The pyramids of Egypt are the biggest of the world, specially the Great Pyramid of Giza that was one of the tallest structures all.over the world. This pyramid was built by a lot of working people that died in the process of construction and they were slaves. Nobody received any recompense but the possibility of living. The pyramid is formed by big blocks with a weight of about 50 tons, more or less. It is incredible how some people could build this structure in the past when creating these structures was so difficult.
These blocks of stone were extracted from quarries in other places of the world and were taken to Egypt in big boats. After that a lot of people took the blocks and transported them in a superhuman effort but they were making this effort just to keep themselves alive.
The pyramids were built as a burial site for the bodies of the Pharaohs. When they died, each pharaoh was considered as a God.
In my opinion the pyramids are the most difficult monuments the to build, considering the antique of this years.
To browse any of these monuments in the article is a great luxury because it is part of the new modernized culture of our world, which is already quite good and we are lucky to have these monuments and wonders of human achievement . But to me, I especially love to visit the Taj Mahal in India because it is a monument that caught my attention and especially a country I want to visit in a while. In reading the article I was surprised that the marble of the building changes color at different stages of the day. In the photo you can appreciate their beauty and secure surroundings are also quite nice since India has a charm that few countries can have because it is a very different culture and attracts many tourists , like me. I've always heard of the Taj Mahal on TV or in documentaries and can not imagine how it must be to see it live and in person, the truth is you have to be beautiful , like the photo of this great article of monuments !
ResponderEliminarI want to visit the Eiffel Tower because it is currently the world's most visited monument. Originally it was also the highest with 324 meters. In it we find shops, a museum and restaurants to eat. Besides my attention because it's really pretty and steel is usually a monument made of steel must not be very nice.

You have to travel to meet other countries and other cultures because the world is so big that we cannot even imagine the things hidden and we're missing so you have to investigate and try to learn and see everything you can. Traveling is something we must give to our children because that will gradually be more related all countries.
One place that I've always wanted to visit is Egypt. Egyptian culture and, for sure, Egyptian's pyramids, have always fascinated me. Therefore visiting the Great Pyramid of Giza would be a dream came true. One of the reasons that make me want to visit it is the mystery that involves this culture. I would like to see by myself this structure that has being done by hand. How could they built those constructions without the equipment we have nowadays, it is something that we might never know. I won't believe my eyes when I see that gigantic monument and think what thousands of years ago there was life around that place. There were pharaohs, slaves and people talking about all kind of gods that control their lives. Another thing that catches my attention is that some explorers that have opened the pharaohs' tombs have died. Maybe this happened because of some kind of protection methods they used to keep their leaders' corpses and treasures sure or it might be a chance mixed with the legends that are about this culture. They might have been frightened of thieves and maybe that could be a curse for them because pharaohs were like gods but mortal. Mummies also intrigue me, how in that year they were able to maintain the bodies so that they have arrived to us. Going there would make me feel like I have had the opportunity of taking part in all that fascinating culture although it is only for a short period of time.

I love to travel to those 25 countries because each has something different , do not look at anything and you can learn something from each.
I am over town , when you go walking through these unfamiliar streets so precious , or so large that they can not see the end avenues , different shops ... although the field is very nice when it's spring .
you have the advantage of traveling is also when you learn new habits , new ways of living , or new foods.
people traveling usually does because they want to learn the language especially when they go to England, Germany or the U.S.
I think the best way to see the world and make friends is traveling to unknown places and so simple places like Dubai, where stunning islands .

Personally, I think it is important to visit all this mankind engineering achievements because it is good to know their rich history, different cultures, symbols and meanings. Travelling and visiting these places is very expensive but I ´m sure that it would be one of the best experience for everyone. ResponderEliminarI chose this place because it is one of the most spectacular bridges that I have seen in pictures . It is a place where I love to get to know because I have friends that were there last summer and enjoyed it.
The Golden Gate is one of the longest bridges in the world that measures 1280 meters one of things most characteristic is that due to heavy fog there is almost always from the beginning of the bridge , you can not see the end. To the name given to this bridge has a significant Golden Gate because California is so called by the weather. This bridge connects San Francisco to Sausalito . It is suspended from two towers of 227 m. It has a six-lane roadway (three in each direction) and has protected accessible pedestrian and bicycle lanes . The city of San Francisco has streets with longer slopes . We are also there with the famous tram that goes up and down the best streets in the city. Beside her is Saulacito , a tiny town of sailors , also Castro, which arguably is the gay neighborhood .

I would love to travel to beautiful places all over the world such as Dubai , bora bora, and some other country. ResponderEliminarI think that the best place for me to visit of all engineering achievements is the palm island, for me, the most difficult construction that the human have ever done. I would like to visit this place because I think that I would be very impressive if I will be there. Is surprised to think that a human or a group of human can build an enormous artificial island only with rocks and sand. Other constructions like the underground or the space station are good too; the underground of London was built in 1863…The place that I want to visit after the palm is the space station because is very exciting to go to space and this is an experience that I would like to live. In the diversity of places that humans have done a round the history, I thing that the best thing to do is visit all, why do you have to choose if you can have all. I have my favourites places, but I want to visit more places than I have in my list of favourites. To sum up, humans have the capacity to do amazing things like the places of the list.

But I prefer out in helicopter by all the Grand Canyon or to out in small boat and I can to observe each detail. The Grand Canyon look like a special place and we are fortunate because it wasn´t destroyed.
I refer and helicopter or small boat because I have a big giddiness and when I´m in a big height I dizzy or even I become demoralized.
Other place that I would like to visit is Tokyo Sky Tree. Tokyo is a big city attract to visitor because it is a complete city. It´s modern even though also it´s contaminate. But to visit Tokyo is very well.
Tokyo has the Tokyo Sky Tree. It have a measure os 634 metres of altitude. It have thirty-tree stage. It is in Sumida neighborhood.
In addiction, in Tokyo we can´t to prove the true typical food: the Japanese food, and I love the sushi.
So that´s why I would like to visit Tokyo and the Grand Canyon.
These are one of my favorites places in the world.
I've been lucky enough to travel a lot with my family, I went to san francisco, Argentina, Brazil, Cuba, France, Italy, Germany, England, Scotland ... I love to travel not only to know other cities and sights but because traveling can also learn the language, culture, different foods and much more. A place where I have not gone and I would definitely go Asia, specifically China and Japan want to be my next destinations. The Chinese wall is incredible, I love to walk along the wall for hours watching the scenery. The Great Wall of China is 8,850 kilometers long (5,500 miles) and was constructed over a period of 2,000 years. I also like to visit China because it is a totally different country to Spain, do not share no customs and we want to know how to live there.

ResponderEliminarI would like to visit places that are so unique things in the world that no one could ever have imagined , I even have read when I still did not believe it, because it really is impossible and would be worth a visit just to see these works and also because it would be an experience unique and fun places knowing that you have never been and seeing the world in a different way and very funny because even when we are somewhere in these we say "it's impossible but it's wonderful ." Also would be worth that would travel around the world, meeting other cultures and ways of seeing the world and seeing the potential it can have some countries like the Arabs and we can see the progress of mankind, as man has been able creating architectural works in places that never would have imagined and that alone would have to visit because they are not commonplace, if not unique and stunning locations.
Also be fun to have photos in places so fantastic and would visit with your loved ones because it would be much more special. The only serious drawback is that the money they cost easily reach these places because only with them and seem quite expensive.

All are special because of the different cultures that have been developed, and each one is beautiful in its own way. For this reason, it’s important to travel and see different corners of the Earth.
At first, I’m a person who loves traveling and meeting new places, especially those who have many years. I have been in the Eiffel Tower, the Colosseum and the Roman aqueduct of Segovia. Furthermore, I would like to visit the pyramid of Giza, Aztec ruins and the Taj Mahal. Personally I think it is amazing that despite the years are kept so well and we can enjoy these wonders today.
By contrast, large cities and the pace of life that takes them overwhelm me, so if I had to choose somewhere to go, probably would not go to cities like Dubai, New York or London, but I think it is necessary visiting them. They would be my destination after having gone to other cities. A negative factor is that I'm afraid of heights, so there are certain places that sure I'm not going!
In conclusion, I think that traveling is necessary to know and learn about the world today, in addition to being a fun activity!
I would be loved with going to Dubai because they have said to me that it is a city of very recent construction. A tourist destination of luxury has been constructed in areas gained to the sea taking the sand from very far. There is an urbanization that has form of palm with luxury houses and in some of them only you can come to your house by ship. There everything is new, very modern, skyscrapers have been constructed and I will be able to be going to visit beaches of thin and white sand with very crystalline and transparent waters. Il ove go shopping and i was told that there is the one, the bigest mall of the world with the best shops of luxury brand.There are numerous attractions and I believe that you can ski even in a track of snow inside the mall. Imagine to be able to ski to-5ºC inside and to go out of the mall and to be to 45ºC.

I have always liked travelling and have done so since I was very young. I have visited many cities in Spain such as Madrid, Cordoba, Valencia, Barcelona, Bilbao, and Santiago de Compostela. I have also visited many cities in Europe such as Paris, Brussels, Munich, Oslo,Stockholm and Helsinki. My favourite was Paris where I was able to go up the Eiffel Tower. It was amazing. The view was spectacular. I could see all of Paris from the top floor. The Eiffel Tower is really an amazing attraction. It is so huge and going up on the elevator is awsome. So many people from all over the world visit this amazing monument every day of the year. We were very lucky because it was a very clear sunny day and we could see the city clearly. A place I have always wanted to visit is the Taj Mahal in Agrao,India. My parents have been there some years ago and they say it is the most beautiful construction they have ever seen. Long ago a king built it in honor to his wife. It took many many years to be built and so many workers to do it. The walls are covered with precious stones and jewels and the rest with marble stone. This monument is visited by thousands of people every day from all parts of the world. Surrounding this spectacular architectural building are beautiful gardens and small lakes. My parents remember the distinctive smell of flowers and the special colors in the garden. India is such a mysterious country with so much history. Definitely the Taj Mahal is the attraction I would most want to visit. Hopefully some day soon I will be able to explore this wonder of the world.

The most interesting of there is, that they´re used to bury the corpses of the pharaohs with all of his belongings. Apart of all this things, Egypt is one of the beautiful countries in the world. Dubai has a lot of important, luxury and showy buildings. But among all of them, my favourite is the amazing Burj Khalifa.
The Burj Khalifa is the tallest building built in the history. It has a height of 828 metres. I think that it’s the most amazing structure in the world. It has inside, offices, houses and an hotel. We can see in the photographs what tall is it, comparing with others building in the world.
I would like to go there to see this building and the city in general, because this is a different and modern city to which I have ever been, but I don’t like their culture. The arabs are very machists and radicals with religions.
I love to travel but I can not with exams and now with the economy and the crisis, But in the future I will tour to Dubai and I will visit the burj khalifa.

The world is full of beautiful places , attractive locations , spectacular sites ... I am a erson to whom he never liked to travel and I think that is because of the many trips I have made throughout my life thanks to my parents who are passionate about traveling, especially my mother. them since they were little led us whenever there was a small gap to my brother and ami known spectacular places, I remember more cario are Cuba and Finland are places that leave you scarred forever from my point of view, I have the pleasure of meeting dubai and I must say it is an impressively developed, modern and above all a great economic capital, the only thing I did not like much about this place is the place that give women in those countries, are too macho . but I think it's good to know many places in the world because all I know is culturally rich and memories that will always be with you and although I consider that I have traveled a lot there are some places of the world like africa , the Mayan Riviera or the Indian who want to know above all .

I think that it is a chance in life to have the possibility of visiting some of these achievements, since they continue to exist. Today travel is not within the reach of everyone, that is a drawback for many people. I think travel is overrated, but would be a great experience to travel to visit these great achievements that has echo the human being. I've had the possibility to travel to New York and visit the statue of liberty. For me, this is one of the greatest achievements of the world and is a fascinating experience. When viewed from a distance it seems that it is a medium-sized, but when we approach we can observe that it is immense and that people come to admire New York from atop at the head of the statue. The head of the statue is a vantage point where people can admire the city and take photos. When you climb to the top it is really fascinating as you imagined not from below the height that has. It is an a great dimension and this has been possible thanks to the human being.

ResponderEliminarI would like to visit the Egypt pyramids, I have heard beautiful things about it and I have watched some interesting documentaries on TV. There are different opinions about their building and it is difficult a explanation for this.
However, they are a marvellous example of effort, job and richness in an ancient historic period. I image the workers carrying big stones and building, day by day, walls, ramps and corridors where a secret camera was hidden to keep valuable jewels. When the pyramids were discovered, we could enjoy visiting them and astonishing of their beauty.
From my point of view, visiting or exploring the places, where the making has worked very hard to get a big achievement, suppose a satisfaction for all of us and an admiration forever.
From all those places, I would like to visit the pyramids in Teotihuacán in Mexico. It is also called the “birthplace of gods”. It is a very old construction, from 100 BC. I would like to know more about this civilication which had their own gods and their own interpretation of the world. Sometimes we can only understand our own culture and we forget that many people have live on this planet and they have already done many things and from many different perspectives, different from us in the western world. This building is full of mystery now and it has many remains from human bodys and people from that period. Besides, it is uncertain how they made such solid constructions so long ago, without the machinery we have now.

But they don’t have the beauty of other natural places such as mountains or other human constructions very difficult to understand how they were made. Going to Mexico and explore those areas would be great and I hope to go one day in the future.
Previous to this list there was another made in ancient Greece, before Christ called "The Seven Wonders of the World", of these seven only remains one that is the Great Pyramid of Giza, the construction does not seem by human engineers due to the perfection and the tools he had at that moment. Human beings increasingly exceeds most especially in technology and in construction, there are impressive and beautiful buildings such as La Giralda, the Eifel Tower, Pisa Tower... in the news are places where I've already been, would go to all again less to high buildings because I have vertigo. A building may seem easy but the reality is that buildings, monuments, buildings... do not appear overnight overnight if not that will carry building for a long time and a great work of engineers, architects, Masons...So that we can visit them and see, but there are constructions that are not always good because they destroy nature and ecosystems or break with the aesthetics of a town, as it is the case of the Pelli Tower in Seville, a quite controversial building that changes the appearance of a city. One of the places that I would more like to visit the news is the Taj Mahal because my parents were a few years ago and showed me photographs that found me amazing, is a beautiful building.

I´m fascinated in thisAchievement because it was made a long time ago and they didn´t have any technology or machines that could help them to move the millions of stone blocks.it would be really difficult to move a stone block between 25 and 80 tons from 800 kilometers away. The perfection of the angles and the sheer size of the pyramid is also incredible. It is hard to believe how long it has been standing there and how well it is conserved. I think everybody should visit these cultural wonders of the world as they show us what people were capable of achiving so many thousands of years ago with scarcely any tools and only their intelligence to built such monumets. If it were me, if I could go a while there I would like to travel much of their territory on my bike , I think it must be a unique and unparalleled experience because as I said before my favorite hobby is cycling, plus if it is a beautiful landscape I can spend hours without stopping pedaling.
So it's one of the things I've choose this destination. Basically for being in touch with nature and spend all day doing what I like, it's like riding a bike.

ResponderEliminarI think the next place you would like me to visit Dubai as one of the things that I like are the architecture, and what better place to see the latest advances in construction and amazing skyscrapers and edifcios who have managed to build there, inside and out of water in the middle of a desert , Dubai let us get one thing straight , with all money can be obtained , and the goals are to overcome as the edifcios heights , which is one of the things that we surprised me more . Arizona is one of the places I like to visit, life is not as spectacular as in dubai but lives very well, its temperature is similar to that of Seville. The grand canyon is one of the most spectacular monuments of history.

ResponderEliminarI chose this place because it is one of the most spectacular bridges that I have seen in pictures . It is a place where I love to get to know because I have friends that were there last summer and enjoyed it.
The Golden Gate is one of the longest bridges in the world that measures 1280 meters one of things most characteristic is that due to heavy fog there is almost always from the beginning of the bridge , you can not see the end. To the name given to this bridge has a significant Golden Gate because California is so called by the weather. This bridge connects San Francisco to Sausalito . It is suspended from two towers of 227 m. It has a six-lane roadway (three in each direction) and has protected accessible pedestrian and bicycle lanes . The city of San Francisco has streets with longer slopes . We are also there with the famous tram that goes up and down the best streets in the city. Beside her is Saulacito , a tiny town of sailors , also Castro, which arguably is the gay neighborhood .
We can also find the best music stars of the show .. in town.
In short, they are places I love to visit me slowly back without anything.
I would like to visit all those achievements! Personally, I love learning about the history and cultures of all the different countries around the world. The type of achievements are different in each country, for example, in Japan there are modern achievements and new structures (towers, skyscrapers…), while in Rome there are ancient achievements of old monuments.

I would like to visit the Grand Canyon Skywalk in Arizona, because it has always been my dream, I love the landscape there and my parents have told me that it is amazing, they were there in their honeymoon and they say it is an experience that they will never forget. They didn’t go to the skywalk, because it didn’t exist.
I want to go there to walk on the skywalk and look down and see al the red rocks. I find it very interesting and amusing. I think most people couldn’t do this because they have dizziness (they are afraid of the high), but I love that! I would enjoy a lot.
I hope one day my parents let me go, but I heard that the skywalk is very expensive, so it will be a bit difficult.

Answering the question you ask me , I would visit any of these places that are part of the beauty of the world and that you always learn something new , such as language, culture etc .

But when I have the opportunity to travel a countries as China, Canada, Austria, Switzerland I go and I use the travel, because my parents every year they do a travel a this countries: Cuba, Mexico, Brazil ,Republic Dominican, China and they don’t take me with them.
Undoubtedly the Taj Mahal. Not only the place where it is located, India, which is a beautiful country, full of spices, of history, of a beautiful culture, etc. Taj Mahal is a beautiful architectural construction, the thought that man has been able to building something so beautiful it makes my hair stand on end.

One place that I've always wanted to visit is Egypt. Egyptian culture and, for sure, Egyptian's pyramids, have always fascinated me. Therefore visiting the Great Pyramid of Giza would be a dream came true. One of the reasons that make me want to visit it is the mystery that involves this culture. I would like to see by myself this structure that has being done by hand. How could they built those constructions without the equipment we have nowadays, it is something that we might never know. I won't believe my eyes when I see that gigantic monument and think what thousands of years ago there was life around that place. There were pharaohs, slaves and people talking about all kind of gods that control their lives. Another thing that catches my attention is that some explorers that have opened the pharaohs' tombs have died. Maybe this happened because of some kind of protection methods they used to keep their leaders' corpses and treasures sure or it might be a chance mixed with the legends that are about this culture. They might have been frightened of thieves and maybe that could be a curse for them because pharaohs were like gods but mortal. Mummies also intrigue me, how in that year they were able to maintain the bodies so that they have arrived to us. Going there would make me feel like I have had the opportunity of taking part in all that fascinating culture although it is only for a short period of time.

By the other hand, I see myself too in the situation of going with my couple a Saturday night to see the top movie this year, we are so excited and nervous of seeing the film so we have arrive so early for taking good seats, but when we are decided to sita t the middle of the lounge the boy who is next to me say to me that we can not get the seats because they are already busy, the question is, what is the correct answer of this situation? I tell him that we are there to sit there before his friends or I say okay “I am sorry” and look for another worst seats with a poker face?...
The key is so simple, moreover we can see asigned seats at the cinema to evit little fights inside the cinema and enjoy more of the movie!
As a good traveller, at the moment I saw The Palms Islands in Dubai, it was the Picture that call me more my attention. I have never travelled to Dubai, but I know many thing about this great city. As first, you should know that fifty years ago Dubai was lots and lots of sand, part of the Arabian dessert.

In my opinion is the weirdest construction I have ever seen, it is like drawing at the sea!!. I have seen a lot of pictures taken there and they are like very long corridors with detached houses ones in front of the others,

I would like to visit places that are so unique things in the world that no one could ever have imagined , I even have read when I still did not believe it, because it really is impossible and would be worth a visit just to see these works and also because it would be an experience unique and fun places knowing that you have never been and seeing the world in a different way and very funny because even when we are somewhere in these we say "it's impossible but it's wonderful ." From my point of view, I would not know which of these impressive achievements I would choose. Although, if I had to choose one of them it would be The Palm Dubai. I find it a beautiful and awesome site; I wonder how they have done an artificial island, because island use to be natural landscape. This artificial island must be a very quiet place to go on vacation with the family, but the problem is that these places are too expensive for anyone to go on a visit.

Ancestors who built this pyramid had very few resources to do it, or did not have cranes or concrete or bricks ... everything was done by them, or the slaves that were the one that really built pyramids. So I find this place amazing.
All these achievements are impressive, but certainly the one I would visit would be the Burj Khalifa, Dubai, UAE, because I prefer to visit a modern city with skyscrapers, large buildings, great shopping and entertainment. I think I would enjoy a great city like Dubai.

ResponderEliminarIf we consider some negative aspect, we can say that it will be a cemetery, I mean, it would not any exit, people who live in the palmer are no able to escape there. The architect probably should construct a few emergency tunnels which evacuate the affected ones.
A positive aspect of the position of the palmer of Dubai is that you can fish in your boat with a friend or your family, because you are next to the fishing zone. The worse is that, if you need to carry your children to the school, you have to wake up so early, because you have to go in car cross the whole trunk of the palm as far as the school. If you don´t have a car, you will have a big problem!
Sincerly, I've been lucky enough to travel a lot with my family, I went to Tunez, Cuba, France, Ireland, England... I love to travel not only to know other cities and sights but because traveling can also learn the language, culture, different foods and much more.
