Snow storm

What would you do if we had a snow storm in Seville? Write 200 words.

57 comentarios:

  1. I can't really imagine how would it be having a snow storm in Seville and I have never experienced that in any other place. However, thinking about what happens in other places, I would probably stay at home meanwhile the storm is dangerous. I think I could not go out of my house because the snow wouldn't let me go. Maybe we wouldn't have any electricity in the house so we would need to put some candles and try not to waste the mobile's battery because it might be very useful. If I had to go anywhere without any other possible option, I would wear lots of clothes and be aware that the car has all the equipment that it is necessary to drive with that kind of weather. Another important point is trying to control the food we have because it would be difficult to buy new one so it would be essential knowing how to get by only with the things we have at home. If I saw anybody in danger or that have had an accident, I would call the firemen. From what I know, they are completely skilled to help people in that kind of situation. Probably I have missed lots of important clues and steps to follow in this situation but I don't think it will be necessary for us living here in Seville, but who knows what can happen.

  2. I would love to have a storm in Sevilla. I want to snow in Seville someday to see the city's streets and monuments more important as the Giralda, the Golden Tower and the Guadalquivir River with snow by the around and the entire bridge would be nice. many years ago it snowed in Seville and people say that it was nice and it snowed much. children can play in the street with snow and enjoy the views. I think that no one would go to school or to work because it would be something that does not go to repeat up to in many years. I would be all day in the street with my friends and my family would send me many pictures and would play with the snow throughout the day. If it's a day during the week would not go to school.I would not consider that day to be able to enjoy something new, I would play with my dog down the street because my dog would enjoy much. But I would be very careful because the snow is very dangerous and causes many accidents of different types. And if the storm is very strong I would try to be in covered places. and it would not take car if I don't need to go to a site that is urgent. I would me to not spend too cold because we are not accustomed to that kind of cold or snow in Seville

  3. It is hard to think of something that is almost impossible to happen . But if this were true , the first thing would be to take my camera and photograph me with my skis next to the Giralda in triana bridge , in the Cathedral Square in Spain .. Hiria every famous site of Seville for a historic photo in all those places .
If the storm was strong stops too , and go to my house and call all friends to make sure they are seeing the same thing.
2 years ago , something happened in my village , located near Seville.
Towards 65 years no one saw a drop of snow in the streets, and overnight waking , we found the snow on the street. It was incredible to see how the whole town square was covered with snow , the cars were also completely covered and all the children of the people that day took to the streets to make snowmen. There was also more of a madman who took his snowboard and went over hills village .
Finally , say that would be unforgettable.

  4. If a snow storm come to seville I will be cautious because its very important to have victuals because if the storm its very strong i can’t be outside so I need to by all that I can. Firstly I will go to the supermarket and I will buy food and other importants things to survive. Then, at home I will board up my windows because my house is a chalet and is at high risk and once done, go out to play with my friends because the school would be closed and would not have to go to class. With my friends would gigantic snowmen, snowball wars, I would pull a sled everywhere, make angels in the ground .... I love the snow and here we are not used to it so surely everyone and especially kids would enjoy a lot.

  5. If we had a snow storm in our town , the first thing I would do is buy all the necessities he needed to go out for a drink with friends , to go to the supermarket or many other situations where I had to run away.
Mainly prepare my house as follows: 1. Keep the roads to get to my house free of snow and ice 2. I would check that there were no gaps around windows 3. Zaccaria snow roof rake or call to a specialist for him to do 4. Disconnect garden hoses where high temperatures could blow pipes and flood the area
Once completed this function, when would abate with my sisters , cousins , uncles and friends outside to play in the snow , also look for a sled or a snowboard and a safe place to throw myself off a hill and enjoy and spend time with family and friends as schools remain closed and most people would not open their shops and we'd novice at this and almost not dare . Traffic would probably remain closed for some roads which also prevents the bit transfer from one place to another .
Also visit the best buildings in Sevilla stuffed snow would have to be something awesome

  6. Well, I always say that film and book are two different formats and inclusive, sometimes not even comparable, each brings the other elements that may not reflect (or at least not the same way.) But sometimes a movie or book fills us in a format more than the other. No book ever victorious. however I will definitely stick with the books. I think as we were saying are different forms of expression at the end both are arts, but it is much more interesting for me to read because it helps and puts your mind to work and be clear in your mind as you want it, with the help author you can make a world of a book, and the performing arts do not get the opportunity to do a movie eso.tan good a book as I think the problem is to see the movie after reading a book, that's what no longer fits. I hope it has served my opinion if I like more of a movie or reading

  7. To have a snow storm in seville is so difficult, I think that if there are a snow storm the people of the city will be so happy, because we see snow only sometimes and in other place. I think that my reaction will be amazed, I think that all people will be happy and we will go out to street to play with the snow, and the best thing is that there aren´t school. But, What would we do with a strong snow storm? I think that people will buy a lot of food and water and we will go to our houses and we will wait to pass the storm, I think that I will play computer games, or table games, there will be time to our families and to make things that normally we couldn´t do. When the strong snow storm will pass, the street will be crowded of people enjoying with snow and with friends or families. I think that a snow storm is a good experience to have and more if we haven´t get one yet.

  8. Firstly, I could not tell my experience because I have never been in a similar situation. If I imagine what could happen to me and the other people it would be probably horrible. I hate cold so I would be everyday staying at home. Moreover, if meteorologists announce this phenomenon on the TV all the supermarkets and small markets would be devastated.
On the other hand, every person would take lot of supplies for what could happen, so it means food’s fight to take the last piece of meat! Since the TV man said that snowstorm would reach Seville, each family will start to take in care what they eat and the quantities they eat.
On the other hand, people who have to work in jobs like street sweepers, shop assistants and even business men/woman could not go to work, so, they will not earn money. Would everything be stopped?
I have the clear idea that if a snowstorm ever reaches Seville, I would stay all day at home. I would watch all my favourite films, but I would never go outside or I would be frozen!
To sum up, although it is very difficult that a snow storm reaches Seville, because of his climate, everything is possible. My advice is to stay at home and do not fight for the food, share out them with the others!

  9. Many people are interested on films, books or both. Who was never seen a film? And who has never read a book? A high percentage of the people have already done it. There will be lots of likes and dislikes, and people who prefer films or the others prefer reading books.
Referring to the films, we can find advantages and disadvantages.
On the one hand, we can talk about lot of advantages that films have. The main one could be that you do not need to use your imagination to develop the film, you only have to look to a screen and pay attention to what is happening. If you see the film in a cinema, you will have the opportunity to go alone or to go with your friends, so it implies relating with people.
On the other hand, although films have more advantages than disadvantages we can talk about one. The main disadvantage a film could have is that a film does not permit the developing of your imagination as a book.
Talking about books and their advantages, they have an important one. Books permit you to improve your language and your imagination. Without movements or big pictures, the only thing you can do is use your imagination to the developing of the story. In contrast, book could make people be lonely because two people cannot read the same book at the same time!
In my opinion, I prefer films. They are funnier and more entertainment than books. They give your images, movements and special effects. When you watch a film you just have to sit down and enjoy. Nevertheless, with a book you need your five senses to understand the story.

  10. First of all I wouldn't like to see a snow storm in Seville, cause I think this is dangerous and could produce damages on houses, trees, etc. and does not allow a good flow of traffic and services. But if on this occasion there wasn't a lot of damage, no one getting hurt and we could just enjoy the snow I would like to play with it, and take some photos of the landscape that it leaves, not very common to see. I would go to different places to immortalize this beautiful moment. Seville does not see snow so often, so I think is not quite ready for it, in consequence it is supposed not going to school and other obligations we have day by day, and just spending time enjoying doing some snowmen with friends, if we could meet despite the snow. I think we would threw snowballs and make some jokes looking carefully not to fall ill with such a cold weather!

Finally I think it would be a nice experience to live, and I would like to share the photos with people who are not in my town

  11. If we had a snowstorm in Sevilla first thing I would do is wrap myself very much and I should be making a horrible and unbearable cold. Enjoy as a girl child, would go out to the street with all my friends and make snowmen, snowball fights, everything would be so much fun because the landscape of Seville would be quite nice as it is a typical town of the heat and sun. It would be fun playing in the snow with all my friends, would learn to do different things and enjoy a simple snowstorm assessing what happened. I have never skied so I would use to try to learn to ski but that if being very careful with the cold to stand it would have to go shopping and buy a jacket for snow, thermal socks, boots, scarf, gloves and hat, and it would be fully prepared to enjoy as a dwarf wallowing and running through the snow in Sevilla!

  12. If there is a snow storm, all the people will be very surprised because it is not frequent here in Seville. Depending on the type of the storm, I mean if it is soft or a strong storm, you should have one or another kind of installation at home.
If the storm is soft, I will pay more attention to the cars, to don’t fall down and slip. Besides, I will need colder clothes and put snow chains in the car.
In the storm is strong, I will only go out for necessary things. For example, to buy food, to go to the doctor and to visit some relatives. If there is too much snow, there is not schools and universities. Besides, families should take food provision and medicaments.
Finally, I would like it snowed here in Seville because it could be a nice experience.

  13. I do not think in Seville, it will snow in the near future because Seville is located in a valley, in the valley of the Guadalquivir, with very little height and slightly cold, but if we had luck and snowing, I would call my friends to go see the snow, we could build a snowman and decorate with carrots, buttons and clothing, as in movies, get a sledge serious thought good and if not find a sled you can make your wood. You can also build a snow fort to be a refugee, to a battle with snow, and the losers must be buried in the snow, after a fresh snowfall, you can go lay out in it and make some snow angels together. You can make a whole family, this fantastic! Also you can make snowballs with friends and make competitions aim and launch other option is to go to the field to walk around and see the animals watching the first snow or riding the bike or riding to horse. Another option is to stay at home with fireplace calefaction or taking a hot chocolate and chatting with friends. The important thing is to enjoy it.

  14. It is unlikely that in Seville snow because it is a very warm and with little rainfall town but if you ever happen I would be very happy to see Seville coated white.
The first thing I would do is go to the supermarket because you cannot know if it will snow so much that we cannot drive car and since I live on the outskirts of Seville is necessary to purchase food such as anticipate what might happen . Then, when the storm had just seen to be wearing warm clothes: I would scarf, gloves, a warm coat , a wool hat and boots to walk in the snow and call my friends to go aside the street and not school would . They would enjoy seeing something we are not used and take pictures of the scenery and my friends to have them to recall and show them to everyone and play throwing snowballs or sliding with anything he found in the snow, enjoy as a little girl. Although it would also be a problem because people could not go to work or run errands that should do or make your routine life because they could not take cars or public transport would.

  15. Actually, I don't read a lot of books neither watch many films. I know that it is wrong but I can't find time to do it. But when I start to read I can't abandon the book. Firstly I prefer read the book because you can utilise your imagination, and later you can watch the film due to the movie are based on the book.
On the one hand, I think that books have a lot of advantages. They provide all the features and details of the characteres but the film describe few things. Besides films eliminate many parts of the books which is more complex and sometimes movies disappoint us for that reason. So you can imagine what you read and have a creative mind more active.
But on the other hand, books have desadvanteges too. Films give you special effects, music and images which books haven't got. So it is easier to understand the plot in a movie than in a book. So some people get bored when he start to read a book and he leave it. However he can see the movie more entertaining and change his mind. You can imagine the images easier with films.

Sum up, I think that both are good and give us a lot of culture. So all the people would should read books and watch films.

  16. Even if I do not think so that will be possible to have a snow storm in Sevilla. I have too many nice ideas to enjoy the snow.
First depends on the day of the week, I do not go to school, I will phone to my friends and we will meet together to play and have a lot of fun, with a snow war.
I will wear my snow clothes, with my black pants, my wine hat, my green jacket, my white gloves. I will go out with Luna, she is my beautiful small baby dog so she will be able to feel for her first the snow, I will take a lot of pictures and videos to her and I will send to my grandmother who is living in Valencia now. Grandma loves my doggy. Although in fact I would be really happy to send my grandma the pictures because she will be not here, and she has not a chance to fell down with the snow. But I think that I need to move in case that I want to see a snow storm, that it is not really possible in Sevilla I think so.

If this occur I go to the street with my friends and my family to play with snow ,I will make snow dolls and I play with the sled.
Also I will have that wraps me with globes, wool hat, short coat, scarf, snow boots for I haven´t cold and I don´t cath a cold.

It would be a serious problem for the people that they have to work those days the snow because it is dangerous drive by roads because they can have a accident with the car.

    SNOW STORM

If there was a snow storm in Seville I wouldn’t go to school, my father wouldn’t go to work, my sister wouldn’t go to university and my mother wouldn’t go to school to give classes.
I would meet with my friends to go to play in the street with the snow, make snow men, we would have fights with snow balls, we would go sledding and in general have a good time.
The people would be very impressed and wouldn’t know how to act because in Seville the snow storm isn’t very normal. Some people would close their shops, other persons prefer to open the shops because the people would buy clothes, gloves, hats, bots… other persons would open their restaurants to have a party. Everybody would be walking in the street because they don’t want to take the car. A lot of people would be in the center taking photos at the monuments with snow. Nobody would say to the children that they cannot play in the street.
In conclusion everybody would be very happy and have a good time.

  19. It is highly unlikely that it snows in Seville, mainly because of the type of weather we have, which is Mediterranean and is based on mild winters and hot summers. In the case that it snowed,it would be great, because it is a weather that I love and have seen only in Sierra Nevada and Salamanca. If I did, I would go outside to jump out and make snow ball wars with my brother because I know he would like that.
Once it snowed in Mairena del Alcor, it was like three or four years ago but it was a melting snow, still we were all freaking out because we weren't used to see it.
Hopefully someday this happens here in Mairena and we can enjoy it all without having to go to class.

  20. Seville is not a specially marked city where fall snow, but if that ever happens to my I would love to be able to live it! It would be something unique and fun since never never would have experienced something like this. My grandmother tells me that many years ago when she was a girl child was a week of very cold in the city and that I get to snow in Seville she counts that excited and cheerful and happy.
I think that with the cold that I spend every morning the price road not be if it would resist a snowstorm because with so much snow you have to make a cold terrified. But once is once and go out to the street with all the clothes from my closet and above all the warm clothing and would stay with my friends to enjoy the snow in Seville that few people can say that throughout his life, would be fantastic. Although everything is very nice on the outside, there would also be points against a snowstorm in this city. Infrastructures are not acclimated to this type of weather and this means that people would badly.

  21. If we had a snow storm in sevilla , first I would make sure to have home security so that snow does not leave us locked inside. Secondly shut windows and doors to prevent snow and ice from invading my house. I also make sure not to go to school to get outside in time of storm smooth it and make snowmen with my friends. And then I'd see the Giralda and the most popular sights of Seville covered with snow. However, I can not put myself in that situation, because since I live in Sevilla for 18 years I have NEVER seen snow and never been present in a snowstorm. I have proposed only some of the things that come to mind but I honestly can not say my situation in reality.

I think it would warm to the street, running through the snow and would consider anything else. One would want to run and the more white was much better. Surely there was no one on the street for fear , and if there would be more people with umbrellas or funny things. I have clearly enjoy as a little boy , and that I would never see him more in life. It would be my dream to get up one day and see my city , Sevilla, with a layer of white, they said you can not go to school , college or work, and he was alone that day perimitido fun and laughing in the snow. Can you imagine ? , It would be something different , amazing. White preu , Plaza White Spain , all ... I love a day of skiing or snow free by Sevilla , in the park , in your city, the street that you walk every day to school or work.

Before the storm hit my mother would send me to make a great buy at the supermarket , to have enough food during the storm. During this would be in my house with my family, and would use for reading, playing with my brothers , listen to music and watch TV or chat with my parents. Nose if we would go to school, but if we were not we would send my mother to me and my brothers to study a little . If we were at school , I'd have to go very warm irian surely few students . After a few days would be very boring seguramnte , but my brothers would be impossible to get bored. Although I despair at not being able to play football and tednria to play in the hallway of my house where our mother will surely scold me and my brothers. All day I'd be in contact with the rest of my family in case there is an emergency , but if it snowed serious fun because we could go outside to play with the very strange and serious snow being on the road with friends and snowing so much.

  24. If a snow storm were produced in sevilla I would ensure of having a house where to be inside until it were finished. When the snowv storm were calmed down i will go to the supermarket to look for meal and for clothes sheltered well not to catch a cold. I would also close well the windows and doors with the suitable material. And when it had all happened and we only had a litle fallen snow i wiil go with my friends skiing and to throw myself with the bobsled where there was more snow, this is very enterteining and fun but this is impossible that it takes place in sevilla since up to in January it is hot. In Seville almost it has never snowed and the last snowfall was in the 60s when my parents were childs. I could have seen ancient photographies of Seville replete with snow but I do not believe that i will see it in the reality ever. The place mas near to Seville where we can find snow is in Sierra Nevada in Granada to 300 km of here. I have gone of small with my parents and my sister to skiing there was very enterteining. I expect some day for pus to return there with my friends. But it is necessary to ski carefully a leg not to break and never go out of the tracks because it can be dangerous.

Oh, that would be fantastic! I wish it snowed in Seville! I wouldn’t want to be a storm, because it’s dangerous, but I wish it snowed a little, enough to entertain us with the snow!
On the one hand if there was a snowstorm, I would stay at home to protect me, because they are dangerous. The wind and snow wouldn't let me go out, so I probably wouldn't go to school. Another negative fact is that our homes are not prepared for this type of phenomena, which is a big problem. Traffic would stop because cars are not used to this, and it would be very difficult to remove snow from the streets.
On the other hand, as here in Seville never snows after the storm I would try to enjoy the snow! Maybe I would make snowmen with my friends, or I would do snowball war. It would be weird, because here there such things don't happen, and for this reason it’s fun. Of course, we had to shelter us very well because of how cold it is snow!
In conclusion, I would like it snowed in Seville because it is unusual; however, I wish it was for a short time because I probably would miss the sun and heat.

  26. It is difficult to imagine having a snow storm in Seville. I have heard my grandfather say that many years ago it did snow in Seville. It does not seem easy to think of our monuments covered with snow. Monuments like the Maria Luisa Park, Plaza de España, The Giralda, the Cathedral and our Sierpes Street would be so beautiful to imagine covered with snow. When we think of this we just think of the white spectacular scenery and of playing in the snow. Covering up and throwing snow balls to our friends is something we also think about as well as making a snowman. All of those things are really fun but what about the negative aspects of a snow storm. A snow storm can cause lots of harm. Something that can occur is that the population can be left without electricity. This means that homes will not have heating nor lighting and the outside temperature will be below zero. Roads will be blocked with snow and road transportation will be interrupted. This may mean that food and other essential resources may not reach cities. People may not have food stored and will suffer food shortage. Another problem that may arise
is freezing of water drains. Due to the very low temperatures drains may freeze and as consequence water shortage. People may not be able to go to work and schools may have to close. In my opinion, I think the negative aspects are greater than the positive ones. Therefore, I am glad that Seville is not probable to suffer a snow storm and if we want to enjoy the snow we can always go to Sierra Nevada which is not too far from Seville.

I enjoy like a small child with snow . would call to friends and would stay with them to enjoy the snow as it might please never again going to happen again. but as it is very likely that does not happen we have to settle for going once or twice a year to Granada or somewhere where there is snow, you play sports or other activities in the snow. In sevilla may not snow but it makes a perfect place to walk around and visit any of the hassle 's cultural climate here .

  28. In Sevilla strange that would happen, but if it were so , I would stay in my house until the storm passes . Experience and an event like this, but in the Pyrenees , I think was the most scary day for me , my hair froze , hands and especially not felt soaked. I would think I do not look for anything that storm on my ventana.Aparte , people are not used to Sevilla would be so extreme that some would do unthinkable.
After the storm, the snow stays alfinal impregnated and I love it and it sure has many sevillamos like me. A snow Sevilla prettier than all things serious and imagination if we take the frozen river with trees would be a gift for white 3 hours and that this city is too hot that even she would be thawed .
Still Seville are made for warmth , spring rides and especially lit . Some complain when only the last 12 or 13 degrees. I do not want to imagine if we would be at -5 degrees.I do not want to imagine if we would be at -5 degrees, in my opinion can not stand the cold as this city brings moisture very many, all would fall ill with pneumonia.

  29. It´s impossible, but if it happens I would be very happy. It´s not probably that snow in Seville, but 50 years ago it snowed and why could not repeat? It would be nice to see snow in Seville, see the Giralda, the Cathedral, the Alcazar... All snow!
Truth is awesome and different way to see the city. Also would be nice to see a match with the entire snow field, something I've never seen live and what better place than Seville.
But this would also bring problems because it would not be prepared for snow and that the city is not prepared to endure the snow and ice. Even with all the problems that would result would be very nice and unique.
So I would love it could snow in Seville and if all years would be great and would be a new experience for most of Seville. I hope one year of these snow in Seville and that everyone could admire the prettiest snowed city.

  30. Seville is the city where I live. Generally, this city is quite sunny in summer and very cold in winter, but this is not as cold as other cities where it usually snow. Seville is not a snowy city.
I have heard that in Seville, long time ago it snowed. It was when my mother was young. Also few years ago, It snowed a little in the villages near the city, but I couldn`t see it because in Tomares, where I live, it didn’t happened.
I love the snow. I came to Sierra Nevada last year for the first time in my live. I went with my uncle Javier, and I practiced sky with him and my cousin. I liked it a lot.
It would be funny if in Seville it snows. If we had a snow storm in Seville I would like to be on the street. I would take my coat, my gloves and my wool cap, I would call my friend and I would go to a park to play snowy war games. Also I would create a big snowman, because I have never done one.
In conclusion I think I wouldn`t be at home, I would need to be outside enjoying the snow.

  32. SNOW STORM
Well for me it is not an strange situation if in Seville snows because I have already live for a lot of time with snow around me in Ireland, the firsts days are funny and it is a surprise that you were looking forward for much time, I would do snow and ski and I would skate on the frozen river Guadalquivir, I would also dress every day with hags, big socks gloves, I'll ride sleigh with my little brother and sister in Maria Luisa´s park
I also have to add that as in Seville we drive so fast I think that If It would snow here, the roads would be very dangerous and that we would have to get used to….
But I am sure that after being a month with snow, we will not stand any more a bit of snow, we will be tired of the cold, the jackets, not go out at night time…
Even thought I think that this will never happen in our city, and that It is very difficult because we don´t have that kind of climatic changes.
To conclude I think that maybe in winter we will enjoy one or two weeks of snow here in one of the hottest city of the country.

  33. Really I can't imagine a snowstorm in Seville, since it has a climate that is very complicated that snow. My mother told me that in Seville, it snowed once. It all started when my mother was young. My grandparents took my mother and her siblings to take a stroll through the city. They came into a store to buy a few things. When they left and were on the way home, my mother told my grandmother had a few white croutons in the shelter. My grandmother, surprised, saw that my mother and her siblings also had white breadcrumbs. My grandmother smiled and looked at my grandfather. She exclaimed: is snowing!. It was then when, stunned, my mother and her siblings looked and began to laugh since it was the first time they saw the snow. My grandparents, surprised by the storm began to take pictures, since it was likely to be the last time they would see snow in Seville. Indeed, until then, it was the only time they've seen snow in Seville. I, personally, if it snows in Seville, go out to the street to contemplate it and to take pictures, it would be an unusual Act, because it doesn't snow in Seville.

I would love that because it snowed sevilla only happened once and I could not see, so I would like for it to happen again so view it with my friends and just have a good power play and with them.
a serious snow storm a little extreme because here in sevilla climate which makes it very difficult to serious but, if there was a storm would give me a little scared to leave my house as I have seen on television many accidents and many deaths causes like this.
so here depending on how saldre snow from my house or not for you to play and enjoy with friends, colleagues, family, etc ...
I do love the snow always, I've always gone to Sierra Nevada to enjoy with my cousins activities there there and be able to ski there, once we coincided that we nevus and was a unique experience Excellent Stay where as that day I would not forget it because I a really good time, I've also gone with my school but that was more for fun than skiing and skating.

  35. If there are snowstorm in Seville will be fantastic and horrible. I only see snow in Sierra Nevada and Paris. These towns are ready for a long time with snow in the streets but Seville is not ready for this. We need salt on the ground to stop the snow, new wheels for our cars, snow clothes and shoes too. If there is a lot of snow and we aren’t going out, we need a lot of food to pass the snow period. I want to live this situation in Seville with all my friends. If Seville is beautiful with nothing snow, I don’t imagine wearing white snow.

  36. Snow storm is a type of meteorology phenomenon typical from winter. It is very representative for the weather when the streets are cover in colour white. Normally, young people enjoy so much this time, because they can play with the snow, and they can practise same sports like ski and snow board.
I love ski, and when I was a child I used to go all the winters with my family to Sierra Nevada or to Los Pirineos, and we practiced this type of sports. So if we had a snow storm in Seville, I would have enjoy it so much not only with my family, so with my friends too, because I have some friends who love and practise ski and snow board like me, so that, we would had a nice time in the snow. But if you don’t like this sport, you can do other different activities like make a snowman, or take picture to remind this day, because it isn’t usually that a snow storm happens in Seville.
In conclusion, I think that if you have the opportunity to enjoy a snow storm in Seville, you should go out with your family or your friends, and live different experiences that you can have in your ordinary life

  37. If we had a snowstorm in Seville, it would be a complete chaos. The city is not prepared for that weather and the conditions would be really bad. Even whenever it rains more that usual, all the streets get blocked with water and you can always hear firelighters’ sirens because branches from trees fall or people have problems with floodings. Also, people get a bit angry or even depressed.
I would not definitely go out of my apartment because it would be dangerous. I would get a lot of food in case I can’t go out to buy and try to do things to keep me busy indoors and not get bored. I would have to wear warmer clothes and be ready to have electric blackouts. I think it could be a great experience but, unfortunately, I really doubt something like that would ever take place in this city. It is very unlikely. Afterwards, I would call my friends and we would make snow figures in the streets!

  38. The first thing I would do is wrap myself with the right clothes to move snow without getting wet body after hearing the news of the weather to find out what areas we can`t stay, and once I am sure over all, I shall go to see the river and to see if it has been frozen and if you can skate on it. If it could be possible I would skid a bit above doing all the photos possible, since this event is not normal in this part of Spain. Then we would have a snowball fight with friends, preparing barricades and making equipment.
I would go to see places that may be especially rare with snow, as the Giralda, the Parque de María Luisa, Plaza of Spain, Princes Park and of course all with photos with family and friends. Observed as municipal services remove the snow from the streets so vehicles can circulate, rubbing salt into the snow so that no ice sheets formed to avoid accidents. In short, I would be all day on the street enjoying the snow in this area because it is almost impossible to last more than one day, so I stay until daylight left.

  39. In my opinion it is very difficult that snow in Seville, but nothing is impossible and most as it is the planet, if it snows in Seville I would love to play with my friends, I I would go to Mairena and thence would pull me with a sled with a friend, also I'd like to make a snowman and play throwing snowballs with my friends. But I wouldn't like to have a storm because I have seen in some places as United States that there are accidents and it is very dangerous to go out. I've seen snow in the Sierra Nevada and in the saw of Cordoba, I really enjoy the snow because many things can be made, it would be nice to get up on Christmas and find you all nevada Seville, and your warm House and the chimney and watching white window. A snow storm would bring many problems for the city, outages, closed roads, without get out of House. I hope that before you die you see snow in my city, it would be something great but it would mean that there is a climate change, and that is not good for the future of the human being.

It is difficult to think that this can happen. I really can’t imagine that there is a snow storm in Seville. If there is a snow storm in Seville, people will be freezing because the houses are not prepared for cold. The walls are very thin and many houses don’t have good heating. In Seville we are prepared to combat the heat. The traffic will be also a big problem because the cars don’t have winter wheels or chains. And if the streets are with snow special trucks have to spread loose gravel and salt everywhere.
But what I would do is to put on many warm clothes and go for a walk and take a lot of pictures with my family and of all the famous places of Seville because I am sure I will never see again a snow storm in Seville. It must be amazing to see the Torre del Oro, the Giralda or the Parque de Maria Luisa with snow. I will go to the park and make a really big snow man with my brother and I will also make a battle with snow balls with my friends. I will also run and glide like I have ice skating shoes on.

  41. Snow storm

in my point of view I think it is very difficult in sevilla has a snowstorm because we close the Guadalquivir river and this stabilizes the temperatures much. But in the case of a snow storm should occur in sevilla think the first thing I would do would be to speak to a specialist cycling clothing for low temperature store and buy a good set of clothes to ride a bike on the snow once stop the storm. I also would buy two-wheeled bike that are special to snow and have good-adhesion.

During the storm I would stay at home because they think it might be dangerous to stay on the street while it's snowing. At home would be with a blanket watching a movie or playing video games while comes the calm and the sun comes out again, or at least when the storm stops. And when the storm stopped, I would go with my friends to take a walk in Seville to see how it has been since we have never seen snow here.

  42. I could not imagine how it would be a snowstorm in Seville, nor would know to do. I think if I had a snowstorm come out to the streets to enjoy the snow because Sevilla is also unusual levels and I have not seen snow ever.
Maybe we would not have electricity because it is cut by the cold of the storm and then we would put candles and not spend mobile battery in case we have to call an emergency. We also have to control the food because supermarkets probably close.
If we see that someone had an accident would try to help you and not hurt you but call the fire department. We also have to have chains for cars in case we have to move, but we should not take the car because that can cause an accident.

If there is a snow storm, all the people will be very surprised because it is not frequent here in Seville. Depending on the type of the storm, I mean if it is soft or a strong storm, you should have one or another kind of installation at home. Finally, I would like it snowed here in Seville because it could be a nice experience.

Since it is necessary to have imagination great to think that in Seville we are going to have a snowstorm, even that alone snows, but positions to imagining, I believe that to begin if I am in my house, not me movería, if I am in the street it would look for a site where to be able to shelter and if he was not finding refuge since I believe that it would call my parents or to someone that they could come to look for for me. Just now I am going to search in Internet that it is necessary to to do in a snowstorm. I have not found anything, this way it is that I am thinking that if I take the mobile it would make some photos to guard them of recollection and they be taught some day to my children.

  45. A snow storm in Seville would be very strange, because in Seville it is normal to have good weather (always sunny).
Personally, I prefer summer weather, I love sun and warm weather because I like sunbathing. It is truth that in Seville in summer is extremely hot, but I prefer it than a rainy day.
If we had a big snow storm, I would stay in my house, in my bed with a big blanket, a lot of clothes, a heater and a hot chocolate! But if the snow storm it is not too heavy, I would go out with my friends (with a lot of clothes on and with a big anorak) to see the all snow and the beautiful landscape and also to play with the snow, I would throw snow balls to them and make a snowman. It would be very funny.
I have been in the snow five times, and I love it, but it is too cold…
I would practise snowboarding and skiing, because I find it very interesting and funny, I would practise it with my friend and we would have a good time, but we would have to be careful because it’s a bit dangerous, we could break our arm or twist our ankle.

  46. If we have a new storm in Seville, nobody would preparate. But, It´s would be a unforgettable experience. All school would be closed because the schools aren´t specialised for a snow storm. In the beginning somebody would be in the homes, but then we hadn´t any remedy and would leave to street. The children and the adults would enjoy with the snow. We would have a snowman, angels lie down in the floor and we would throw oneself snow´s ball. In addiction it would be a form to can relax with a holiday´s days. All is very beautiful, but a snow storm bring very cold and disasters in the house, the streets, in the nature and very animals would die by the cold. As well as the roads would closed is slide and if someone had gone to hospital for a emergency, it would be impossible. For some people is a good experience and for other people is bad experience. Although in Seville almost impossible we have a snow storm because Seville have high temperature, so, in the moment only we can dream how would be the situation

Alejandro Kirkendall

  49. If we had a snowstorm in Seville it would be something historic, because we have never had one in Seville since I was born. However I would like to see snowing from my window. I would like to go out with my friends and see everything covered with white snow. The children would enjoy a lot playing with snow and doing snowballs war and snowmen. In my case, I would stay home with a hot coffee watching a movie with my friends. You could also go to the cinema or for a walk by the park when everything is snowed . One of the things that you can do when it snows is ice skating or sledding throw from any snow mountain. However it would be very cold and it would not be very nice to go outside . It would also be very nice to study while you see by the window the snow falling down and covering everything. Of course the best thing that would happen is if classes are suspended because of the snow. Then we would have a free day with our friends to play with snow or just to sleep because are always very tired.

  50. That would be awesome! Seville is located in a zone with high temperatures what makes almost impossible that it can snow, but dreaming is free...

Why not? You wake up a typical winter day, on Monday… and then you recibe the news of your mother that you won´t be able to go to the school because rarely a snowstorm has affect to almost of Seville city…sounds good!

People from Seville are not used to have seen snowing or simply see it, so it would be funny see people enjoying playing with the typical snow balls above all the littlest. But I am different, such a different, I would not go out that day to be cold: I would be spending huge time of the day at the bed as a pajama day reading books, or, better said, watching the lastest top Spanish movie that I have not see it yet.
Later, after have eaten an unhealthy meal, me and my mother would cook some of our delicatessen as american pancakes or bacon and cheese quitche Lorene

Sum up, I think it would be a funny off day which it would be enjoyed so much with another excuse to be lazy!

I only have seen the snow once in all my life, and it was when I was ten; I went to Granada with my old school as trip of primary level’s end. There, we went to Sierra Nevada and finally I could see and touch the snow.
I imagine a day snowing in Seville and I think that probably pupils couldn’t go to school and the news would talking all the time about the traffic jams, the preventive measures on the road and the incredible fact that is snowing in Seville, a city which is as the same level of the sea.
My grandma use to tell me that when she was young snowed in Seville just a little bit, but according to her it was amazing.

where it?s constantly sonwing but here, maybe it could be cool to live it once in the live. I really like the snow but I think that is because
I don?t have to coexist with it every day. I like skying but that would be almost impossible in Seville because this is a very flat city and you
can not skyiing with a storm. I?m sure Seville would be beautiful full of snow. I guess living a snow storm you have to be very cautious with the
cars and for sure we couldn?t use motorbikes. we would have to buy provisions and wait at home until the storm is gone. Like in Seville never snow
probably we are not ready for this kynd of storm so we would suffer a lot of damages and that is what I would not like of the storm but that is
not going to happen so I prefer to think about the good things we would live. For example, we wouldn?t have to go to school, when the storm stop
we could play with the snow, maybe with sledges and a lot of ederly people who have never seen the snow, they could have the opportunity to see it.

Secondly shut windows and doors to prevent snow and ice from invading my house. I also make sure not to go to school to get outside in time of storm smooth it and make snowmen with my friends. And then I'd see the Giralda and the most popular sights of Seville covered with snow. However, I can not put myself in that situation, because since I live in Sevilla for 19 years I have never seen snow and never been present in a snowstorm. I have proposed only some of the things that come to mind but I honestly can not say my situation in reality.

When you get home give me a hot shower , I put comfortable clothes and a robe and take a hot soup or hot chocolate. That if during the storm would not under any circumstances ever to go home and wait for the storm to pass , if cogiera me in middle of the street the first thing I would do is run to any establishment to take shelter as snowstorms are highly uncomfortable and cold . Finally take waterproof clothing because if I do not irritate the body when contact with the snow.

  56. honestly, I've never seen snow in my life, and the desire that I have, if it snowed in Seville, I would probably go crazy, because I would not know where to start to do things
it is safest to start making a really big snow snowman with carrot nose, stick arms, scarf and a hat would make you up cardboard. Then I'd lie on the floor and begin to move your arms and legs as they do in the movies to make the silhouette of an angel.
then I would take a cardboard box and I would throw a downhill slope. And of course ball war, was not going to save anyone to give him the ball hahaha
it not so funny and would be the subject of removing snow from the driveway and stuff, but then no problem if my house is a cup of hot chocolate waiting for me
with a little luck even because of snow and no school would close in a week we would go, as he had a good time.
do not know more, but certainly invent something else to do :)

The snow also has disadvantages because if it snows much would have to cut roads and people could not travel to any site, although occasionally it would not be bad it snow in sevilla. Not everyone would like as there are people who could not work and people who could not travel to other places. I personally like it snowed for a long time since nievay snow always happy life gets a little more although it is very difficult to happen.
