I really do not understand what is the news in the video. All I see is Kate Middleton” playing volleyball “ in high heels. This video does not present us with any interesting news at least I do not think so. Firstly, this woman is not dressed properly for playing a volleyball match. I have never seen anyone doing sports with this type of shoes nor dresswear. Definitely very unconfortable for playing volleyball. Wearing her hair loose is also inappropriate because it doesn’t allow you to see properly while moving in the court. The other woman who are playing are dressed adequately and the contrast between them and Kate is quite clear. I think that what is definitely clear is that this video is promotional. It has been made to promote Kate in the U.K. as someone very close to the people. A very pretty, slim, “sporty” and smiley person but specially close to the public. These promotional videos try to transmit an image and make the public believe what they are presenting. I think that if she would have been dressed appropriately and been filmed trying to play the match as best as she could it would have been much better. Sometimes trying to impose an unnatural image does not get the message across.

It is really remarkable that she is playing wearing high-heels. It is surprising that she played well even thought of the outfit she is wearing. It would not be strange if she fell but she didn’t. I think that it is a good point that she started playing as if she were one more around there but, to complete that, I think that she should have changed her shoes. Well, she is the princess but it is not that difficult to put on trainers while you are playing and then change them again. Because I don’t know a lot of people that when are playing volleyball, play wearing high-heels. Maybe she might have to choose between playing and watching the match. Moreover, it must be uncomfortable to play wearing one of those. It would be hard to move or jump or whatever. I say this in reference to every time a famous person does something that seems "weird" and I see nothing wrong with playing volleyball or something else that is out of your everyday life for belonging to an actual house. But yes I think a nice gesture that she and other famous person relates to people, something that should be normal. It seems to come from another planet and cannot do social or similar acts. Returning to the video if it seems strange to play in heels, could have taken a sport shoes or they could have left. Although it would have been funny to fall, which should have been normal as a sport with heels should not be easy. In short, these gestures are appreciated but you should see it as normal, that's what it is.
