This year the Cadiz Carnaval started the 27 february and ends 9 march,a lots of days to spend our moeny in alcohol, tobacco,costume. This year i tried to disguise by wearing a baby costume. My friends and i went to cadiz wearing a big diaper, a big dummy and a very big baby bottle stuffed with some drink.

We also went to listen chirigotas, chirigotas are songs that judge real theme of our life like san fermines that was the chirigota that win the nig prize.

The second day in cadiz we dresed normally with the same clothes i go to school and we make a route searching the better roll in batter fish typycal food in cadiz during all year. I have to say that this type of fish have an incredible taste, but as a spanish i have to tell you that like a stewpot there is nothing. But sincerely i preefer sevilles april fair,because bring together sevillans habits.
I went to carnivals of my village two years ago, the carnival is a very good tradition or party where you sing, dance…to sum up you have a good time in a carnival. The carnival where I was during two days and the best thing for me of this carnival is that is celebrating during two days near my house and I can go to the carnival the time that I want and when I am tired I can go to my house to have a rest, when I have the energy necessary I go back. In this carnival there are festivals booth nights, the first is a festival where participate groups of the village that sings songs that they do. During the day there are a band of music that play the guitar and others instruments, and there are a restaurant in the centre of the central square where you can eat at any time of the two days that during the carnival. The last night of the carnival there is a festival of professional singers that aren´t famous, these singers think that this festival is a good opportunity to have a good experience of their job.

But you don’t have to go to Brazil to enjoy the carnival, because we in Spain we have carnival too. The most famous are in Canarias and in Cadiz. I didn’t go to the first of them, but in the future I will go with my friend because I love the city, the beaches, the people, and I think that this is a good opportunity to visit the island.
Of course I went to the Cadiz’s carnival, because some of my family is from the city, and you can spend an unforgettable time with the people and with the chirigotas and comprasas too.
From my point of view, carnival is a nice festival that people usually enjoy so much, but I prefer La Feria de Abril in Seville, because is the most incredible festival in the world where you can dancing, drinking, eating… all the day with friends, and you will have a nice memory of this.

Another place I would go for Carnival is Rio de Janeiro. I had never seen a street party like that. Everybody looks happy and unconcerned. What I like the most is seeing the ladies with their extravagant dresses and the boys who show their painted bodies. Everybody is dressed up even kids.
As I said before, I would like to go to that carnival but there is one thing that makes me afraid.
At carnival most of the people get drunk and smoke thing they must not smoke. I like a lot being in a party but I hate people who get crazy and start doing things to disturb the others. As you could see, Brazil is not a safe place and it has a bad reputation.

You can find people singing “chirigotas”, the typical songs which go even to contest, and a lot of people dress up with funny and original costumes. If you don’t want to dress up, there is no problem, you will have fun anyway. Costumes are incredible and some that I have seen are cars, a coca-cola can, a tax receipt, babies and so on.
Every year I go to a village in Cadiz and it is so funny. It’s the perfect time to spend a lot of time with your friends having fun or even with your family. What it’s sure is that you will have fun there because it is impossible to not have a great time.
It also has a lot of tourism but I suggest that everyone who can, should visit this one in life at least.
In Spain all cities celebrate carnival but certainly the largest and most famous is the Carnival of Cadiz. Unfortunately this year I could not go because I had many exams at school but many friends were a lot and had fun. The city streets are filled with people dressed as different things and never missing the famous "chirigotas". Out of Spain's most important and well known is the Carnival of Rio de Janeiro, millions of people dress and create authentic entertainment around the city for days. Best costume contests are held and best decoration and huge dance choreographies walking all the streets are made. In recent carnivals I've dressed as a policeman, cheerleader, baby .. and definitely a very good experience and have fun a lot.

All of this during the first weekend, as they are two, the second ride out on all bands and associations with their costumes this year.
This year I spent the first weekend in which we dress, my friends and I "Hippies" with daisies everywhere a headscarf, hemp sandals of different colors, a long shirt of another color and a great cardboard medallion with peace symbol hanging from our necks.
The second day we were exhausted how late we went to bed and got up at lunchtime, we decided to go to the beach instead of repeating as exhausting as the first day, so we could rest and that afternoon we returned to Sevilla.

ResponderEliminarThis year I have not celebrated carnivals like every year because I had to study and could not go to Cadiz with some friends. However, a few girlfriends and I hosted a small dinner at one of them and we dress. We agreed to go we all dressed in "Where's Waldo?" with striped jackets and wool caps equal. We bought pizzas and sodas, and we took many pictures. Later we left for a drink at the street dressed alike, and people stopped us to take pictures with us. Furthermore, when we returned from my friend home, we had prepared a "secret Santa", so we gave gifts when we arrived. To me they gave me a black handbag very nice, and I gave my friend a scarf with a bracelet. As the next day had some of us had to get up early to study, we went to our homes, while others were left to sleep in my friend’s house. This year I couldn’t celebrate it, but next year I hope go to Cadiz with my best friends to enjoy the carnivals!
For me, the carnaval is one of the best parties because it is fun because of the costumes that people use more and more people drink are crafted and beautiful and passes bein, dancing, a lot of people who go there to laugh and have fun and a lot of girls to dance with them, there are many types of the best known carnivals for us is to Cadiz as it is the closest but certainly the more popular and more people turn to the carnival is Brazil, dinde everybody dance, laugh, sing, drink and have a good time. I've never had the chance to go but I would like in a future where a little more to go for this wonderful carnival with a few friends and happened to visit Brazil, I recommend that if you have the opportunity to attend a carnival not I hesitate, and remember to live life as a carnival dancing and enjoying it.

Saturday is when people dressed, I dressed me with my cousins dancers, with in a pink tutu and a crown. Each person was different, some were mickey mouse, other pirates .. etc.
At 9 the same day was the end of the theater, where he eventually stayed as winner the hippipankis and the jokes of one father of one friend.
We had fun there, and then went to dinner.
The next day, on Sunday were the floats and people went out dancing and parading all over town.
Finally were on Monday and Tuesday of street where people also were dressed, but many people as I had classes and left.
This year I could not go to the carnival, I have met many exams and jobs that could not miss. last year if I was, the truth was one of the most alucionantes experiences of my life, so many people dressed up and everyone singing and dancing ...

ResponderEliminarMy carnivals do not like particularly. But if I like to see how people dress, I find something funny happens and where very well. In Spain are typical in Cadiz, in sevilla not much. I in no carnivals Fancy Dress me, just went normal walk around the center of Seville with my friends and had a few beers. Many of my friends if difrazaron but nothing spectacular ... a friend is disguised Moor and a godfather.
Actually carnival day is an excuse to meet friends and party for your city and port cadiz mainly because too many of my friends dressed up and went by bus to cadiz holiday and had a wonderful experience. So maybe next year go to Cadiz to see if it is fun or not.
And if I failed to go to Cadiz 'll stay in sevilla out too many friends , because here , at that time many bars have parties and many bars sevilla many young people are filled.

Since I was born surrounded by carnival celebrations, carnival canary islands with very famous there, especially for its colors and dresses as Extrabagantes what they get. the floats and costumes in style, on the streets alone burullo music and people are listening. 3 years ago also went to the Carnival of Cadiz, I Fancy Dress of Car parker, I would pass very well, although it ends busted for return to catch the last train of the night to Seville!. Carnivals apart from being parties and celebrations are also days to give us happiness and a touch of slapstick routine that desembordan between colors and smiles. It is another way to approach culture with dances and customs of a contemporary dances. However, in Cadiz, the jokes are very popular, especially for my taste not call my attention

We are in Seville and as you know all, here there are no carnival. But you should know that in a city next door, not quite famous for Cadiz Spain. I have the habit of going every year minimum two days, and as this year I have also been to keep the habit. I usually go to the house of a friend of mine since childhood has a home on the waterfront of Cadiz, near the football stadium. This year I dressed in costalero to change a little, as it was something I had never seen there and is typical of our land. As you know there is going to be able to drink and everyone has to do what he wants. We tend toil away our savings and to drink without buying fast food being made for lunch because our mothers are there to get us ahead dish. I love the carnival atmosphere and keep going so I hope that many years.

Even though in Seville is not very popular, like in other cities like Cadiz, my friends and I usually make our own party in a place belonging to one of my friend’s father. I love Carnival and the previous weeks because I like to decide which costume to wear and it has to be original and funny at the same time. Also we make them with our own hands and with the help of our mothers, who have better ideas than us. I wish it was more popular in Seville and there were more parties and singing around the streets. It is a famous festival celebrated all around the world and especially in Brazil. In Spain, we have Canary Islands parties and the ones in Cadiz, which are really close. I hope I can go to Cadiz next year and have found around the Carranza Theatre.

This day, Saturday, we were in the house and each one was taking hidden to disguise of something and one to one we were changing and appearing of surprise disguised and when already were disguised we went away to the village!
There there was the whole world disguised to the neighborhood wherefrom a typical theatre is done of there and there were disguises of all kinds, it was the most enterteining! I was disguised of bullfighter and to the whole world him towards many grace, the rest of my friends were disguised of cleaners, picapiedras, of the beer duff, of cow … The truth is that it was an unforgettable experience that I expect to repeat providing that we prune!

As he had to stay in Sevilla these days instead of going to Cadiz, he decided to have a party at our house. In it, the guests had to be dressed in the costumes they wanted. In case you do not come in costume, they could not get into the house.
In the party were about 15 guests and they all had a blast. There was a lot of food: omelette, sandwiches, fries, a chocolate cake and ham and cheese. They also had drinks: Soft drinks, water, alcohol ...
To play many fun games. For me, the funniest was the time's up, Movies, and an eternal game of "Donkey".
They also heard great music and danced a lot.
It was an amazing party all wanted to repeat next year. Undoubtedly, a party to remember. They all had a great time, that's clear.
In the carnival this year I have not gone , but are usually day of the year but I laugh and I better pass it , I've already very many years dressing up with all my friends , in total went 9 dressed in the street all the same, normally that are responsible for making the costumes and ornaments are my mother and my aunt who are excellent seamstresses, first decided that we will wear and when we planned to cojemos ideas internet and will buy everything you need , all we do advance very many as two months or so because my people are living a lot carnivals and spectacular costumes takes to prepare and paint us all and that were usually at home at noon to eat and we planned everything and there we dress and paint and prepare it there and carnival night goes directly to where the young are concentrated to drink and then to all the clubs andgo to us to endure ! families with younger children often go to the town square where there are contests for best costumes and are usually famous people to sing "chirigotas" this is the best carnival. ¡I LOVE IT!

ResponderEliminarI do not like the carnival. Also here in Seville is not typical to be held, if any jokes. Due to the proximity of Cadiz. If I like jokes that make me laugh and try to present the country or something funny that happened. The only thing special that I do these days is to hear the carnival of Cadiz, nothing more. No makes me laugh carnivals celebrate not catch my attention. So all I do is special be quiet in my house watching the Carnival of Cadiz and having a good time , I guess if I had here celebrate the carnival tradition dates would be where I would well and held me . But glad that I have in Seville Holy Week and Feria are pieces of holidays, but the first is the best. Still really enjoy watching carnivals in other countries or other parts of Spain, especially pimps much the Rio de Janeiro which are spectacular and above all very glad that is what it is.

This year in carnival, my friends and I went to Coria del Río, where one of my friends lives. We all organized the costumes and after a long discussion and a lot of arguments we finally decided to dress up as American Captain! There were a lot of people, and their costumes were very cool and very well done.
It wasn’t the first time that we went to Coria, so we knew a lot of people there; we stayed together and danced in the middle of the street. We were like fifty people!
At 12 pm we were so tired that we came home (by bus too), we spent eight hours dancing and moving! I was looking after going to my bed.
I had a very good time there, so next year I am going to go again!

ResponderEliminarthat weekend I went with my girlfriend to Jerez which is a village of cadiz and we were conociendolo. We went to eat dinner and to visit its streets and had very good. The last day took the car to go to Seville but before we pass through the city to see the environment and all the people disguised. When we got parking, which seemed an impossible mission. We were seeing all the streets filled with people disguised and had many very good costumes. the city wasted happiness since everyone was happy singing the famous 'Chirigotas' and drinking in the streets most famous.
This trip I really liked and I hope to repeat it in the coming year since I liked the city and the party I thought it was very entertaining. I hope to go the year that comes with my friends and dress up something very funny

The carnivals are a moment of the year that I like very much because disguising itself is slightly graceful and that you always spend(pass) it to yourself well, in Seville also there are carnivals, but to Cadiz likes going with my cousin who lives there. In Cadiz the carnivals are celebrated(held) of different form because there are many jokes, not only in the theater It Fails but for the streets also I have gone there this year disguised as turtle and have spent(passed) it to myself very well, there is greatly ambience and there is no usually fight. It is a moment of the year to enjoy and to spend(pass) it to him well leaving aside the studies for one or two days, if you organize yourself well the course you have time for everything. In the carnivals the people drink very much but I that do not also see it well because the streets get dirty and in my opinion to amuse themselves it is not necessary to drink. Also I would like to go the Carnival of Brazil one day because my parents have been and have taught(showed) me videos in which one can see the ambience and well that spend(pass) it to themselves, it is a moment to dance and to see chariots with spectacles.

For me, Carnival is one of the best parties. You can dress up whatever you want and without worrying about what others think. Last year, I disguised about Indian policeman. This year, I haven´t been able to go because I had a trip with some friends to Granada, but I would like to go. If it is possible, I would like to go every year with my friends because there are many known people enjoying and having a good time. From my point of view, you can find the best Carnival in Venice, where the costumes are bright! They usually use some masks that are typical of Italy and beautiful dresses with sequins. Other Carnival that I would like to go is in Cádiz, where people don’t usually wear sequins and costumes are more simple and more common, such as; military, police, firefighter...

Carnival is one of the funniest parties of the year, since you can disguise yourself and spend a good time with your friends. This festival is celebrated in many parts of the world. The most famous are those of Rio de Janeiro. I have not been in that famous carnival, but I´ve been in others, where I went disguised of jester with all my friends, and it was very funny because there were many people dancing with the music around me in the floats. This year the carnival has been a disaster, because the party that my friends and I were going to go was cancelled at the last moment and we couldn´t go. Anyway we celebrate it in the street with a lot of people. The only problem was that it was very cold at the street, and my costume was very light. The next time I will organize better with my friends, to be sure that we are going to spend a great time in this party.

The last time there were carnivals I went with my friends to spend a day and a night to Cadiz. We took the bus to Cádiz at four in the afternoon and arrived at half past five when we arrived and dressed each one thing eg bottle , went to a supermarket and bought drinks after that we got into trouble in singing and dance we had a great time and was highly funny then went for a walk and hearing jokes on the street. Then we went to a pizzeria which was crowded and we had dinner with pizza party and we just we exhausted . So we spent the day and the night , after my friends went to Sevilla and I stayed at my aunt 's eat breakfast and slept a good time. The next day we went my aunt and my cousins to the beach that summer is in Cadiz there were and my parents and spent the day at the beach eating there at eight or so took the car with my parents and went to Sevilla where we had dinner at my grandfather's house and returned home.

This year I went to the carnival Chipiona (Cádiz). In Chipiona is where I spend the summer and had never been to their carnival. Carnival of Chipiona is celebrated on dates not properly belong to the carnival, that is, the week before Ash Wednesday, which is when the most famous carnival is held, such as New Orleans or Rio de Janeiro and the capital Cádiz, so for that we can amuse or twice to Chipiona carnival a success is celebrated on another date.
ResponderEliminarAs I was an unforeseen thing did not give me time to prepare an original costume so I grabbed a bow from my uncle, dark pants, a white shirt and a huge black coat that is not where it came from, bought some fangs and was there Dracula dress. I went to see the grand parade parading around the village of Cadiz carnival style. There are many types of floats Vikings, monkey men, astronauts and all with his musical ensemble, making an infernal noise until very late at night until the awards costumes, fail me as I expected I did not get any awards .
