Craigslist killer Richard Beasley sentenced to death

A US man convicted of luring men to their deaths with fake job ads on the Craigslist website will face the death penalty, a judge has ruled.
A jury had recommended execution for Richard Beasley, 53, who murdered three men and wounded a fourth in the US state of Ohio in 2011.
His teenage accomplice, Brogan Rafferty, was sentenced to life in prison without parole in November.
Relatives of the victims held back tears as the judge passed sentence.
In addition to three counts of aggravated murder, Beasley was also convicted of aggravated robbery, kidnapping and attempted murder.
Appealing verdict: Beasley declined the chance to make a statement to the court at Thursday's hearing.
He listened to the verdict with his head on this chest, sitting in a wheelchair that he uses to alleviate back pain.
Later, before a second sentencing hearing for the other charges, Beasley said he sympathised with the families of the victims, while maintaining his innocence.
He also said he believed his conviction would be overturned on appeal.
"This case will be reversed," Beasley said. His statement was cut short by the judge, who said he was only allowed to comment on the sentencing.
Rafferty, who was 16 when he was arrested, was too young to face execution.
One of the victims was killed near Akron, Ohio, while the other men were shot during interviews for fake jobs at a remote farm in south-eastern Ohio.
Scott Davis, 49, who was shot but survived his wounds, gave harrowing testimony during the trials.
He told the court he heard the click of a gun while walking in front of Beasley at the farm.
He said he was wounded in the arm but managed to push the gun aside and run into nearby woods, and report the incident to police.

Are you for or  against the death penalty?  (200 words)

  1. I am against the death penalty , because nobody deserves to die for something you did although it is very bad, because if you kill he doesn´t suffer nothing and you have to get is to suffer for what they have done.
Because if they kill die and that's it and don´t feel pain that have made a other persons that by much that they arrepent already can´t do nothing and family and friends have to be wrong by his fault.
I think that kill not used for nothing ,would have to make the pass wrong as that they are in the prison and once you are there do you suffer depending of it that have done everyone.
I mistreated , would give the minimum to eat, would do to pass shame before all the world.
And leave them in the prision until they die as if they have to be almost all life.
That's what I think but honestly If I pass something very bad or someone the my family I would kill if I had the opportunity .

  2. It is a very difficult subject to be treated shallowly. In my general opinion death penalty is a punishment we, as Christians, cannot agree. I think that only the Great Supreme Being, Good, has the right to give and take the life away. It could be thought there are cases and circumstances which could be extremely dangerous in order to consider a person a real hazard for society. But I guess there should be ways to establish measurements to keep that people in jail or bring them a new life back. It’s an issue which should be treated by specialists in law, psychiatrists and psychologists.
On the other hand, it’s very hard to be placed on the victims’ side and trying to forgive our relatives’ assassins. With the loss of a beloved being a pain is placed inside it is very complicated of eradicating. It’s too difficult not to apply the old saying “an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth”.
In my opinion, we live in a country which has much experience in this subject; there are many people who have suffered the pain by a relative’s death at the hands of a killer or the abuse caused to a girl, boy or woman.
In the whole European area there is a respect for the life of Human Being. Here the death punishment isn’t applicable. Anyway, I don’t think there are many more cases of crimes, violations, abuses… than any other countries in which this method is applied.
More and more this kind of punishment is being abolished in the whole world and it is being remained in those countries with no democratic governments, although it is also true that one of the mainly considered democracies of the planet, the USA, has this type of horrifying punishment, at least in some of its states, and, not for that, it is embarrassed about it.

In conclusion, I think the death punishment would have to be eliminated off the face of the earth. The life is such a precious gift it ought not to be take away for anyone, person, government or institution, but Good, Who is who gave it us.

  3. This is a difficult issue, I would never have to decide on something like this, you can not say this strongly in favor of the death penalty but I think for some people's comfort if you come right. People have done so much damage and broken families and I totally condemn a person to this kind of punishment is for something, do not think this will be imposed to any crime, only people who truly deserve it is very strong to say that a person deserves death, but consider also that has led to the deaths of people who had no guilt about anything, totally innocent people, with lives ahead. I am not for or against it, especially because I know a lot of information on the subject nor exactly how such laws are, but I think there are people that made a lot of damage, crime, abuse, rape ... and that can not be forgiven for anything, those families affected nobody will return to querdis beings who have lost or will find comfort anywhere, I think has done justice if it is possible to have the high level of damage it can do so here criminas any more I think I would agree that against it.

The death penalty is a criminal of every government that is that the murderer, rapist or thief and not frees, therefore, no more out of jail. What can happen is, for example, is sixty years in prison for it and six cicuenta demean or no rebate you anything and jail is like home.
An advantage of the death penalty is that finally the criminal or criminals are already behind bars and justice will be done. In my opinion, you have committed an act outside the law you must pay for it and more if you killed someone.
One of the disadvantages is that you blame the death penalty is that it never will and freedom and will not be released from jail and more will be more than twenty hours locked in his cell and only one hour out to the patio and another hour to eat, even they have to relieve themselves in the cell itself. Another negative point of the death penalty is that you will not see almost any day your family and if you have children, you will not see their children grow and live with them.
In my opinion, I see well that these things exist, in this case the dead penalty. Because if someone has done something bad, kill, rape, steal, etc should pay properly and that justice is done.
There are such cases has been sentenced to death, and the man in this case has already condemned forty years. And later by evidence or testimony is known to be innocent as has happened recently.
An example Rolando Cruz Hernandez have happened 10 years sentenced to death in Illinois after being convicted of the rape and murder of Melissa Nicarico (from 10 years). She was falling off his bike, raped, sodomized and murdered. Finally it emerged that innocent.

  5. The death penalty is a sentence that continues in some countries of the world but not in Spain. As its name implies consists of take the life of those who believes that the judge has committed a serious crime.
On the one hand I think it can be good because in countries where this law applies people are more aware of their actions and I think more than once before they commit a crime such as killing, raping, stealing ... so that in these countries there is less bad people.
On the other hand because I'm against that no matter serious the crime no one can take the life of another person because the right to live is something that we have all and there are not so bad that we can make to their lives. Also I think sometimes the judges are confused in judging and there are cases of people who have been in jail and then showed that they were innocent, if those people had died, there was no turning back and everyone is entitled to change.
Ultimately the death penalty is unfair and should be removed in all countries of the world or at least apply it less.

    Death penalty

I am in favour of the death penalty but only to punish, for example, serial killers or in cold blood or children murderers, and provided that the crime can be completely proved without any doubt. Not for example deaths by accident and similar. I mean that there is a sort of serious crimes comitted by people who know what they are doing, who have the need to kill, who have got the evil inside, and laws have to protect defenceless people from them. But prison is not enough in those cases, because that kind of people will do it again when they are out of jail, since bars don´t correct them but get them worse. We have not to be afraid from speaking about death penalty since it exists in several states of the most developed country in the world, the United States of America. I think that this is not a revenge, not an eye for an eye, but simply a protection of the citizens against people that, for sure, will repeat their actions. But judges have to be completely certain of what they are doing when they sentence death penalty because they could condemn a not guilty person to death and that has no way back at all.

  7. The death penalty is a very important punishment. I´m Christian and I think that nobody can decide about the life or death of someone, moreover, you can´t decide about your own life.
It can occur that someone who has been accused of murdering or attempting and finally, many years later, it has been proved that she or he was innocent. In that kind of situation, if you have punished him or her with death penalty and is dead, he or she would never recuperate her or his life. You snatched from someone the rest of his or her life.
In addition, being indifferent, someone who has committed a very big crime the best thing he or she can support is a death penalty, being the rest of your life at prison is worse.
As I have said at the beginning, nobody has the power of deciding about the life of another person. We aren’t god and nobody is better than other to decide when he or she has to die.
In conclusion, I´m against the death penalty. As well as I´m against torture and any other way which make an attempt on someone´s life.

  8. It is true that it is a very difficult topic to speak about this because there are a lot of different reasons for the person who is sentenced to the death penalty.
In my opinion I think the death penalty shouldnt exist because nobody can tell if a person should die or not.
In some countries like usa the death penalty is accepted. In my opinion I am against the penalty but I am also in favor, for example a terrorist who has killed hundreds of people in my opinion he deserves to die but I think that we are nobody to decide if a person should die or not, only god can judge them.
Also in countries where there isnt death penalty i think is a cost to the country because the state has to keep to prisoners sentenced to life imprisonment all life and that costs a lot of money.
FInally I think that the death penalty shouldnt apply in any state and to nobody, but i think that death penalty should apply only to people as terrorists who have killed hundreds of people.

  9. Well first of all, should take into account that the death penalty is obviously the death of a person. So at first I would be against the penalty of death already I think that anyone can or should be judged in the life or death of a person. If it is true that there are people who commit crimes should be punished with the death penalty, although knowing that despite the crime which has been committed is a person, although this situation is difficult for the relatives of the victim.
In many countries like the United States this force the death penalty. As we all know in Spain it is not.
But can good in short I think that is not be precipitated judging between the life and death of a person, since many live deserve death but many dead deserve the life you your return is it?, therefore believe that you no rush when it comes to applying the death penalty, although for example when it is a member of your family, or a friend who has been murdered, my opinion would change.

  10. Whether we are for or against the death penalty is not the issue as much as the consequence of the actions a nation takes on this point of view. Personally if this were to happen in Spain, I would be one the first protestors to take the streets and join others to ban this law. There are many issues like morality, retribution, race, constitutional.

Ultimately, the moral question surrounding capital punishment has less to do with whether those convicted of violent crime deserve to die than with whetherl governments deserve to kill those that are in imprisoned. In some countries The legacy of racial apartheid, racial bias, and ethnic discrimination is unavoidably evident in the administration of capital punishment. Death sentences are imposed in a criminal justice system that treats you better if you are rich and guilty than if you are poor and innocent. This is an immoral condition that makes rejecting the death penalty on moral grounds not only defensible but necessary for those who refuse to accept unequal or unjust administration of punishment. How do we decide who is killed and who is committed for life in prison. Where is the guide line? Bin Laden,11S, Colombine, Cartels, Mafias, serial killers, massive assassins, Who dies or lives

There is no credible evidence that the death penalty deters crime more effectively than long terms of imprisonment. that have death penalty laws do not have lower crime rates or murder rates than countries without such laws. And countries that have abolished capital punishment show no significant changes in either crime or murder rates. The death penalty has no deterrent effect.

  11. It is difficult to make a decision like this, because we are talking about human beings, who have family and people who love him, and that after all feel.
On the one hand the death penalty is an act cruel, if we want that dont murder the solution isn’t murder too, the eye for an eye never goes well, many people suffer, and not only the murderer, also the family of this person , they are not guilty, there are many victims to cause more casualties, moreover, the murderer dies and continues to suffer, but the people you want to do. Also, I think the murderer suffer more in one place for their entire life locked the death penalty.
On the other hand, if we side of the victim and the victim's family, it's only fair that the person who committed the crime is to go through what his victim happened and may even make the death penalty that many crimes are not committed for fear of himself guilty.
In conclusion, I think there are more arguments against than for, maybe to the family of the victim seems the best, but they would think if they were the family of the murderer or killer?

  12. Currently, the death penalty isn't used routinely. This technique was used with more normal for many years ago.
In my view, it doesn't lack to impose a punishment so extremely hard for a person who has committed a crime. Although perhaps also depends on the severity of the crimes. On the one hand, sometimes I think that would be necessary to support the death penalty because there are people who comment too serious injustices such as kill many people. But on the other hand, I think that no one deserves death as punishment. I if I think the sentence for committing serious crimes must be hard, many years in jail for example, but not death.
Still, i seem a very difficult question to answer and I have not clear that decision would take if I had to judge a similar case. I would use the death penalty in cases very, very extreme and still, i would give me much pain that discomfort would cause to the family of the accused his death.

  13. This topic is very confused for me. I think that there are many reasons to be against the death penalty but we are humans and when anybody hurts us or anyone of our environment, we have a different point of view of this. In the world, exists a lot of people who is very evil and hurts people without any reasons or if they have reasons, there aren´t sufficient for take away a life of someone innocent. When a terrorist or any other person like their kills a relative of us we wish that he hopefully dies. But, the true is that we can catch this type of person and after a trial, take their to prison for the rest of their life with a life imprisonment, this also guarantees no future crimes. As far as I concerned, the death penalty is good for us when we are very angry with the criminal and we want his death but this law is bad for many reasons like for example in USA, Death sentences are imposed in a criminal justice system that treats you better if you are rich and guilty than if you are poor and innocent. This is an immoral condition that makes rejecting the death penalty on moral grounds not only defensible but necessary for those who refuse to accept unequal or unjust administration of punishment.

  14. The death penalty has always been used in history as a defense or revenge. Civilizations as those of Greece and Rome used. Today the death sentences is a medium. This is in the hands of the state as a defense.
I do not agree with the death penalty. I think that no person has the right to take the life of another person. But I think that if it happens to your family, you agree to punish the offender with the maximum penalty. "Death"
I argue that the death penalty does not solve the problem for example:
    - It does not work that criminals more.
    -Only the person eliminates annoying.
-But it is not necessary to protect the lives of others.
-Solo is cheaper to eliminate the person and not help.
-The death penalty is a punishment to curb anti-social behavior.
-The death penalty may not be repairable.
-In case of error can not be rectified.
    -It's against human rights.
Finally I think there is no justification for the death penalty and requires the abolition of the death penalty worldwide.

  15. In my opinion this is a very difficult topic to comment since there is a lot of controversy around it. I believe the death penalty is good sometimes to someone who has come to commit very serious attacks, i.e. apply the death penalty to those who have made attacks against human life, however, on the other hand, I believe that the death penalty is not a right choice since those who have taken the lives of people not paying for their crimes if convicted to death, also because when you kill a person, not thou more murderer who which killer?. That's the big conflict posed by this topic, and there have been many times that they have put to death in the United States to an innocent man and have killed so and the only thing they said is that they repented much and would never happen again and it has happened again many more times, so I want to finish by saying that this should be so defined where they are one hundred percent sure that what they do is right and they do not kill someone innocent. And for this reason is a very conflictive situation to talk about this.

  16. This decision is very difficult as there are many pros and cons. The penalty of life in a person is a legal decision very hard and difficult to decide because in some countries the death penalty is approved. I don´t agree with the death penalty for people who have robbed, killed or raped a person because they can be charged and after a time when it has already killed innocent can go. On the other hand I agree with the death penalty on terrorists, because those people committed an error in his life, he committed daily and give them many opportunities that will never change because they have a very different mindset to ours.
In the United States this approved the death penalty and has made about people who were accused of being rapists and some years after it was discovered that they were innocent. As people get it wrong so does justice to the justice it should make a law that only the death penalty occurred terrorists or people who have killed more than once.
In my view, life imprisonment is a more cruel punish people because they can never get out of jail, however the kill, nothing is achieved.

I THINK IT IS FAIR ENOUGH TO APPLY THE DEATH SENTENCE FOR HIS ACTIONS BECOUSE THAT MAN HAS A MENTAL PROBLEM THAT CANT BE REPAIRED HE JUST NEEDS TO DISAPPEAR. IN THE OTHER HAND , THAT TEENAGER PROBABLY DOESNT DESERVE BEING THE WHOLE LIFE IN PRISON MAYBE BECOUSE HIS ONLY SIXTEEN YEARS OLD AND MAYBE DOESNT REALLY KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING IN THAT CONCRETE MOMENT HELPING AN ADULT TO MAKE THOSE HORRIBLE KILLS, I THINK HE NEEDS TO GO SEE AN SPECIALIST IN ORDER TO KNOW WHATS THE PROBLEM WITH HIM AND TO TRY TO MAKE JUSTICE IN AN OTHER WAY BECOUSE I DONT THINK THIS WAS IDEA OF THE TEENAGER.

  18. I´m totally against death penalty, that way of act is the same of the beasts. It´s very easy to kill someone that is said that have, for example, killed x persons, and closed case, but.. Imagine the suposed murder´s family, his mother, his father.. they haven´t done nothing bad to have to support that. Now imagine that someone make another research and find out that the executed wasn´t the real guilty.
I can´t imagine myself living in a country where that penalty is legal, at first because I can´t trust in a government that counts the lifes like numbers and I could trust less in a system where the laws are only to the poor ones or if not only, much harder at least.

  19. I think being I am against death penalty because is so much easier to make them being in prision , isolated for the rest of your life is a much worse punishment than being killed. Most criminals actually have been thankful they've gotten the death penalty because they don't want to rot away in jail. I'm also against it because some people are wrongly convicted, and it's not right to kill someone who is innocent. I'm against the death penalty, because sometimes people are wrongly charged.
There have been plenty of cases where people have been convicted of a murder/crime punishable by death which they did not commit and later freed.
But if they were killed, and they weren't a criminal, they can't bring them back from the dead. I know just recently, a father pleaded guilty to killing his daughter but was actually innocent and the only reason he pleaded guilty was because he didn't want to deal with the trials anymore. He was put on death row, but recent information found out that he didn't actually kill his daughter and their was new evidence proving someone else did, who then then pleaded guilty. So that is why we can change death penalty into prision.

  20. For me the death penalty is something very radical because it involves ending the life of a person. However, there are cases in which I am totally in favor of it, these criminals who kill innocent children as is the case Mariluz or criminals who have killed people, or criminals who kill young girls and then give totally incorrect versions the whereabouts of the corpse. Do not understand how in Spain does not apply the death penalty in such people, there are people who steal out of necessity to feed their children and condemned 10 years for robbery and murder and yet they are condemned more than 10 years prior to the someone who has claimed the life of an innocent person a child under ten years Justice in Spain this very scheme implemented like this the death penalty would not apply either, so I think that Spain is not a country prepared to take responsibility for killing a person does not even know when to take take this country forward.

If I am for or against the death penalty it is no clear in my mind, for me it is a good and difficult question to answer. But in case that I need to give a clear answer I will answer I am against the death penalty. No one can be strong enough, or powerful to decide about the life of another person. In different moments of the human lives they can do stupid and horrible acts, but maybe they can change, in my opinion the system must be able to educate to create human beings able to live in peace. And for some people it is worst to be alive than death. A long time ago someone told that we are our worst enemy.
In short my answer in against the death penalty, I believe in re-education, or education because most of the time people that are in jail for blood crime have had no a really good life, they did not go to school, they have psychologist problem, they live in a poor neighbourhood, drugs are near their childhood, so in my opinion they deserve another chance in life.
Against the death penalty!!!! For second chances in life for everybody.

  23. In my opinion the death penalty is something strong enough to comment on it lightly. People commit terrible acts and other not so many, but where do we mark the limit of the good and the bad? Who has the power and quiet enough to do so? I think that the best thing is that a person is condemned all its life and that it has no freedom, because once you have no freedom and live of the worst way that exists, already you have no life, rather a condemnation that you were paying during the rest of your life. If we condemn to death of a person who has committed a heinous, the salvaged from his own sentence, that is to live without freedom and in appalling conditions. I would never nothing that I don't like to do, why not would kill the that has killed, i think you'll rebates to its level and it should be wiser than the wise.

In my view I favor the death penalty, as it should condemn those who kill or who violate the law.
if you kill someone you have to pay for what he as done, not taking away the life that we would not be human in the twenty-first century. I acknowledge that if anyone killed a loved one want my death, but to think a second time, I think it is better to suffer all his life in a carcel.A though some consider that the death penalty is a violation human rights I think this review does not apply to the case because the victims do not have the same rights,
in my opinion the death penalty can prevent crimes and can save lives. Because from the application of punishment to one, the other criminals would know what the future held for them if they continue with these acts, may well lose his own life being subjected by law. I think it is a way that a murderer or murderer as possible throughout society may have the opportunity to reconsider their actions. 3 If a person kills someone, torture, violates or will make any kind of violation of their rights, that person also deserves to die because not enough free sentences.

For the text I am for everything and I feel good that you condemn those who break the law and those who do evil.
I think the death penalty is a bit extreme but that's what these people deserve the like all those people who kill people, rape their daughters, steal, harass, beat their wives ...
These people if they are not in jail should be locked up in asylums or prisons and not let them out on the street more as they may do it again.
There will always be people loose in the world to do business has to do evil, I the meteria those people in jail.
They may go much news about robberies, burglaries, murders ... and do not see anything, seem to want to continue going or just do not see the harm or condemn drop to 2
Maybe the judges are bad at their job and can not see the reality, I was my reality and that today it should put death penalty on very many more people.
But it gets the death penalty, it should condemn to life imprisonment and who have done much harm to people and the families and to the country because it affects everyone in general.

I am against death penalty totally because if someone do something illegally and this person is sentenced to death we are doing exactly the same than him/her, so if someone do something that he/she must be sentenced to death this person should be in prison all his life and suffer the same that victims’ families. Apart from this there are a lot of people who are sentenced to death because the judge think that they are guilty of crimes and a loot of time it is false, so they should have the opportunity to defend themselves. If we kill them, they will never have the opportunity of demonstrate that they don’t have done the crime. Furthermore if we kill someone (by death penalty) and then we discovered that that person isn’t the culprit, that means that we are murderers.
But people who are guilty of serious crimes they should be in prison all their life because they can ruin the life of other people again or kill someone and it isn’t just.
In conclusion death penalty isn’t just because kill someone isn`t never the solution of the problem, so the solution of serious offenders is to be in prison all their life (away from society).

  28. Well this is a somewhat delicate issue. Since there are different opinions about this. On the one hand I support, and I think if you did something to my family, or something, I think my hatred generated towards that person, I'd be in favor of the death penalty. On the other hand, I think you should not pay with the same currency, we can catch up a murderer, and kill him. What if he is innocent? And if you have family and children?. I would say that I am not in favor, but if I am in favor of life imprisonment, to spend his entire life locked up without seeing the light, without seeing their families, isolated. Although that's already support a person for life, and carries a cost, but it is preferable to keep it, has to kill him, as we we could at its height, and we would be some murderers. Also think about the guard or police to make an executioner, that to have to be traumatic, sad.

  29. I'm against it for several reason:

    1) You can put a person in a maximum security prison, and they do not receive the amenities that other prisoners get; no TV, no exercise, etc , so he will be bad all his life

    2) Living with what you've done for the rest of your natural life is worse than dying (this somewhat depends on whether one believes in an afterlife or not).

    3) It actually costs less to lock someone up for life. Cost of the death penalty is high mainly because those on death row don't work as other prisoners do and they are entitled to several appeals before their execution.

    4) Basic problems in our criminal justice system, sometimes people that have EVER been on death row are innocent of the crime that they are there for.

I´m against because i don´t think that you have to punish somebody killing him because he did something terrible there are another ways to punish people than kill but is something more terrible than kill a person ?

The death penalty is the ultimate denial of human rights. It violates the right to life as proclaimed in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. It is the ultimate cruel, inhuman and degrading punishment.
The death penalty does not have a special power to reduce crime or political violence.
The death penalty is discriminatory. It is often used disproportionately against the poor, against minorities and against members of racial, ethnic and religious.
The death penalty is an instrument of political repression. Those in power use it to eliminate their political opponents.
The death penalty is irreversible. It is inevitable that affect innocent victims. While human justice is fallible, can never eliminate the risk of executing the innocent.
The death penalty is brutalizing to all involved. Execution is an act of violence, and violence tends to generate violence.
States execute their citizens in various ways: the hanging, shooting, electrocution, toxic injection, gas chamber, stoning or beheading.
Crimes punishable by death ranging from violent crimes such as murder, rape and armed assault to non-violent crimes, such as trafficking in black market, bribe-taking and prostitution.
in my opinion, I think it's a hard act which according to the value of what happened can be caused death penalty.
Another way that complied with it, making them suffer serious long so could realize what may suffer many families.

The death penalty is the hardest punishment that a murderer can get. It is banned in a lot of countries but there are still many countries where it´s allowed.

I couldn´t say that I´m for the death penalty.
On the on hand, if we allowed this punishment we would commit the same low offence and the same violent behaviour. Nobody should kill another person, it´s savage behaviour and it has sometimes happened that after a murderer has been sentenced, they have found that he wasn´t quilty.

On the other hand, some murderers commit very terrible crimes and if the citizens could judge them, we could even accept the death penalty in that moment because the victims are murdered in a terrible way and people become aggresive, too.

In conclusion, I´m not for the death penalty because it could be very dangerous since all kind of murders are savage behaviours but there are some situations that make us think in a different way.

The death penalti, in my opinión, is a very hard choice, but there are cases where it is deserved and necesary.
On one hand, the death penalty is not fair for some people. Some thieves or murderers can repent after some years and maybe will be enough staying some years in prison and working in social works. For example, cleaning streets, painting walls of buildings, tending gardens ...
An example of that would be a father who hasn’t money to buy food for their children and have the need to steal in a supermarket or in a shop.
On the other hand, some murderers or thieves must spend his life in jail, or in some case, to suffer the death penalty. They do that another people suffer because they are very cruel and they must pay for this. Perhaps it would be harder to be all their life in jail and to suffer the lack of freedom and watch how the years go by and they can never leave the prison. Because if you kill with the death penalti, they will stop to suffer. For example, there are rapists and murderers who deserve to spend whole his life in the prison suffering and repenting of what they did.
Definitely, in my opinión, the life imprisonment is better tan the death penalty.

Death Penalty is one of the hardest choice that a person can decide but sometimes I thing that some people should have a hard ending for their lifes.
In one hand, there are some murderers that commit very horrible crimes and if the citizens could judge them, we can not do anything in that moment because the victims are murdered in a terrible way and people become aggresive, too.
In the other hand,Death penalty is not accepted by the church but I think that a person who kill around 30 people, should have the most horrible ending. That way of penalty is only acepted in some countries, because in Spain is not accepted and a lot of people kill others and then they do not really have any big punishment.
In conclusion,If death penalty were accepted in all countries, there were less murderers and less death.

  35. The death penalty, also called capital punishment, where a person is convicted to death as a punishment for a crime. I don´t think I am for death penalty because Im not for:"An eye for an eye. You take someone's life , I take yours" Killing them will only end their suffering, the suffering that they deserve. Death will only relieve them of the things they have done. They will never have to regret, feel guilty, or even feel an ounce of pain.
But, if you are against the death penalty, think of this question, What if someone has done harm to your family? I'm pretty sure your opinion would change. Everyone has a revengeful side.
To conclude, I think that jail is a better punishment than the death penalty, because murders will feel guilty while they are alive. Life is a human right and I do not believe we have the right to take it away. So I think that killing someone, even a criminal, just seems out of the government´s control.

Im a favor for this law because i think that some people that are now in the prision deserve the die penalty for the really bad things that they made in the past, like for the people for the ETA that they never change the ideology, killing a inocent people for show the people what they want and who are willing to do for take the control.

Actually I have to say that if I favor the death penalty, because if you punish a person taking away your life because you beat ati when that person is free to do with your life what you want, you ati should remove yours as punishment, you hear so many families who kill their young children to the husband beats the wife or ex husband kills or is worse or those children who kill their parents, those people for my like they have no right to life and took the life of another because now you pay with your life. It is a little hard but the truth esque I get very angry when I see that kind of stuff on TV and then the culprit only happens a few years old in jail and out as if he had done anything when he has killed a because a dear person, without having the other no fault, sorry if my thoughts are a bit hard but it is what I think.

There are some countries who have legalitate this measure,i think any person of the world can take the decision of take the live to any one because all of us we are same persons but in some cases that make you think if really that person deserves live

I think that not all the crimes must be penaltis with death because a person who didn´t have ever any antecedent and one day lost his head and kill anyone musn´t be punished with the same penalti of a person who make normally violations and had killed a lot of womens and childs.
Secondly in my opinion in any case a theft must be punished with death penalti,a person who stole normally is not because an entretaiment is because a necesity and that person should be the time is it necessary in the jail but never the punishment could be take his live.

In Spain the death sentence there exist no but are cases in which the sentence assigned to the assassins is not just, it should be mas strongly. In many countries of the USA this sentence continues existing and and part seems to me to be reasonable and many other countries should accept it.

The justice nowadays is something in what I do not go away to putting, still I do not have the age and sufficient experience to speak about it. Every person is judged for his crime for a few procedure established some time ago and is something very pondered.

Every country puts his procedure, for this way saying it, and if you break them you have your consequences, one of them the death sentence.

The death penalty is to cause death to a person sentenced by the state. Depends on what you have been accused person: for example, if stolen, they should imprison him, and if she killed someone, they should put him to death. This is more common in countries like China or the U.S., in our country, since justice in Spain is a bit unreasonable in this regard.
On the one hand, the death penalty has its advantages. In addition, it is an excessive sentence but fair society and remove a criminal. Moreover, you avoid financially maintain the prisoner accused
On the other hand, it has some drawbacks. As well as, they are taking the life of a person, or for a mistake he is taking the lives of an innocent
In my opinion, I think Spain should follow these countries because fair is fair. I'm not saying that the death penalty applies whenever someone accuses him, but if he has taken the life of another, would be fair that applies this sentence.

On one hand, the life right is one of the Human Rights and according to this, nobody should decide if someone mustn't continue living due to an illegal behaviour because there are other types of punishiments.

On the other hand, there are murders who have had such a terrible behaviour with his victims that we asked the victim's family, I'm sure that they would say that the best punishment would be the death penalty.

In conclusion, in our country the death penalty is banned and the life right is one of the fundamental rights in our constitution but there are some criminals behaviour that can make us doubt about the death penalty like a possible punishment.

In most cases I am against the death penalty because it is an act too immoral. You mustn’t punish someone as bad as him has acted because you would be doing the same. Also it has been cases where doubt a mistake, someone who was completely innocent of the acts was killed without being able to defend himself.

Furthermore, sometimes people commit crimes because they are used to live in jail and they don’t know any way of life than that. Another thought that I have even a little against us and people look at me with a face, is that if for example a person steals, as they do in other countries cut off a finger, then I think that you will not do more, but is an act too bad this is an injustice because sometimes thieves in jail, murderers and other live very well as they have a bed, food...

In conclusion I think this form of murder should be banned in all countries as it can get quite hard, I believe that all people like me think of the death penalty. the other case I do not see at all bad but I know it's horrible.

In my opinion the death penalty is a punishment for serious crimes such as killing a person, that is punished with death that has killed someone, in my opinion it makes little sense to say that killing is wrong if we are going to punish killing.
The death penalty many years ago is not practiced in our country, in our country before practicing with the guillotine, the firing squad consisting garrote put pressure on the neck until the neck is separated from the skull, but if is still practiced in some developed countries in America, but not in all states is accepted the death penalty, which in my view do this is a delay for the country.
There are countries where the death penalty, besides being practiced, it is painful for the prisoner, such as ultra Islamic countries, which use techniques such as stoning, which throw stones until the condemned dies.
if we look at the death penalty from the point of view of the Catholic religion, this is also frowned upon, and that killing is a sin.

  50. I’ve always thought I wasn’t against death penalty at all. In fact, I used to think that crimes like murder or homicide should be punished with death penalty due to their brutality.
But, after thinking about it and going through several talks with friends and family about the matter, I’ve come to think that everyone deserves a second chance, no matter how awfully bad they did in their past. By killing someone who has committed murder or something of the sort, any chance of making it up to the victim’s relatives (if there is a slightly chance it is possible) would be erased. A person’s right to life comes within the condition of being one. Not even killing someone else takes away this condition and, therefore, this right to life still exists.
Besides, our law forbids committing murder and killing one another. If we consider this as the right thing, the law can’t possibly allow the authorities to commit such crimes disguised under the name of ‘punishment’.
Anyway, such brutal crimes can’t be left unpunished or not punished hardly enough. I am a great supporter of life imprisonment as a way of punishing these crimes. Murderers would pay for their crime and I think this measure should be adopted by our law.

The death penalty is a very strong, very hard and it's no nonsense, so I am concerned, I am against the death penalty, because on one hand the person who has killed made a mistake, an error serious, but I doubt that killing things are resolved, simply because it will not return the person who has killed and because they are not able to recover the damage he has caused his death. What do think you should have someone that kills, it's a life sentence, and if necessary to die alone and in prison, but not to kill him for doing so. While on the other hand, the death penalty there, who think or intend to kill someone, I can think better and not do, simply because they know what to expect if they get caught and thus would prevent many deaths, but not see that happening, because crazy people will continue to exist forever, has the death penalty or not, because in my opinion people who kill are truly crazy and not normal people. And although the reason that put the death penalty is not killing, is very strong.

Nobody has the right to decide on something that belongs to him, and no one owns the life of another human being, you may be responsible for one or more lives, but never own, so no one should end the life of another being human.
I know that for many, there are crimes that punishment merceren this or more, for me there.
The application of the death penalty, always linked to selective criteria:
    - Social level of the person you want to apply the death penalty.
    - Race to which it belongs. (In the U.S., members run more blacks than whites alos - by percentage -)
    - Interest mediatico of execution.
    - Need to handle a situation of extreme complexity.
    - Socio-cultural level.
When a law is not taught with absolute objectivity criteria should not be applied or even accepted.
The death penalty, in many cases, not only punishes the offender, also punishes his environment.

When we speak this word not think it's for life. each person depends on his religion think differently.in my case I belong to a religion that is based on forgiveness. know this man very bad things I miss but not everyone deserves a second chance? but from another point of view if we are family? we want the murderer of our family run loose in the streets? is a complicated decision of me clear that the man should go in jail, but suffering as a way of calling when there and you will regret to miss everything. but what if already deceived can not do it again? if this person out of jail should be monitored 24 hours. the truth that I'm not agree life imprisonment because everyone deserves opportunities but if I agree to be made aware of the damage that has occurred. in these cases judges should think hard before you act because they are difficult things must be in the situation of both the accused and the family. people who usually acts like this man are usually not right in the head. Now put yourself in their place, you do not you wish you a second chance?

  54. In Spain, it is not allowed to apply the death penalty, also called the capital punisment, just like the rest of the european countries. So we could think that this is normal for all the countries nowadays, but this is not what it is happening in the real world.
We only have to look at a modern country like United States of America, and we can see that death penalty is allowed in some of the american states, although not all of them.

In my opinion, life is the main right for any human being, and nobody can take away that right no matter what you do. Because when you look for justice, you can find other ways to punish those people who do not respect other's rights, like life imprisonment, or working for the society, ...
When you take that life, you are doing something that doesn't give that person the possibility to regret his wrong action, and being able to step ahead trying to change to be a better person in the future. So I am sure there are better ways of Justice than Death Penalty.

  55. The truth is I do not know how I position myself to the death penalty. I can not say that I am for or against. I guess I'm like most people, I am for in some cases and not in others.
On the one hand, there are many cases where I would punish the guilty. Cases of murder in cold blood, or when the victims are children, or when many people is killed. For example, in the case Marta del Castillo, in which his murderer is laughing at us. We do not know where the body is, and he is constantly changing his version. When the victim is someone close to you I am sure you would like the worst punishment to the guilty.
On the other, many times innocent people are condemned to death. It's probably a low percentage, but is it worth it? I think that just an innocent person killed, it is not worth it. It is also an irony that we are giving as a punishment the same that a murder did. Then someone would have to kill the judge who decided the death penalty, as he killed someone.
Thinking it cold, I am against the death penalty. But when I think about some specific cases I wish death penalty existed in Spain.

  56. I am definetely against the death penalty, because no one has the right to take away another persons life. A person who is convicted of a crimminal crime should be sent to prison and fully complete his sentence . He should be put to do hard work and with no possibility of leaving prison before the end of his sentence. There is also the possibility that the crimminal is mentally ill and therefore could not control his actions in this case I think he should be treated with therapy by a psychologist. He should stay in prison and complete his sentence too. I understand that some people are in favor of the death penalty because they believe that a person who kills some one has no right to do this. He is taking a persons life away and causing lots of sadness to the family. This person will never come back. Therefore they believe the crimminal should be punished in the same way. I don`t think we should agree with this because life is very precious. We should not take it away from anyone even if we know the person has done so with another. The convict will have to be imprisoned for life and in this way his liberty will be taken away from him. Taking away someones freedom is a hard punishment and will make the crimminal think and regret his acts.

Other issue is that if you kill a killer, you become a killer, so that is why I do uphold the jail sentence but not the death one.
I know that if any friend or familiar of yours is killed, you will want to kill the guilty but that is a very impulsive thought, if you think about it slower you will understand that it is not fair to decide about the life of nobody.
So, in the end, I argue that the death sentence is very wrongful and I´m glad it is not approved in Spain.
But on the other hand, criminals will feel safer in Spain than in other places where it is approved that low.

I think that nobody can decide about the life or death of someone, moreover, you can´t decide about your own life. In my opinion the death penalty shouldnt exist because nobody can tell if a person should die or not.
In some countries like U.S.A the death penalty is accepted. In my opinion I am against the penalty but I am also in favor, for example a terrorist who has killed hundreds of people in my opinion he deserves to die but I think that we are nobody to decide if a person should die or not, only god can judge them., Its a very difficult question to answer and I have not clear that decision would take if I had to judge a similar case. I would use the death penalty in cases very, very extreme and still, i would give me much pain that discomfort would cause to the family of the accused his death.

FInally I think that the death penalty shouldnt apply in any state and to nobody, but i think that death penalty should apply only to people as terrorists who have killed hundreds of people

I agree with this as it is said that `` do not do what you do not want that done to yourself '' So these people deserve to die and suffer more in prison for do these acts.
We must create schools or classes to avoid abuse, rape or murder, because these people need help.
In the example of Marta Del Castillo, her murderer Miguel Carcaño is laughing for the family of Marta because he does not tell where is the body of his daughter.

  61. This issue is very complicated and I think it has many arguments in favor and against.
For starters, all the world's constitutions have the right to life which is one of the most important rights, so being allowed the death penalty we are breaking this law. Moreover, as "eye for eye, tooth for a tooth" haven´t any sense, we are not in a position to decide to take the life a person for very evil deeds that may have made. Are not we putting in their place when we take him the death penalty? However, it is true that sometimes life imprisonment is too mild punishment for some criminals, because we must not forget that in the prison they always have in food, grooming and health insured when perhaps they are terrorists who have killed thousands of people, rapists, pedophiles... that not only caused pain and suffering to their victims unless also everyone close. So here is the problem, what do when it is too the death penalty but is insufficient the life imprisonment? The solution would be to find a middle ground, a punishment that is appropriate with the crime but never without forgetting that life is above everything.

In my opinion, like a Christian person, capital punishment shouldn´t be allowed even though someone had made something awful. I think that people can´t take decisions about the life of each other.

On the other hand, I put myself in the victims’ families place and I think it is very difficult to know which is de correct way, because in that moments the damages caused don´t let you think clearly.

  63. my thinking in society care less but I think that the death penalty is necessary for criminals, murderers, ETA and all those who are able to take someone's life either by taking the law into their own hands, for some ideology, or for other reasons is think things through before you do them and you take his life before someone unfairly or just wait for the same justice to let them decide not illegal by law but also know that the death penalty brings charges for example in Spain today could not cover those expenses and that prisoners sentenced to death have any benefits and eat everyday and are quite cost where Spanish society can not charge but if Acers could put sentences more hard for everyone before them think a crime and reduce crime

  65. In my view I am in favor of the death penalty. It's a way to pay a person who has done much harm to others. They always say that we should not do to others what you would not want done to yourself, but instead there are people who do not hechan account of this, because you have to be very cold blood to be able to kill a person and more ways to do it. Perhaps nothing would be solved not killing that person, but simply a bad person would have less in the world. Anyone who does these things is not very well go head and has to do a lot damage.

  66. For example, in the case Marta del Castillo, in which his murderer is laughing at us. We do not know where is the body, and he is constantly changing his version. When the victim is someone close to you I am sure you would like the worst punishment to the guilty.Thinking it cold, I am against the death penalty. But when I think about some specific cases I wish death penalty existed in Spain.

  67. I'm definitely against because if a person does harm to both the victim and their families should suffer and die in a prison sentence and pass it as bad or worse than the family and the people he has killed and receive some lessons though be a single day but it is clear that it will remain in jail will not suffer and only going to be locked in a small space and with the lessons I come to refer to the same abuse that used to other people, if this were so pretty and the exchange situation that people would think more before you do things and if you win something really doing this kind of thing. Like any weapon as I think guns should disappear, if they disappeared many murders wouldn’t be produced

  68. To start, I think that death penalty is a very difficult issue to talk about, moreover, I disagree with it, because I think that we are no one to decide who could life and who couldn't.
On one hand, it's true that there are some murderers that make horrible crimes and that I think they would never change even if they spent 20 years in prision.
However, on the other hand we have the point of what happend if we make a mistake and we kill another person that don't have nothing to do with that crime, we would kill someone who most probably have family, and that haven't make anything bad, however, once we have realised about that he's death and there is no return
To end, I think instead of the death penalty, I think I good idea could be the life inprisioment

  69. DEATH PENALTY
If I had to say if I'm against or for the death penalty, I would say I'm against it. I don't desire anybody death. If I had to choose - as judge - it would be impossible to me to order someone the death penalty, even if the execution weren't my business.
But, when I think of people who has suffered crimes or their families, I wonder if death penalty is fair or not. Hate isn't good, but the point of view of someone who has suffered a crime is different. So, in that case, the death penalty can be justified as an answer to the victim or to frighten potential criminals not no commit crimes.
Thinking it calmly, I consider that it is a question with a difficult answer. After Jewish, gypsy and political prisoners were killed by the Nazis all around Europe, the death penalty were applied to the thinkers of that. There weren't protests for that and nowadays, only those known as 'neonazis' consider that decision as unfair.
To sum up, I am against the death penalty but I can change my mind if something really important happens.

  70. I think that this subject-matter is really difficult to treat. The death penalty is the outcome when someone does something bad like kill someone or a ravishment. I am not in favor but I am not against too, I am in a middle. I know that if a culprit kill someone, he does not deserve to live but, in my opinion, people can change, not from one day to another, but it is possible. Everyone entitles to do something wrong and after they can repent.
On the other hand, if the offender has done something that hurts me like kill someone from my family, I think that I tussle until the blameworthy was sentenced to the death penalty.
In short, I think that I am against for the death penalty, because if we think that to kill someone is an aberration, to doom the death penalty is an aberration too.

  71. The death penalty is a shame that continues in some countries, but not in Spain. As the name suggests is to take the life of those who believe that the judge has committed a felony or too serious as murder. On one hand, I think that can be good because in the countries in which this law is enforced, people are more aware of his actions, and I think more than once before they commit a crime such as killing, raping, stealing … so that in these countries there are people less bad. Moreover, since I'm against that no matter the severity of the crime can not take the life of another person, because the right to life is something that we all are not so bad that we can do with your life . I also think that sometimes the judges are confused at trial and there are cases of people who have been in jail and later shown to be innocent, if those people had died, there was no turning back and everyone is entitled to change.Ultimately, the death penalty is unfair and should be eliminated from all countries of the world, or at least apply less.

  72. My opinion, of course, is that I am against the death penalty. Do not understand how you can decide to kill other people even if they have done something very serious, that's why there are also prisons.

Also, what happens when it is shown after having killed the person, who has been an error and the person shows at the end that he was innocent and had not committed any crime and has been a confusion? I think this has happened a few times, but can not be helped, the person is dead and can not be given back life again.

Fortunately, in Spain the death penalty does not exist, although I agree that there was a harsh punishment for those who commit serious crimes and who do not will lower both years in prison, as in many cases that are heard by television or read in the papers, it would be unfair to the families of the victims free them shortly after sentencing.

I know it exists in some states in the United States, however, has not been for crimes disappear, even though the Americans know they can die in an electric chair, there are still very serious crimes.

  73. The death sentence is a sentence imposed in a few countries. I think it is a sentence too strict. Today's society is always defending the lives of people and always say yes to life, to now impose the death penalty, that is, everything we've defended ... is useless?. If you set the death penalty would be one of the biggest mistakes that man has cast so far in life. To put him in jail with a life sentence sufficient, and privatize their freedom, but the death penalty would be excessive. If you set the death penalty would be a big mistake because some people say 'if the kills should be killed too. "That would be a big mistake as we would put at the same height as the killer, and we should consider ourselves, as the murderer, we also murderers. We can not get the same level as those who commits such acts, because they always have to defend the right to life, for something are privatizing jail and freedoms. In my opinion it is a horror grant death penalty. The right was condemned to life imprisonment, is not knowing their freedoms back, he dies in jail, but not old death penalty. We have to head at that as a society we would become murderous.

  74. Personally I am totally against the death penalty for various things.
Firstly if someone commits a crime should pay but if they take away the life that person suffers no more, however if you must be in a prison for life or for many years will have this every day who committed the crime and regret day after day until your conscience can not more.
On the other hand, it acts much bad product someone has the right to take the life of another, even if the courts will allow something which in my opinion is not ethical.

In conclusion, I think the death punishment Would have to be eliminated off the face of the earth.

  75. For me it is very difficult to think if I would be in favor or against the death penalty because however bad this is what made the convicted person althoug it is killing people if your after the death sentences, your you are lowering your level. But definitely if I had to decide if only in special cases I would be in favor of the death penalty or at least I would be in favor of convictions harden and I'm sure that if someone kills another person dear to me, I could not stand to know that that person is so quiet in a room where they bring the food and not have to do anything.
If I could decide the sentences they deserve each defendant would put them one in which he did the same thing they have done, for example if a person steals money would have to be enclosed to give it back or if someone shoots him a person I would let the person who got to give him another shot at the person who shot but perhaps this would be too so it's best to lock them up and let them rot in jail.

  76. Personally, I totally agree with the death penalty because it is a good way to make people pay for their crimes, but also I have to clarify, that the death penalty should only be applied in cases where the offense is something serious like murder, rape, or murder children. The death penalty should be adopted in all countries of the world, because in this way would reduce this type of crime listed above, because in countries where there is no death penalty is the number of cirmenes May than in countries where the there, and so in this way worldwide would reduce the number of cases of this type, and that murderers think twice about killing someone or not.

  77. It's hard to know what to do with a murderer on death penalty case, I think he is also a person with our own rights, to condemn it asesion life imprisonment because there suffer more, and gives you time to repent, also has family and children are not guilty of the crime of this individual, and would suffer for his death, the murderers are people too. To whom I always condemn serious punishment to the terrorists, who are cold people who want favors from the government by force killing thousands of people, or just kill for their religious beliefs. These people do cold-blooded and premeditated, plus everyone hates, and often have lost the relationship with your loved ones for quite some time due to the occupation.

  78. I believe that no country should apply the death penalty, as are judges who judge though, also can be wrong and you could get to put to death an innocent. Not me I'd bring in my conscience the death of an innocent.
Although, it is true, sometimes horrible things happen that you feel like you exist and that these murderers deserve to be dead, as in the case of Marta del Castillo here in Sevilla, but although I think for an instant recognize that thinking about it However, I disagree and I think if you become the murderer for life in jail that's enough. Especially meeting all year sentence to the end, because sometimes end recortandole years and out quickly into the streets and I find very unfair.
They should also work for the food and all the expense incurred while incarcerated.
Also, is this found that the death penalty actually serves for something? If people stop doing horrible things for fear they could die, I understand, but things are happening in countries where if any.

I ´m not for the death penalty because I think human beings should have enough ability
to refuse all type of violence and, of course ,
a murde . I think the greet diffrence between human beings and animals is that they have to kill for survive but we don´t hava this need nowodays.
On the other hand , It´s true that people who break the law, they must have a punishment but the death is very hard. There are many other ways to make murders suffer from their illegal actions .
In conclucion , I´m against all type of murde , and the death penalty is a murder.

  80. The death penalty is a very relative and can give many debates. I agree with the death penalty as a person who has come to kill someone, you can be sorry but that life and removed and does not deserve to live if someone has removed the most precious thing you have as life. When the act is stealing or a lower grade than if I kill that person seems just takes 10 years to 15 years in prison as well learn from what he did and did not do it again and if that again what do you get in death penalty because the second chance she had already been granted.
The cases for which I would give someone the death penalty would be murder, kidnap children, rape etc ... The death penalty should be accepted in all countries of the world and not just in the American countries, but do not know that is in europe.

  82. I am against the death penalty. I don't think that everyone that is judged to die by this method is fair. But actually, in this case, I think that this guy should be killed by this method because he is insane. there are people in this world that doesn't know how much pain they are introducing in some families in the United States by killing their family members in a painful way. This guy have murdered some people by offering them a fake job when they did not know about and when they showed up to work they got murdered by some crazy people, who I do not think that they deserve to live in this world any longer. I agree with this method only whenever the police officers are completely sure about the people's actions against the law and hurting some innocent people, then, I think we should apply the death penalty. I think that, by applying this method all around the world would make the people don't kill others knowing that they are going to lose their live shortly once they get caught.

  83. No doubt I am against the death penalty for the following reasons:
    1) No one has the right to take the life of another human being, even if it has committed an atrocity. The only justifiable reason to kill someone is to defend your life or that of another person, and still must be done in extreme cases. If we are willing to say that the criminal makes a wrong to kill another human being, we must be willing to say that killing is equally bad.
    2) the courts make mistakes, and history is full of cases of innocent men wrongly convicted. In many cases this has been solved by finding new evidence after conviction, but the death penalty can make the new evidence comes too late.
    3) I think the solution to the death penalty is life imprisonment, as well the prisoner will suffer all his life locked and repenting all the evil he has done.

This is my opinion but many people think that a person who commits a crime as killing must die.
in my opinion the jail is to reform people and once these are well can get out of it if they have served their sentence, and if they are not healthy to remain all his life in jail.

  84. In mi opinion death penalti is an option must be used to some specific cases,as all the humanity don´t shares the same opinion of the used of the penalti death.
On one hand take this measure is one way of take out problems of the society with a specific person who ``enjoy´s´´taking the live of inocent persons.

  85. In occasions when I listen to a very serious murder or a violation to small girls, always the first thing that I do is to be in favour of the death sentence. Then I think it about cold and you realize that it is much better than die in the jail and this way the pain released that it him is going to still have to all relatives of the victims or to the own victims, they enclosed in a room are going to have to suffer it for all his life. In addition, in the death sentence really it is not suffered physically for being the most rapid deaths and one does not feel scarcely anything, but he dies in the moment ado, really the suffering is more psychological, when the previous days you know that you are going to die but in no case compared with the pain of the relatives. Therefore, really I am not in favour of the death sentence,, Really I am not in favour of the death sentence, always and when there is life imprisonment. If this sorrow did not exist, would vote in favour of the death sentence, always and when there was an absolute safety of which condemning it is guilty.

    DEATH PENALTY

I am for of the death penalty because I think that if a murder kill one person, he doesn’t stay 16 ages for example and next out of the prison very happy, no! This person has to pay by her crime and the just is one life for other life. In my country before existed but with the time the death penalty was removed and now, today, have a lot of crime and the murder out of the prison when they had killed some person, perhaps this person was good person and this murder killed him.
Because of this I am for of the death penalty but for other way I think too that the innocent people that haven’t killed anyone and go to the prison with death penalty is very sad because this persons are innocent and have his future in the prison when he doesn’t have nothing is unfair.
In conclusion, I am for of death penalty because if one person kill anyone will pay for her crime but if this person is innocent … he doesn’t have the death penalty but in our world, the justice isn’t perfect.

It is a touchy subject and it requires thinking to give a sensible and coherent response. For one I favor, because there are people who are dedicated to killing other people which makes the person who kills is not worth living because no one has the right to take the life of another. So this issue happened to Spain with the ETA for me should not exist, but at least he should spend his life in prison for murderers what they are, however much they say they do to claim independence. Moreover 'm against because as I said before "No person has the right to take the life of another " by this criterion I rely on that if no death penalty unless there is a life sentence for that to be a murderer or has made some pretty significant damage to society . These are my opinions, but it is not an easy topic to talk about, especially since much depends on the ideology and mindset of people.
