing things the agency I work for youth carrying Mallorca, Albufeira .. De 16: 00-18: 00 studio, 18: 00-18: 30 meriendo and call a parent of a client since there is always something to do or take the car and go to the office. 18: 30-20: 45 and 21:00 am study training in the gym until 23:00, I get home, I turn to shower, eat dinner and go to bed. If I have to do some work, I usually do before bedtime. I believe that I have a somewhat cramped life and sometimes I lack the time I have to take my hobby.

  18. Along the life, all the people will have to do many things, such as work, study, learn new things, take care of children and friends, pay mortgages, and the list will never end. When we are children, our unique concern is about playing either alone with toys or with friends in the street.
    Then, as time passes, we get older, so our new concern is to study and get good grades, which seems really easy; however, it also has its difficulties.
    There are many different ways to organize your time and tasks, such us making a planning for the day, putting alarms in your mobile to remind you the things, and so on. Personally, to organize all the subject´s exercises that I have to do and to planning my study schedule, I usually use “Post-it”, where I write all the things. I usually to write them in different colour, depending on the importance it has and also because colours always caught my attention.

  19. Firstly add that I am a person very despistada and usually forget things I have to do, so I use a calendar daily, it said everything I have to do that day and appointments and future meetings to not forget them, as the appointment at the doctor, dentist, school reunion...
    also on my calendar I'm all birthdays I can not forget, so every morning I remember that it is the meet my cousin's and I have to call it, in the same way I pointed out also the shopping list or the things I have to do as a "search for Pink Shoes".

I instead of using an address book or notepad or list what I do is use posis , are those little yellow papers and cuadradros sticking everywhere. because there pointed everything I have to do and stick it in front of my study desk , wall or window, and every time I feel I see what I do and do not forget me , and when I do one of these things shooting posi and put another . Many people do lists of things that have to complete or perform .There are many methods to remind activities, as can be: writing things down on a piece of paper, write a note of mobile activities, put a reminder in the phone to alert you of what you have to do ... I have no way to target the activities that have to do and so many times I forget some tasks and remain unrealized. From now on I will be more careful and I'll try to point things on paper and I'll check off the things you have made and so I can better organize my time and I have time to be on the street with my friends, this so I will not forget anything done and there will be no problems with my family or school. Often as before not aimed at any site I forgot some things to do and members of my family or school teachers were angry with me for not doing some task or homework exercises. I havent got a diary I do not even aim what I have to do, always I am in the habit of living very intensive and untid, allow the studies by the end and later it is difficult to me to pass, is better to take the things day after day.   23. First of all I treat and make a list of all the things I have to do: exams I have to study, works that I have to do and even the holidays and parties I am invited. I make a big calendar and I write all the things I have each day, for example: Monday 25th English exam...
    Although it is a good idea, the best one is having a small appointment look where you can write all things you have to do per day.
    It is a good method if you are a forgetful person like me. I do not remember anything I have to do each day, and if I do, I remember it wrong. Another thing I usually do is write things I have to do in my hand. That is a big problem because when you have a shower or you wash your hands it will probably be erased.

The truth is that I am a very disorganized person and have no fixed traveling but I control to give me time every weekday I get up every morning at half past six so it gives me time to make me breakfast and always eat breakfast breakfast coffee and a toasted ham and tomato oil. After that I take a shower and go to school'm in class 8:00 to 2:30 and when I go I go to my house and lunch with my parents and I sleep a nap half an hour to regain strength after that at quarter past four I go to the library with a mid-afternoon break for tea, when I finish in the library that is at half past eight I run, I end up running at half past eight and I shower and eat dinner until eleven that I sleep. The weekend leave on Friday, Saturday morning study in preu and after the afternoon break and I take a little spin and Sunday I get up later I'm going to my grandfather's house to eat and spend the afternoon to study.   25. Actually my daily routine is very simple, but I need to be concentrated to do some tasks. I need this concentration for studying and for working in the restaurant as a chef assistant the weekends.In my studytime I tend to listen to music. It is a time In whiche I want to create an unwind atmosphere, in order to be as concentrated as possible. I also try to organize my time by stablishing rests and create periods of “desconcentration”.In my work, I must face stress because I am always busy, I need to feel prepared before my daywork and do not lose concentration during the day. I observe everytime the chef’s mood, because I consider he is a very organizational and calm person. Due to my inexperience, I try to take him as a model, and learn from him.

    many people do lists or calendars studies for his exams but I personally do not help me, because if you have a good memory are unnecessary. for me are useless, I think the key is the responsibility therefore useless to make a list of things that are not going to perform.

    I have a lot of thing that I want to do before to die.
    Firstly I would want to visit all cities where live my friends that I had known in the bilingual military camps and pass time with they. Other thing that I would want to do is puenting. It is something that always makes me curiosity like throw me from a plane or a cliff with a parachute. I have always wanted surf but I have never been able because in the place where I pass my holidays no waves. Other thing and the most important thing that I want to do is say to my all friends and my family that I love them. I think that die without say to my love persons is very sad to me.     To begin, all people have a lot of responsabilities that have to do in their daily routines, they are associated with their families, jobs, friends… but sometimes, it makes us feel overflowed at the same time that we have to do it, so we must use some tricks to help us in our daily organisation.

    In my life, I don’t have a lot of responsabilities apart of my studies. This is the most important thing for me at the moment so I must organise my time to remember all my activities along the day. So that, I have two important things that help me with it, for example, in the morning, when I am at school, I always use a notebook to write all the new things that I have to do in the afternoon. I use it to write the date of all my exams like a calendar. The other thing that I use is my timetable, which organises all my day´s hours, so I only have to watch that and I remember the time of my lessons, the study´s hours and my free time.

    In conclusion, people must use different techniques to control their affairs, and not to forget them in the important moments of their jobs.

  31. To all the obligations that I have to do I do a list about where all the things that must be done. For example in a week is my birthday and I am making a list where about the guests, the food that I want to put, decorations, music and things I have to do to prepare the feast. In my family many lists are made as of the purchase, where we aim to the things we want is to buy the next day which is making the purchase. This method is one of the best because it has all pointed there and when you have already done this you are going too and know what you have do it yet. the phone also I have a blog of notes about things that I'm reminded when I am walking at the Street, where for example I pointed out addresses, dates of exams and so I am much better organized.     I am going to speak about what I do to do all things that I have to do.
    Firstly, I always follow the same advice: better to do things with joy and eager, because if you do angry is worse and it takes longer.
    Usually we are, and most of the young, busy with studies. I always start studying for the exam and when finished studying, doing homework. For them, I keep a list, put in order the more urgent duties, to get organized. After I shower, and before dinner, if necessary, review the test a little.
    Many times I have had to do in one afternoon two things. study and go somewhere. It's a little difficult to divide the time, but you can plan ahead. In my opinion it is best to go to the beginning or end, but never in the middle of the afternoon, because it breaks the study.
    You always have to plan ahead and have planning, and if necessary, write down the things on paper to go labeling her as you get doing it.

  33. I what do I remember all things without you forget me is to make use of an agenda where there is a calendar with every day of the year. Every day am pointing everything that I have to go by to make no remember me and when I do them I'm going as always with a pencil if I have to delete it and see what puts back.
    It is a good tactic but I also like put yellow posits on my table when they are very important things.
    In these cases I sign up with fosforitos markers for realizing the urgency or importance. If something is extremely important also use alarms and annotations of the phone where I put dates or appointments that I have limits of something (examination, delivery of work or collection of something).

  34. Organizing requires me to stop doing things that cause clutter in my life, making me waste time and preventing me reach my goals. When I increase my productivity by giving me organize myself the best chance of achieving what I want in life.

    What I do to get organized is not leaving papers, mails, magazines or things on tables.This make me lose control of your stuff, I create a general disorder and I can lose important documents due dates. I choose a place for mail and outstanding papers, Iput it all in the space during the day. So I know where to go when I search any pending and also to review and organize. And things instead of putting them in the first place I find when you arrive, go straight to their proper place and with the same impulse I leave them in place. And do not leave everything to memory.

My aunt Victoria every nights did a list of the activities that had scheduled for the next day, with different sections for each of them, for example if I had to go to the purchase scoring things that had to buy, if I had to do an official management, scoring documents that had to take, if I was going to visit a person the things I had to talk to her.

    I am going to speak about what I do to do all things that I have to do.
    Firstly, I always follow the same advice: better to do things with joy and eager, because if you do angry is worse and it takes longer.
    Usually we are, and most of the young, busy with studies. I always start studying for the exam and when finished studying, doing homework. For them, I keep a list, put in order the more urgent duties, to get organized. After I shower, and before dinner, if necessary, review the test a little.
    Many times I have had to do in one afternoon two things. study and go somewhere. It's a little difficult to divide the time, but you can plan ahead. In my opinion it is best to go to the beginning or end, but never in the middle of the afternoon, because it breaks the study.

  39. I don’t do anything special to organize all I have to do because I haven’t much to do .. Students don’t have to work and therefore don’t have to do all the tasks that make people who work, study and unless the duties.
    For example my father and my mother tell me they organize their work giving priority to certain tasks over others, depending on the urgency that is in them. My mother also has to organize household chores so you have to do lists for grocery shopping, household chores, etc.
    I really just organized the homework that teachers sent me and exams to go studying subjects with sufficient time. Every day afternoon study a little and do homework, but don’t carry any list or anything, I just use my memory. When I started the course itself I used a quadrant with the days when you had the subjects and tasks that would have to do for the next day, but now I don’t use that quadrant because I know it by memory.
    For the last tests we have this course I'm down there hung the calendar on the website of the Academy and I have it on my desk. This helps me to organize when I have to start studying the exams I have to do.

Personally I think that the base to begin any exercise or problem is the Organization, the Organization all fault, always something to be done just missing you because you trust and you think that you have it all done and it is not so. I remember the part physics of my workouts lasting an hour and always had that many exercises, first thing to age arrange me and say which began, me toward an outline in my head and apart from there start to do the exercises. But also there is qe to note the priority, there is to know where to start, always start by the more complicated and eventually the less labor cost, so the end will be more tranquil and relaxed.

  41. I am going to write about a matter which is a very interesting topic nowaday. To end, I will write my personal opinion.
    My life is very stressful because I have to have many controlled affairs. I have to control school hours, and hours of home. The school schedule is easier, because we have a specific schedule with all subjects and all hours, but then when I'm home I do not have time. I have to remember the days I have private lessons the days that I have martial arts classes, the hours that I have to train, study time, and my days of leisure. The problem is that times can fail, because people can happen unexpected last minute and have to reschedule. The advantages of using times is that if you have doubts you can look and not go wrong, you can also hang the schedule on the wall of your room, so You can always look at it.
    In my personal opinion, I think we have a schedule for the activities of the day is good to remember. I do times like this, I think people have to use memory and remember themselves. The most important thing is having a good time in your head, because this way, you exercise your memory and never wrong.

  42. Actually I never do all the things I have to do, because I have no organization and I am vague, especially the latter. But if I had to do many things, like now with all my exams and I'm trying to get organized with a calendar. Organize my hours and then the would share starting of all the things I have to do because from my point of view is the best way to distribute all the tasks you have to do and so distribute the horoas available in more or less we need more or less time and especially starting in the we have. It also is the point in a list all the things you have to do and apart from there begin to cross out that you've done for crossing without haste or overwhelmed by time, only with time that only you need. Everything is in the hands of everyone in the best way

  43. As a good teenager I have to admit I am a completely disaster with my organisation. I am a nervous person that doesn’t like to be sitting in front of a desk for long hours but I know is my only responsibility and my future depends on it, so I have some tricks to take the best at the time I spend studying.
    First of all, I use to organise my afternoon to fit all my extra activities like sports but always letting an empty gap for the most important thing studies. I have leant that if you want to have time and be able to fulfil your obligations you just need to get focus on your work. It is better to spend 3 hours in front of the book using all the minutes than long afternoons wasting tone of time.
    To summarise, I would strongly recommend everybody to have a correct plan that give us the possibility to complete all our extra activities and pass the school with flying colours.

  44. Usually I am a person with a very good memory, so do me not need to do anything special to remember all the things I have to do. Normally, when I wake up I think of all the things I have to do during the rest of the day, and that helps me to have him present at all times. If I have an appointment with the doctor, a test or something similar in a period very long time because I'm so in a mobile alarm. If I have to do is in a few days as I'm in a role that hang in my room or directly sign up it in my personal agenda. There are also times that I tell my Secretary that you remember me if I agree with many things in the head.   45. Really, for this kind of things, I’m a disaster, and that is why I always forget everything. Sometimes I tried to point out the things on the agenda, but after 3 or 4 days I forget things and ended up pointing things in pages or anywhere. I have never been able to create myself a habit to point things. When we were young, in summer my sister Cristina and I were going to the camp school and before leaving, we had to pack our bags with all necessary things. My mother always told us to do a list of things that we were putting into the suitcase, so when we could, more easily, collect them and not detract forgotten things around. My sister quickly took paper and pencil and began to aim: to sleep (pijamas and slippers) for toilet (towels, underwear, toothbrush, etc ...) to excursions (canteen, sport shoes, etc .. .) and thus with the entire contents of the suitcase. I was never able to catch even the pencil and at the end I always forgot something or I left it in the field.
    But it's never too late to start and one of these days I'll get used to using a digital agenda or something like that

  47. I've always been a more or less organized person, I know organise myself to do everything I want to do. That's the problem, who know me to say that I am not organized should know that if I do everything you should is because of my lack of interest, I am studying every day. It is easy to organize. We all have different types of tasks that you can sort by the frequency with which we need to do: every day, every two days, once a month... as I said the announcement of Coke, if one day I have to sleep eight hours doing two hours of exercise washing my face with special products, exercise the mind and over having time to enjoy my father... more simple uses the rule of 8: eight hours of sleep eight hours of leisure and eight work.     First I have a schedule of school and before going to bed me the backpack, and then I use many alarms. Depends on the day I have more or less alarms but usually always have the alarm to lift me and not be late to school, in the evening I get alarms of the academies. The other things are often I forget as well that I have no more alarms. Another thing that I do is if I have to do several things in one day because if I go out I do everything before returning to not waste time in come and go. I go to bed early to be rested the next day.

  52. Every day, I have to do many things, for example, walk with my dog, sort my room, clean the kitchen, and put the washing machine, dry the clothes and mainly I must study. There are a lot of activities and maybe that I will forget anything during the evening. So this does not happen, I have a cork in which I hang a page with the days of the month and every day, I organize the activities and notes of things I have to do; and if something is not of the routine, I put a few stickers of bright colors and pointed all with date and time. It is a good way that you will not miss any work to do. But when I stay in the street and I must do many activities I use the mobile phone that have an application called “Things that you must do” and this program make a calendar with the activities that you can make.

  53. This is a way to be organized, because throughout the week there are many activities to do, like playing football with your team, go to the gym, study the materials for the next day, prepare the exercises, make meals a day ... ..
    If we realize, organize your own time is not hard to do and just makes you lose 5 or 10 minutes of your life, this is something that we have to give us account as being well organized and having planned your time, you can make the most of, so, you could do whatever you want to do without giving side to study or to other materials, because we have to recognize that during exam times are all in a row and we have to carry out a schedule to prepare all and each of the materials in an afternoon without running out of time for other subjects.
    The colors on the table hours are important too, as certain colors can draw attention to you and color resembling that matter least favorite will make you to study for very little that you like.

  54. Organizing requires me to stop doing things that cause clutter in my life, making me waste time and preventing me reach my goals. When I increase my productivity by giving me organize myself the best chance of achieving what I want in life.

    What I do to get organized is not leaving papers, mails, magazines or things on tables.This make me lose control of your stuff, I create a general disorder and I can lose important documents due dates. I choose a place for mail and outstanding papers, Iput it all in the space during the day. So I know where to go when I search any pending and also to review and organize. And things instead of putting them in the first place I find when you arrive, go straight to their proper place and with the same impulse I leave them in place. And do not leave everything to memory.
